They just move to this new office. Very spacious and nice. Dr Nguyen is our cardiologist,he has great bedside manner and very good at what he does.

Had an appointment today but did not have the funds to pay the co-payment. I already needed to pay a balance so I decided that I would include in balance. However, I was told I could not be seen and that they have to have the payment. I even offered to keep my card on file to take the payment out at the end of month since I get paid once a month. So I had to reschedule while I am actually at the office because the doctor office care more about their money than my health. Really!!!!!!! I am also posting this on google and health websites because it’s not fair for hardworking citizens to be pushed to the side because they don’t have the money. Wasn’t gone 10 minutes and got a call from the billing department about making payment arrangements. My prediction was correct they care more about their money than the patient. Wow, not a good look.

Horrible place. Threw a post-op, special needs senior out of their office on Friday. They are supposed to do a virtual appointment today and no one seems to know what they are doing. No response from them only recordings. Hope this saves someones life.

I have used the Drs. at the Heart Place in Richardson. Seems that many of them also have offices with other small groups of specialist, as in Vascular surgery, cardiac surgery. Many Drs. in group I see patients evaluate thru office visits and testing discussing result with patients and recommending which specialist or surgeon to use

Appointment with cardiologist. Great staff.
