Although have not been there in a while already I still recommend Richardson Podiatry Center...the best service by far.

I was looking for a Podiatrist in town and after being recommended by a friend’s relative, I stumbled onto Dr. Reister and his office. I must say he is beyond incredible: welcoming, detailed-oriented, and effectively communicates what’s going on during the procedure and why he is doing what he is doing. His Medical Assistants are efficient and fantastic; very thorough and you truly get the vibe that they care about you. The doctor and his assistants are the reason I’m giving the office 5-stars, however, as an Optometric Assistant and working in the healthcare industry myself, I was not impressed with the front desk staff. The ladies would definitely benefit from a customer service training session, and as someone that does front desk at a clinic office, it is imperative to listen to patients, guide them, and explain in detail what is expected. Do not rush them off the phone, be condescending, and remember to return phone calls promptly. I’ve left a voicemail inquiring about a medication and I’ve yet to hear from them. Days can be long and I understand that but never take the frustration out on your patients. Overall, loved the office, the doctor, and his medical assistants! Dr. Reister is the Podiatrist to go to for your needs!!

Dr. Reister and his staff are courteous and friendly. He really listens and works toward solving your foot pain. Hes created a plan of action in steps for me. Its a process with a realistic goal. Hes so down to earth and doesnt rush you. I had been to see other foot surgeons who barely spoke to you and wanted to rush you into major surgery, but Dr. Registers approach is far less invasive. So happy that my husband and I were referred to him. Great doctor and lovely staff. I highly recommend him.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Reister for years along with my family and he is so nice. He is so sweet and is so gentle when taking care of any foot issues. I will never leave him for another podiatrist. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Reister was amazing! I was visiting from out of town and had a severe ingrown toenail and was leaving to fly across country right away. Dr. Reister met me at his office on his day off and removed the problem. He explained everything he was doing and the procedure was painless. Later in the evening when I was in extreme pain, I was able to get in touch with him and he prescribed pain medicine. I was so fortunate to find a caring, competent doctor who puts his patients first.

Dr Reister is excellent. He is a really good and kind doctor. His staff is very helpful and sweet. Best thing about his office is don’t have to wait forever to see the doctor.

I cant really say anything about my foot pain that I had for months after I went with the doctor he explain me everything about my foot pain and literary he had the solution to it.. plus Tiffany doctor assistant was so a wonderful person who treat me so good..Thanks to all crew from Richardson podiatry now I feel so much better... I give them 5 stars because I think they know what they are doing and they know how to take care of patients...

Came in for removal of bone spurs in a little toe: In-office procedure. The lack of pain is a marvelous thing. Professional, proficient, LISTENED --revised proposed medications after I described other serious medical issues/operations Ive undergone recently. He has been practicing for decades, probably has dealt with almost issue with the foot there is. Office staff very efficient and kind, had the opportunity of listening to their teamwork while waiting in a follow-up visit. So grateful -- I give him the highest recommendation that I can.

Dr. Rister and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and one of the best podiatrist Ive seen in many many years. They make you feel very comfortable and he seems to know everything you need to know about your feet. If you are in need of a podiatrist, I would recommend Dr Reister in Richardson.

Dr. Reister and his staff are absolutely amazing!From the first phone call, I was treated like a person / a human being. I was listened to and asked lots of questions about my pain (not my insurance!) and then the final kindness was when the nurse asked if I would like to talk to the doctor. I said, you mean, without being his patient, he will come to the phone and talk to me? She said, of course. He was so nice and reassuring and got me in that very day. Hands-down best ever doctor experience in a long long time!

Dr. Reister fit me with a great pair of orthotics. He offers terrific service and I am very very satisfied.

I have experienced high quality service from the front staff to the MA and Doctor. Just in a month my feet have healed 60%!! We are still working on my plantar fasciitis but there is always a plan and that is very encouraging! Beyond Grateful I Found Doctor Reister!

My mother woke up with a pain on her foot and didnt think much of it. Decided to go to the mall and got to the point she couldnt walk anymore. Called Dr. Reisters office (looked on Google and noticed he had great reviews) and his staff could not be any friendlier or more accommodating. I told him our situation and they gave us an appointment for 30 minutes later. Dr. Reister instantly knew what it (Gout) was after seen my mother. He prescribed some medicine and she was walking and with no pain the next day. Highly recommend the doctor and his staff!!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always work to get us seen as soon as possible. Doctor visits may not always be the most pleasant of experiences, but this is not the case here. Also, conveniently located.First impressions: Clean office, friendly and courteous staff, short wait time in reception area.Was placed in exam room (clean, comfortable, well lit) and was prepared for Dr.s arrival.Wait time again was short.Dr. Reister arrived and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.After explaining my injury to me, he told me the various treatment options available.We chose one that was the most appropriate and the procedure was performed.Relief was almost instantaneous!I left the office feeling informed, well cared for, and very satisfied with the office visit.I recommend Dr. Reisters Podiatric care without reservation!!Good job and thanks to all

Excellent bedside manner! Not only does Dr. Reister listen well, he is also sensitive to the patients comfort zone, and still gets the job done!

Dr. Reister did an absolute wonder getting me out of my heel pain. He was extremely thorough and caring, explained me everything as to whats going on in my heel. Gave me the custom orthotics and I wear everyday. After a month wearing these orthotics I was out of pain, else my foot was miserable, specially when I wake up in the morning. After a disappointing years long association with a marginal podiatrist in Garland and getting NO results at all, I started looking for another podiatrist. After reading the online reviews about Dr. Reister, I made an appointment figuring I had nothing to lose. My first impression with his office staff was amazing. Melissa and Marcy are very polite and extremely personable. Long story short - Dr. Reister is treating my plantar fasciitis not just selling me things to pad his pockets as the previous podiatrist did. In just two visits, Im feeling better than I have in years and am walking without pain. I would encourage anyone who has not been happy with a podiatrist to contact Dr. Reister. He is calm and competent and when he told me I was fixable I absolutely believed him! Im just sorry I waited 5 years before finding a really good, caring doctor.

I hit and broke my pinkie toe on a storage box Thursday 5/19. I wanted a specialist and not the ER at my local hospital, so I called three other Podiatrists in my area including one that both I and my grandson use only to be asked by them all if I could come in the following Monday, Tuesday!!!??Hellooo, Im in freaking pain here! My toe is bent and pointing outward to the left, did I mention Im in a LOT of pain!!! The worst since bearing two children 30+ years ago.Finally get Dr. Reisters office and the wonderful lady who answers was so empathetic, Im still crying as I explain my predicament. she states that they can see me and could I be there at 11, its now about 10:40. I told her I could, my daughter is on her way. She was an absolute angel!!Once there and x-rayed he confirmed the break and was the kindest, most patient medical provider, exceptional bedside manner! I was so afraid hed be a rough with my toe but he made certain that it was nice and numb completely before maneuvering and resetting it..The staff and Dr. Reister are the absolute best! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me in my time of need and pain! I will definitely be back for any future feet needs! Will send my family and friends here also!Happy Feet:)SC

Unbelievable former patient once I told them my insurance was not valid any longer with them would not give me any one else’s name who was working in the podiatry center didn’t care about me .
