I Take my mom here every so often unfortunately this time was not so great, the 5 stars is for management she was so helpful! I can’t remember her name T something but for some reason her test wasn’t enough or something so We were called back. When we returned they insisted we pay to receive it back the next day which we had already came in the right time frame. I asked to speak to someone else she came over great customer service actually listened to what I was saying unlike the previous young lady. Nevertheless I received my moms results in time , I went back to thank her she wasn’t there at the time this is my way of thanking her!

They said 72 hours but I got my test results the next day. Super impressed, Ill come here for the vaccine if I decide to get it.

Update: 8/16 I finally received my results so now I can get back to work. I got a couple call backs from a couple people that were really helpful. I was told the test was ran multiple times for accuracy. I just hope this was a one time thing and no one else has to go through this.I will never return to this place again. I had heard about someone receiving a false positive from this location prior to my visit but decided I would go any way. I gave my sample on 8/10 and was told 2-3 business days for my results. I’ve been constantly checking my email and nothing. I returned on Friday (day 3) just to b told I would have my results by the end of the day. NOTHING! I returned on Monday and was told my sample didn’t get processed until Friday (8/13) so I would have my results by end of the day Sunday (8/15), NOTHING! Monday (8/16) I returned and told by the first young lady that they never had a sample for me in their system. I responded with the back story and was told my sample is there but hasn’t been processed and she has to get a manager for the reason why. The manager comes out to tell me he basically doesn’t know why it wasn’t processed but he would do a rush on it and I would have my results in 2 hrs. It’s now 4 hrs later and I still have no results. At this point my sample has been sitting for a week. I wouldn’t trust the results anyway. I will never return to this establishment again. All of their samples are don’t right on the property so this is ridiculous there is no reason I shouldn’t have my results 1 week later!

They will have your results within 24HRS. I did mines on Monday and had it Tuesday. They’re NOT a rapid testing location, which I thought so ask questions if you’re in a hurry for results same day, because you do have to pay $$$ for instant results. Also workers please be MORE informative to your clients about procedures because I need this results same day and I was amazed by the response . People are not aware how and what so some information would be appreciated. However Fast, convenient and painless service!!! 😉

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TEST RESULTS BACK???? I Was recommend this location because they are quick.Well I’m my case it’s not working in my FAVOR. My1st visit was 8/27 .I was told it will take up to 72 business hours and I WOULD not SHOULD have my results. Well that didn’t happen. So I decided to give them another chance and take another one on 8/1 and I PROMISE you as I type this review I still don’t have any results 🥺😩😡 and today is 9/4.I get comments from my peers and friends NO results means your good and that may be so. But if a company is getting paid to do their job I still would like to have my results.The Company website doesn’t allow you to create an account to review your results. 😩Also I understand that the labs are overwhelmed with all this testing but for some reason my gets overlooked twice.😢

If time is of the essence I recommend going elsewhere. Our results were completed within 24 hours but we received them 72 hours later. How I know this info, because it’s on our results sheet.

I wish I can give 10 stars!The service was amazing! I did my test like 9.30am this morning and got my result at 4.16pm! I was pleasantly surprised.Despite the fact that it was raining this morning when I went for my test, they came out in the rain to my car and did everything happily and professionally.

My daughter and I was tested on a Friday, I was told that my results will be ready in 72hours. It’s now Tuesday and still results. Please Riverdale get it together!!

We had my minor tested and he never got the results. Everyone in the car with him got their results 2 days later but its been over a week now and he has no results & no one will answer any questions as to why. We obviously cannot go through them again

I went in to get my Covid test Thursday august 19 and it’s now Tuesday august 24 and I have yet to hear anything from them, I’ve called emailed and nobody I mean not a word from anyone. This is very unprofessional my whole family is sick because of me and I still don’t know if I have Covid because I am awaiting my results.

Always quick and efficient. Both times I’ve taken a test the results came back around 24 hrs

The staff was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I showed up early for my appointment and there was no wait. I was offered the Janssen vaccine after testing for which I took the vaccine. I felt renewed and rejuvenated after taking it. ( I had been feeling really really bad prior to the vaccine.) I would like to thank the staff yet again.

The process was quick and easy and I was able to get my results back the same day. Staff is friendly, responsive and informative. Thank you for your service.

I was originally excited to have the option to have testing at this location the staff was professional yet the online resources prior to the visit was non-existent, registration information was given as we drove up instructing us to download an app and then disclaiming the results are not immediate it would be 24 to 36 hours but can be expedited for $199..... Exploitation. RAS you have to do better.... My time and my health matter.... I left I went to another location They gave me my results for free with my commercial insurance and took no more than an hour.

I went here on 01/26/2021 to take a Covid test. The process was very simple and easy. It wasn’t a long wait and I got my results back Friday 01/29/2021. I had to have my results printed for my doctor and I went to pick it up, took about 10 minutes and I was gone. Everyone that helped me was nice and pleasant.

My COVID-19 test was simple and very quick! The test took less than 5 minutes. I received my results in 2 days. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

I thought I didnt receive my results. But instead of clicking download, click on the hyperlink. Mine was there the whole time. The software dept needs to fix this.

The process was easy once you get the application loaded on your phone. It was a great, you don’t have to get out of your car, it’s a saliva test and I was able to get may results print out just as easy.

Don’t waste your time. It has been 7 days since I got tested at this location and I still have no results. I have called, sent an email and even went back to the location and they couldn’t give me an answer. They are nice but that have no clue.

Please save yourself time and do not even bother to schedule appointments. I scheduled appointment just to get to the site to see everyone disorganized and not having any signs in the parking lot. Complete disarray we were told that there is nobody to deal with appointments so we just have to wait in line with everyone who just showed up. Very very poor managed testing center. Someone should fix it if they want effective testing site. Updated to 4 stars due to managers on site stepping up and assisting with appointment and got us to get tested faster.

Very quick and efficient without the horrible nose injection. Only down side is that to recieve your records (for your employer) cost $10 or a review. So while free you end up paying $10.

Myself and my Child have been waiting on my test results for A WEEK! No one answers the phone nor can you chat on the website. I was not informed nor offered the option to obtain same day results at a cost. I went up to the testing site TWICE inquiring and trying to obtain results. STILL NOTHING! I have my childs health and my own that Im concerned about. Also if this is not Covid I could have received proper care for whatever is going on with but since EVERY (common cold or flu) symptom is a Covid symptom I am stuck waiting. I have a job that I have to keep informed and return too. This place has absolutely NO CONCERN NOR URGENCY FOR THE HEALTH of people. PEOPLE COULD LITERALLY DIE waiting on test results from here. Dont go here , the 36 to 48 hours result is a scam statement, This place is trash and no communication over the phone. Obsoleted equipment playing with peoples lively hood they take this virus as if it was a regular flu shot they need to be fine for false performance , CDC needs to regulate this ghetto center needs to be shut down its almost a scam .

It’s a week later and I am still waiting on my results. The communication at this site is very poor. My husband went to another site a few days after I did and he already has his results. I tried calling the number online but no one answers. This is frustrating. I won’t go back to this site for COVID testing.

This is not a good place to get your Covid-19 test done. I went in January and still have not received results. This is not acceptable. I contacted them they claim they would take care of it. Still no results today is February 5th.

Was told I had to download a app to register my children but came 2 weeks prior to be tested myself and was registered on cite when I told the nurse this she basically told me I was lying and that they don’t register on cite and because I didn’t have a phone on hand to download app I told the nurse this as well who was passing out tubs she told me it would be fine I could register at the window only to get to the window after waiting 2 hours in line that they couldn’t register my children because they were short staffed and it would take to much time and was told to go home register and come back I drove 1 hour from my home to be tested and was basically told it wasn’t their problem the nurse was very disrespectful when I explained this my son had to be tested before returning to school is the only reason I came back because if not I wouldn’t have

If I could rate this place a -0- I surely would. My doctors office advised me to have a 2 nd Covid test done and he said there’s a free drive thru place on hwy 85 so I went. Upon arriving, there was no direction on what to do so I parked like I saw other cars doing. Someone walked up to my window (he didn’t appear to be a worker) and asked me what was I there for? I told him a Covid test and he said okay wait here. Well, 20 minutes later another man comes to the car and asked me if I had been helped and I said no not yet. Then a girl 15 minutes later came and gave me a app to download and she left ( no explanation to why I was going to need the app). Finally, after 1 hour 30 minutes someone came and gave me a slip of paper to fill out and another person brought me a tube to spit in (again no further directions). I was thinking this is not good at all. Low and behold I was right, This was on Thursday Jan. 14th and I have yet to see my test results and I’ve called several times and no answer, left 2 messages, emailed to no avail. I am not sure what they are running over there but it’s very unorganized, unmanaged and unsanitary. Please beware!! Unbelievable that they would call themselves a lab when so many people are trying to make sure their health is good and if you are positive and don’t know it because this place want give you your results a person could get sicker or die. I hope I am negative and I may need to go somewhere else to get another test. By the way my 1 st test was done on Candler Rd. And they were everything this lab wasn’t.

They tell you it’d be 24-36 hours but it’s has been a week & i still haven’t received my results. Numbers doesn’t works, a waste of time.

Very nice staff. They were under staffed which isnt their fault but the experience was very quick and everyone was nice.
