I cannot give enough praise to the loan specialists at this branch and location. I went in for a refinance on my car and it was completed within 48 hours. I then needed a HELOC for basement refinish and the loan representative literally got an approval and appraisal scheduled within 5 days. The process has been so smooth and seamless. I cant believe the drastic difference in regards to the service Ive received with them vs other credit unions in the area. They are fantastic! Thank you so so much for the great service. So hard to get a loan being self employed. Plus my loan was a bit difficult. 2 different loan officers to fund my loan and both were amazing. They got it all funded in a few hours. I use to work for a credit union and Goldenwest is top notch.

I was having a bum day on Friday and went through the Riverton drive through and this happy and enthusiastic voice rang out which brought my attention to the glass window to see a beaming smile from a teller named Hadley. The transaction was also professional and quick. One should think about using her to train customer service representatives with her instantaneous manner in diffusing any situation before anything develops. There is a fine line between giddiness and professionalism. Hadley has that exact mixture of sincere friendliness combined with quick and thorough service.

Aaron at the Layton location was great to work with. He was calm, took his time, and was easy and pleasant to talk to. He didnt make us feel rushed or pressured. Their systems were down do to internet issues but still worked hard to make it happen.

Ashly was awesome! She was quick to respond to my questions, she helped me get everything taken care of and made the whole process easy!

I have banked with this Branch for a few years now with personal accounts and also business. They are so friendly and awesome to work with. They are willing to help out with any questions or any needs that I have. I would highly recommend them.

My husband went there 20 minutes to close to get auto pay set up for a new car he recently purchased. They told him well you can come back on Monday. Seriously I understand that its a Saturday and you just want to leave but seriously thats horrible customer service. You couldve helped him for 10-15 minutes and been able to close on time.

Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. No one else in the drive thru but me. Waiting on the three employees in the building to cash a 25$ check. Not really impressed.

HORRIBLE experience. The bank charged my account on accident for a car payment that I already paid for the month. They wouldnt submit it back to my account at Wells Fargo. I budget my income so i never go negative. I got charged a couple insufficient funds from Wells Fargo because golden west charged my account on accident. I called to see if the company would make a right out of their wrong and they were absolutely worthless. Which company makes a mistake and then wont fix it!! Was NOT pleased with this bank, and havent been since I got my auto loan through them.

The managers here are absolutely terrible! They could care less about their members as well as their employees. Spent a half hour in line a few days ago, only waiting for the manager to finish yelling at one of his employees before I could be helped. Do not bank here.
