Dr Burak is a kind and understanding doctor. He is patient and listens to my concerns and addresses each one before I leave. I would never hesitate to refer family or friend to him.

Dr. Joshua Burak is an amazing doctor. He has worked consistently with me to get my blood pressure under control. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very supportive of me. He explains my issues in a way that I can understand. I am grateful to be his patient.Also, his staff is conscientious and respectful of me and my time. His nurse has returned my calls, and answered my questions always in a timely fashion.

New facility is more spacious. Check in was completed online - extremely user friendly (did it over iPhone). Called in by the nurse for quick weight, BP and ECG captures. Dr. Burak was generous with his time to listen to the complete history of recent issues and reviewed past weight, BP & medication data. Was quick to consult my mothers health situation with her nephrologist. Detailed signed letter was posted within couple of hours of visit that was accessible on the portal. Highly recommend Dr. Burak and his facility for your Heart Health needs.

Dr. Burak saved my life by successfully diagnosing my heart blockage. His colleague, Dr. Mohmon, treated me quickly and accurately with minimal time off work, minimal cost and minimal discomfort. This is an amazing team in this office!

I shell U, our staff always go the extra mile to make sure that all patients needs and situations are comminuted. It is my understanding thatthe front desk staff was trying to tell you that even though you old abalance, that it was separate from standard co-pay for a routine visit. It is required that copayments be acquired at the time of the visit. Previous balances can be addressed separately and you can always contact the billing office if you have any questions or concerns. It is also my understanding that you were offered to reschedule for different day and that the rescheduling was done. please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any further concerns.My response,Good Morning,Thank you for responding. I understand that you must take care of your staff, but that was not respectful. In your feedback to me, I do not see where I advised your staff that I get paid once a month and that they could make a copy of my my card and withdraw the funds on the specified date. Plus, I am still trying to understand why I have such a large balance in the first place. It was amazing how your staff could contact the billing office and have them to call me before I even left the parking lot, but could not help me to see the doctor. Yes, the appointment was rescheduled, but I still stand by my first message that you all are concerned more about the money than me as a patient. I will continue to post that message.
