Drove all the way to the unit , according to the worker , they did not have any supplies to drug test - this is unorganized

Still waiting on my employment drug screening. I am needing this job and cant move forward because it should have taken only 24-48 hours. Please dont mess with my livelihood. I usually go to the one in Sandy Springs. I regret going to this location.Edit: staff told me it should take 24-48 hrs but website says 4-6 days. But I did testing on Thursday. My family is dependent in my new job for this income so you could see why Im a bit frustrated.

Arrived at 930a. Checked in on kiosk. Sat down to begin my wait to get called to the back. A couple of patrons approached the window with questions. Front desk staff spoke as though she was aggravated. Before handling the 1st persons issue she immediately told her to call Customer Service because this is just a collection site. A little while later a mature patron approached the window after having trouble with the kiosk. Different staff member at the window yet same demeanor! If it wasnt for the test I need I would have walked out after hearing her rudely speak to a person that way. Its way too early for this sort of behavior. LabCorp needs to require professional customer service training for ALL employees. Its disgraceful to know this lab sits just feet away from a community hospital!! Unacceptable! While some persons may be rude and less than personable when coming into this office; theres no reason one should encounter this as a patron. Only good part of my visit was the technician that collected my specimens. Very cordial & welcoming. Wish I wouldve encounter his personality first. FAIL LabCorp!

Location needs to be more specific. Theyre located in bldg 110, ste 140. Took forever to find looking for bldg 140.

Arrived at 10:00am. Checked in at Kiosk. Front desk clerk was very nice. Left out at 10:17am.

Their bathrooms are dirty and have no soap l. Bathroom has 3 empty soap containers in one bathroom. Theirs not enough space to Social distance and they allow people to come in with no mask. Place is so small and filthy I will never come to a place like this again. Only came here because of my doctor. Staff is very sarcastic with patients. They want to ask a question and answer very rude. That’s how they treated an older lady that came in.

The front office attendants are EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional!!! They were sitting at the front desk talking about clients as if there weren’t there! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!! She told me Ian know what I was talking about when I was asking for assistance! No customer service!!!

Skeptical because of the reviews for every location! But I chose this one because it was the closest to me. I made an appt online for the same day... I got there 15 minutes before my appt time. The lobby was small and it was about 8 people in there, but I had one 2 mask so I wasn’t worried. Check in is quick on a kiosk and I was called back at my appt time.. in and out! No complaints. I hope and pray my test results are delivered in the time that was quoted.

They where very rude, and made me feel unwelcome and like I was bothering them just because I was even there. Would not recommend or suggest to anyone, also my doctors office said they had heard awful things since they have been using LabCorp because of the Covid-19.

The wait time is 3+ hours. They do not see walk-ins. Only clients with appointments.This office has a staff this is quite unprofessional. They do not value people’s time.This is the worst Labcorp in Metro Atlanta.The waiting room is packed with people who have been waiting for over 2 hours to be taken for a drug screening or blood test.Thanks.

Am currently waiting for my covid test to get back to me. Taking wayyy too long, people even stopped picking up my calls. Because of the laziness and slowness of lab Corp, I am missing a very important trip. So thanks a lot...

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! A COVID-19 nightmare!!! Beautifully explained COVID 19 process on the website - and thats where the process must all be located, on the website. The sandbox-sized waiting room had 27 people, and those were the ones who stayed. People lined across the wall. Then you have to deal with Lab Techs (at least one short, blonde, aggressive BF) who must think she doubles as a private urinalysis investigator. Same Tech with no mask on trying to force people to sit there till close, or until she decides which of your samples look right or is enough to test. 🙄 Dont bother... its possible you may walk out with something you didnt walk-in with. If there are medical reporting requirements for Lab Techs theyve broken them, and HIPAA regulations. Even with scheduling the appointment online, you receive a text Link to click when you arrive. The obvious auto-reply is your LabCorp Tech is ready for you to check in... You go in write your name and reference number on a sheet, wait an additional 15-20 minutes in the super-spreader waiting room, because if you leave out you have to deal with the urine detective who tells you to pour it out and start all over. Nowhere on the test document does a Tech sign certifying that they played urine detective - just collected, labeled, sealed and released. They are crossing the line into intimidation of unnecessary disclosure of medical information and they are not doctors. Anybody giving this place more than one ⭐ MUST be an employee. They need an OSHA reality check.

I went to this labcorp on 11/20/2020. The lady at the front desk is very rude. I came in for drug test with my 5 yr old child. Prior to me coming, I didnt know they now have a policy where if u have a minor child, someone NEEDS to be there to watch them. That’s understandable. I tried to explain to this woman that I have no one else and my child is very well behaved to where she can stand outside the bathroom door while I test. This review was made strictly on this woman’s attitude towards me. I couldnt even finish my sentences, she kept cutting me off. I left crying from her unprofessionalism, went to a different location and they let me take my drug test WITH my daughter. Shame on the woman they have working in the front. People don’t have problem with policies, they have problems with workers like you with HORRIBLE customer service skills.

This place is great. Make an appointment online and then check in when you get there quickly with the computer print out. You can also check in using the Labcorp phone app. They called me back quickly. The staff were all cheerful and polite. In and out the door in less than 15 minutes.

The front desk were very rude . Not very helpful. They talk to patients like they was not human.very unprofessional. ill never go there again.

I was very sceptical because of all the bad reviews. However, I made an appointment online for 10 am got there at 9:54 checked in while still in the car and walked in, they were polite. Filled out 2 questions, gave it back and before I could sit back down she called my name. I went in and was back in my car within 10 minutes. Both ladies were great and Kudos for great service and professionalism.

ARRIVED AT 4:07pm 10/10/10 for pre- employment urinalysis to my surprise I was told I cannot take the testAccording to the website and calling in advance, The cut off is 4:30pmThere were 3 young girls at the reception desk playing loud music in addition to playing on their Smart Phones.Neither of them even looked up to acknowledge my presence.One girl responded by saying: We Closed then turned her back.If this is your standard procedure you deserve a rating of less than acceptable.I EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE....Its definitely a poor excuse for customer service

HORRIBLE!! Staff is very rude and unprofessional just as others have stated, obviously companies don’t read these reviews before sending people there. The staff talk to you like you are nobody and get loud with you just because you ask a simple question! I called to have my employer send me to another location downtown that location was very fast and extremely professional.

I found this location to be very unpleasant..To many people in a Very Hot waiting room and it was unpleasant smelling..All during Covid-19..Definitely not safe if u have to bring your child with you for DNA testing..Sorry but no find a different location

My experience here was amazing! I was not able to get blood work the first time I arrived but the employees were very helpful in informing me on what I need to bring next time and their hours for blood work. It was a smooth process and everyone was very kind.

I didnt have an appointment and the waiting was about 15-20 minutes if that. That was what I expected especially since they were other people sitting in the lobby. I thought I would of been there a lot longer compared to other places Ive been to.Everyone on staff that I interacted with was very professional and greeted me with a smile. The lady that performed my test was very welcoming and friendly.The facility waiting area was spotless. The test area and bathroom was clean with no offensive smells. Ive been to other places that was disgusting and smelled of urine in the bathroom, but not here.I would definitely recommend this location. 👍

I arrived at 8am for an 8:30am appointment; there were 7 people waiting outside the door. The office was supposed to open at 7:30am but no one showed up until 8:10 and 2 more at 8:15. Absolutely no apologies from anyone.

UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY. THEY SAY THEY CLOSE AT 4:30, BUT NOOO THEY BASICALLY CLOSE AT 4 OCLOCK......BECAUSE THERE KIOSK IS AUTOMATED TO STOP AT 4 OCLOCK. I EVEN CALLED BEFORE I DROVE OUT TO DOUBLE CHECK AND TO NOAVAIL NO 1 EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO POST THIS SOMEWHERE ON THE SITE AND LET OTHER COMPANIES KNOW THIS, WHOM ARE TRYING TO TAKE A DRUG SCREEN TO GET EMPLOYED. I WONT BE GOING BACK AT ALL. SORRY AND THEY HAD NOTHING TO SAY BUT OHH COME AGAIN AS IF GAS AND MONEY GROWS ON TREES.

If I could leave this facility 0 stars I most definitely would. Staff is completely unprofessional, no sense of urgency and turnover time is absolutely atrocious! If you have options to go to facility, please don’t choose this location!!

I used the app to make an appointment. I checked in online in the parking lot. I literally sat down in the waiting room at 12:35. There were 8 to 10 people in there. I was called back within 2 mins and was done and walking out their door by 12:45. Wow. The online appointment is the way to go. The staff was pleasant.

Went here for a drug screen for my company on Saturday since they were the only ones open on a Saturday. When I walked in, there was standing room only traffic in the waiting room. However the nurses and assistants went through the line very quickly and with a smile. The services was one of the best for me as far as drug screenings are concerned.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. STAFF ARE 100% hateful. THEY BREAK HIPPA ! I will never ever use this place again. Disgusting people and building !!!!!

I enjoyed my visit the whole staff assisted my sister. They warm and welcoming and made me us feel comfortable.

Just horrible I drive 40 mins to get a drug test on Saturday to be told they dont do drugstest after 11am why are you open to 12 your a labxorps what are doing for the last hour just riding the clock I could not even get explanation just horrible service and should get new practice!! Dont waist your time on Saturdays with these people!

The staff is horrible with customer service. I came to labcorp at this location for a job drug screen analysis and it was an hour wait. There is no update on who’s next or how long the next person waiting. It’s really sad with structure of being professional in a business. Also short of staff with little to no experience on how to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.. I asked the clerk how long it’s going to be because I had to use the bathroom she told me that if I couldn’t use the bathroom one I use it I will have to wait an additional three hours to get re tested. Really crazy

Excellent customer service. I arrived at 7:30 and there were 3 customers ahead of me. It took me 45 min. With no appointment. The three ladies were cortious and polite I left Labcorp with a great satisfaction.

I have to been to this facility before with no problems but the last time I had an appointment and was fasting and they waited 30 minutes over my appointment time to call me back. Then when I went to the doctor they said they did not collect enough to do the testing and the paperwork said I was not fasting. I will NOT use this lab again.

Not sure about the other reviewers experience but I can say mine was exceptional! They are very professional. Spook to me when I arrived and were very patient with me during my appointment

It took 3 hours for them to see me for a drug test . I was there from 1-4. And then when I question them about my spot on the list they act like they couldn’t find my paperwork . And then tried to blame me for they’re unorganization. Then they close at 4 people employees leaving like it wasn’t a room full of people to be serviced no team work at all. Employees telling customers bye with no remorse it was ridiculous. Then when they finally did get to me I forgot my ID in the waiting room & I thought I left it in the car the lady was rude saying “if you left your ID in the car you will be at the end of line” after I’ve already been there for 3 hours. Then made a huge announcement saying “IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR ID YOU WILL HAVE TO COME TOMORROW REGARDLESS HOW LONG YOU BEEN WAITNG HERE.” Terrible If I ever need lab work done I will never come here again EVER.

Worst labcorp around the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would recommend going to any other location before coming here.

Walked in for a screening and stood there while 2 workers carried on a conversation. Finally they said sign in and have a seat. No acknowledgement or anything, waiting 30 mins to be called all while I had to sit there and listen to these 2 workers carrying on a loud conversation about their personal business. Called up and was advised to sign in with my confirmation and have a seat. These people are so unprofessional. I hope your corporate office will read these reviews. Avoid this location if you can. I hate bad customer service.

The staff was extremely unprofessional. Waited over 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. I can see all of their staff huddled by the front desk chatting (and it’s not patient care related).

Be prepared to wait if you d ont have an appt.

No running water and sanitizer in the office lab restroom. After taking urine sample I have come out to wash my hands.

Ok ... so it this older lady in the office it only to tech in there but the older one !!!! she look me dead in my face and for got who i was and why i was there lol she ask me whar was going on like 4 times in one min .she might need to quit dont want my lab mess up because she forgot smh

This is the WORST LabCorp location I have ever been short of staff. I been here since 7:30 AM for drug Screen and was told drug screen didn’t start till 9:am when 9:00am came I still wasn’t seen to hours later

The employees at the front desk are very unprofessional. The check-in monitor doesnt accept insurance cards without barcodes. If you ask for help at the front desk they act like youre bothering them. It happen to me & with another person.

Doreen from #140 upper Riverdale is very unprofessional ,very rude and impatient I defly will not be giving that location my business. Not happy with how she acted when I wanted to speak to some one else she wouldnt give me any information on how to make a complaint unless I told her why I was making a compliant.

My job sent me here for a drug test for employment. And although the website says 7:30-5, when I walked in there at 4:22, the young girl said they stopped at 4.....how was it supposed to know!??? I left work early to make it there in time just to be told that they advertise falsely.

Yesterday I spent 2 hours and 30 min. to drop stool sample at FAYETTEVILLE Location and came back without success. Today I went to RIVERDALE location it took me 1 min. Sign in 3:10 Sign out 3:11👍
