I am an ex-Yelp elite who does not write reviews for just any business unless they have made a meaningful and significant impact.I am pleased to come out of my review retirement for Dr. Z and his crew (Tammy and Sonia).I found Dr. Z on Yelp early this month. Chronic spine issues from a motor vehicle accident got the best of me and I could not roll out of bed due to a stiff neck, back, hips, shoulders, the major joints.I have long been skeptical about the efficacy of Chiropractic treatment and the cost was always prohibitive. But I was desperate.The first treatment, I could walk without a big limp that accompanied me when I wobbled into the clinic.Second treatment, I told Dr. Z he has hands of God (healing hands) and he is definitely an amazing healer.He did not recommend treatments that would break my bank and kept it minimal in terms of interventions, which my wallet really appreciated.I was started on their standard rehab exercise program to strengthen my core and correct my terrible neck posture. Not only that but his treatment and rehab program taught me the value in manual manipulation to break up scar tissue and adhesions around my spine, as well as continued movement and striving for strength that complements flexibility.I will miss Dr. Z and his team once I leave Dallas but I hope to find someone with his healing hands soon. Highly recommended, if you can grab a morning appointment that is when he is not as busy but expect a wait when you get there since he is very popular, especially in the evenings. While the clinic does not operate exactly on time, that is just a testament to the amount of care and attention Dr. Z gives each of his patients. Id much prefer to wait rather than have a hurried provider get me in and out like certain drive through franchise chiropractors out there!

Dr. Z is wonderful when I first when to he’s office it was for my right shoulder, arm and neck I couldn’t sleep at night or work. I was in pain day and night. On my first visit I could feel the difference within a few visits I was brand new again! a few months later I hurt my lower back and I call within an hour same day service I was in the office again. After my compression and full body adjustment oh I can tell you! I was able to walk faster and move because my body was stiff but when I left the office I felt a whole lot better...I mean better! This is one of the best chiropractic places Ive ever been too! The staff is super friendly and personable. Dr. Z really cares and takes the time to discuss your issue with you. The care/treatment is personalized to you. My neck is a bit straight and compressed, so I get decompression every time before getting adjusted. But everyone gets what is needed for them. Im also supposed to do exercises at home (or machines/props are available at the office to do them), and I lay on the denneroll at home (you gotta lay on the denneroll!!!). So its a great overall comprehensive treatment. Sometimes there is some wait time, depending on how busy they are, but its worth it, and again, they always care and try their best. They really are the best, so give AlignRight Chiropractic a try!

I was in a car wreck a decade ago. Positive to have had whiplash. Laid immobile for 6 weeks.The last thing I was concerned with was my back and neck.Fast forward a few years.I had my very first interaction with a chiropractor.He was amazing. Unfortunately, I couldnt talk him into moving with me to Texas, so I have been looking for his doppelganger in the professional sense.He is here.I have gone to other chiros who lined me and sent me on my way. Like my old chiro, he did the most thorough work up I have had since I transplanted in 2006.Because he was able to see with his own eyes, he was able to determine a plan for care.We started with neck decompression followed by alignment. We are now into lumbar decompression followed by alignment.My issue is long going and will plague me for years to come. I was given therapy to ensure muscles support the spine. From neck to glutes and abs, simple not too strenuous exercises geared to make sure you do them because they are not too difficult or time consuming. The work is just right.I am half way through my treatment plan and although I am still experiencing pain, it has been literally years since I have felt this good. I am able to do things I have not enjoyed for such a long time.The clinic works along side of physical therapy, which is really what is needed to get people not just getting better, but staying better. They interact with other health professionals to help you become the best, strongest version of you.The staff is fantabulous as well.It is a small place. Call it a mom and pop clinic as both husband an wife (who also has a medical background) make this place happen.You cannot go wrong.If nothing else, give them a try. I think they are the best in this area.I am so relieved, as I have worried about this for years.

Dr. Z and his staff most lovely lady Tammy and Suzanne all of these ladies were so great and have taken good care of me such warm spirited individuals who really care about you getting well and I just have to say the doctor is so amazing he is always upbeat and optimistic about what he says and he’s very knowledgeable in his practice.

I went in due to having severe back pains from my pregnancy and the pains getting worse after I gave birth. After a couple of sessions, I feel so much better. We did x-rays and found I had a compressed disk in my lower back which we have been doing decompression treatments as well as adjustments for. With my physical job I can see so much of a difference in how I feel. On top of seeing so much improvement on my pain, everyone in the practice is very nice. I feel so welcomed when I go in for my adjustments.

I went to D Z because I was desperate to avoid surgery to treat sciatic pain from a bulging disc. This was in 2016. Now its 2021 and Im 100% better. Still go in for maintenance, but the pain is nothing like what it was.

Dr. Z is amazing! I have scoliosis and herniated disks and I always feel healthy and happy after an adjustment. Every staff member is kind and helpful, definitely recommend. Dr. Z makes it a point to take care of his patients and their needs, very grateful for everything he has done to help me

Dr.Z and staff have been great! I came in on my 1st visit and felt nervous and scared. They walked me through everything step by step and always made sure I felt comfortable with everything I had to endure this past month.I would highly recommend that you come to visit with Dr. Z the next time you need to see a chiropractor. Connie has the best customer service and a wonderful personality; she is always flexible to work with your schedule and is very attentive. Steven is very helpful in guiding you to perform your therapy exercises. I have only been to two visits so far and I feel significantly better. I will definitely complete my program to reach a full recovery. This place is the best!

A friend recommend Align Chiropractic for my neck and shoulder pain. Best advice Ive ever gotten! Went in for neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Z and Dr. Jim are amazing! They are honest about your treatments and explain everything that they are doing. The facility is always clean and Belinda at the front desk always makes me feel like I am visiting a girlfriend to catch up. The equipment is top notch and you will get the best neck and back cracking ever! Be careful going in for your first adjustment, you might turn into a Crack Addict like me! lol. My pain has improved dramatically! The alignments, rolling bed and the rehab combo definitely have me feeling like I have a new and improved body! Dont put up with annoying pains that can get worse over time! Come get cracked and feel better than ever! You CAN live a pain free life!

Ive been going to Dr Z for over a year now. Any time Ive gone for a visit, hes done a great job in getting me back in shape. Whether its due to me doing things I shouldnt have and hurting my back, or just a checkup, the service and results are wonderful. They even lined me up with a message once in their office. They are all friendly and professional. Two thumbs up in my book!

I have been to several chiropractors over the last 15 years and this office is by far the best. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly they listen and do their best to fix the problem. Today for the first time in over 15 years I am pain free.
