Dr. Ellis is helping me with a chronic lower back pain issue. Ive been treated by several chiropractors over the past 40 years, and Dr. Ellis techniques are quicker, simpler, and more cost effective. I plan on seeing him regularly for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend him.

I play tennis and have had a piriformis-type injury for over one month. I tried stretching, cold compresses, extra walks, and the foam roller but none of those approaches worked to relive the pain. In desperation I tried a chiropractor that I was not personally familiar, with nor had I received a referral. Upon arriving in his office, I noticed at least five ladies at the front reception desk, not wearing masks. After receiving a treatment from him and spending an hour waiting for an x-ray he recommended, I had no relief and an excessively high medical bill. I received a referral to Dr. Ellis at Catalyst Spine and Sport Rehab. I made an appointment for that Friday. The office was very clean and very conveniently located. Upon arrival at Catalyst, I was greeted by Patrick who was wearing his mask. After just a short wait, I was introduced to Dr. Ellis. Dr. Ellis asked me questions about my injury, did an overall observation and then performed Active Release Technique (ART) on the injured area, and also adjusted me. Having had ART performed on a T-band injury years ago, I knew to expect some uncomfortable manipulation. With ART, if no pain, no gain. After the ART and adjustment, Patrick walked me through some exercises for me to do at home. He was very thorough with his explanation of precisely how the exercises should be practiced. I left the office feeling much improved. By Saturday I was able to play three sets of tennis resulting in a win! There is no other Chiropractic doctor I would trust for treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis and Patrick at Catalyst Spine and Sport Rehab.

This is an AMAZING Sports Rehab Center. Dr. Ross and Patrick were both great. This was my first time at a chiropractors office and my experience definitely deemed regular visits.

I have used Catalyst for two separate needs, most recently this past week. As always, Dr. Ellis was helpful in my treatment, as was Patrick, his assistant. They are always considerate and I know they have best interest in mind each time I am there. They are other larger practitioner offices, but I like the small office feel and great results for a fair fee!

I went in to discuss my issues and felt I was really listened to and cared for by the entire staff. Had relief from some of my symptoms that day. Staff was personable and interacted well.

Ross solves problems.Each visit begins with a conversation about what I’m having trouble with. In some cases, I’ve gone here for basic chiro work (lower back). In other cases I’ve only received tissue work (shoulder tightness/numbing arm). Depending on why I’m coming in, Ross adjusts to my needs, and each visit I leave with notable improvements as well as ways to work on my own to improve my ailments.For context, I’m a mid-40’s moderate runner (~10mi/wk) with old lower back sports injuries.

As I have never been to a chiropractor or seeing anyone about my neck/shoulder pain I was unsure what to expect. Dr. Ellis was extremely friendly and professional as he walked me through the adjustment process. After first treatment there was a noticeable relief and I look forward to continuing my plan.

Dr Ross Ellis is incredible at what he does! I came in initially with back pain that was interfering with my job. I was laying on a heating pad everyday for relief. Seeing Dr Ellis has changed my life. For over thirty years I’ve had headaches, shoulder pain, and an earache on my right ear. I have been to neurologists, neurosurgeons, ENTs, DOs, pain management specialists.
