Very family oriented staff, always a warm happy vibe when I walked in. Last 6 months I was suffering from really bad neck and back pain. It took time but the staff was very helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured really wanted me to get better. I would recommend anyone to come here if needs of adjustments or car accident.

I stumbled across the Injury Rehab via google search after my car accident.... I can honestly say this place is the best!! From the front desk to all employees! Victor is very knowledgeable about all information and will make sure you’re getting what you need and nothing more. The young lady that’s at the desk with him (I forgot her name sad face) is also very sweet and welcoming. The entire staff definitely makes you feel like family. They literally acknowledge you by name upon arrival. You’re not just another client/patient.Dr. Starry and Dr. Sherriff are both very knowledgeable and will pay close attention to your questions and concerns. I went there for rehab and felt great upon completing my sessions.I will definitely be going back to visit for just regular out of pocket sessions to help with muscle pains and strains from everyday life activities. I highly recommend this clinic! Each and every staff was friendly and interacted with me daily. They genuinely cared about my pain and made sure to make me feel the most comfortable while in therapy. Sondra always encouraged me to keep going with my therapy and Shontai always had a smile on her face when she took care of me. All the doctors also checked in on me all the time and were flexible with my schedule. They also always made me aware of my progress in therapy which encouraged me to keep coming into therapy. They also didn’t make me come for therapy for more than I needed to. If you need therapy, I recommend this place because of the amazing staff!

I love the staff up there veronica is a good person she listens and hes always happy and very kind person whos always smiling. Dr. Turner is amazing I love him he listens he is very diligent about his practice thorough and he teach his patients how to care for themselves to make them better. Dr story is also amazing who is friendly kind and is very serious about his patients. He also teaches and inform his patients about the equipment and what it does and what body part it helps. The whole staff altogether including the interns are always kind patient and caring and that itself speaks for a well ran practice and I personally would refer all to this chiropractor office. Walking into the clinic for the first time I noticed how clean the waiting room looked and how friendly and caring Veronica the receptionist was. Both doctors have a heart for taking care of others. Their humble demeanors and professionalism are shown through their work. I definitely trust them to take care of any issues with my head, neck and shoulders. After being rear-ended on 635 last Oct., I had two sessions of rehab with Richardson Injury Rehab....Dr. Sam did a GREAT job on my neck and upper back and for the first time in almost a year, I can do most of the things that I did before. Surprising to me after reading all the excellent reviews that this clinic does not support veterans. They do no accept the Tri-Care program which is set up for Chiropractic outpatient treatment for Veterans that can be seeing by the VA Hospital on timely bases. I assume profit beats patriotism and personal sacrifice once again. Its a shame specially after the toll the last 10 years has taken on so many of us. I only ask for us that served to avoid this location if possible of course. Lets be loyal to the businesses that support our needs. Thank you.
