Better think twice before going to this office or take the chance of coming back, Office is old, not clean at all outside and inside and the cubicles as well, there is nobody there in the bad waiting area where you can see nobody clean it in long time, you can see mold, dirt carpets, doors, walls the overall office has no clean standards required for the service, desk people are rude and aggressive, and they dont care about you as person, you are the next dollar coming in. doctor equipment t is outdated, probably was a good place to go 20 years ago but not anymore. if you decide to o there is at your own risk and be prepare to get bad service and has to came back every two Months so they can charge you all time high bill for give you 15 min of doctor speech. in a 1-10 scale i give this office and service 2. that is my personal experience and my opinion, when you provide services customer and quality is the most important things i am a professional to and i know the difference thanks

The doctor is soo out of date he’s not updated on his info and all his knowledge falls back on a 2001 article he tries to preach on everyone. It takes almost 2 hours just for a physical that should be an easy in and out. Doctor is really rude and doesn’t care for your morals and beliefs those that completely aside, and only forces his beliefs on you. No respect at all. All his tools are like from 1950’s everything in this office is out dated and everything looked really sketchy. Highly Don’t recommend!!! Don’t go here! You’re seriously better off going to a Baylor medical center instead. I work for a fire department and the man head is in the wrong place.

The front desk is not subpar as someone previously stated, we can only do what your insurance company will allow us. You cannot tell us what your diagnosis is and then request to be referred to a specialist. Most insurance companies these days require a referral from your PCP. This is grand coming from someone who didnt know that medical records could be transferred to a new provider after relocating outside of Dallas.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meyer for a decade. I have found him to be a skilled and thoughtful clinician. He brings to bear decades of experience but also remains very much up to date.

Terrible service. Called in to schedule as a new patient. Lady was rude over the phone as she asked me to read her my insurance card (expecting me to know what she was looking for and did not want my plan number)- and then she told me an office visit was available a month out (which is no problem just need to check calendar). As the call ended she was quick to talk to her peers about our call and how rude people are these days- I was still on the line. Very poor customer service and ethically questionable.

Dr. Meyers front office staff threatened to sue, threatened to yelp review me (without ever having used my services, nor me having anything to yelp review), and threatened to report me to my insurance company (whatever that means). I formerly left Dr. Meyer a 5 star review. He is a good doctor but I his staff have behaved in such a way that a one star review is necessary. I am editing my original review because I called and scheduled a medical exam for 2017. I was contacted the day before saying that we would need to reschedule because lab work was not completed. I was never made aware, by phone, email, or any other means of any sort of required lab work. I had even called them the day before this call to make sure I had the right appointment time and that I was OK to come in. The year prior I was not required to do lab work until afterwards. No one told me of any lab work and I received no emails regarding lab work. I was pleading for help from the office manager (who when I asked to speak to Dr. Meyer said she was Dr. Meyers wife and that I could not) to let me come in and let me do the lab work after. I had already set up my schedule to accomodate that and only that. She said she could not let me do that and that she had sent me multiple emails. She originally repeated back to me the wrong email address, then corrected it once I said my correctly spelled email address. I decided to select another primary care provider and told them as much and that I would be leaving a bad review, which is where they threatened to leave me bad fake reviews and sue me. It all seemed very unprofessional so I will not be going back. I reported the incident to my insurance. You can see other reviews here where the front office has made less than stellar impressions.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The front ladies are awful. They talk down to you like youre stupid and they act as if they pay your salary. Where the hell did this doctor find these horrible people. I felt a form of hate over the phone to the point where I felt the most uncomfortable Ive felt in my life. I have no clue how they manage to pull people in. They need new staff at the front counter! Im honestly speechless.
