Ulta is my go to store for all my skin care needs. But lately getting assistance is harder & harder. Sigh. Always get a warm welcome coming in the door. Ladies always friendly at register.

Followed around by the staff who were scrutizing everyone to make sure Noone was stealing. Awkward.

I went in to get an all over dark brown color to cover some blonde. My stylist left my hair jet black instead making my hair look like synthetic hair. I also originally asked if we could just dye the blonde portion and to leave my virgin hair untouched (Id grown out quite a bit of hair), but she said it would look better with an all over color. I was only refunded $15, and now, I have to start from square one growing my hair back out to its natural dark brown color.

My one-stop shop for all things hair and skin care. The employees are always helpful.

The people that work here now are so nice. There is a young man here that is super helpful. I dont know his name, but I overheard him helping a lot of the other customers and asked if I needed help. The two young women there were very sweet too. I should have caught their names! Very great place to shop, although I think they took out Tarte which made me sad :( I love that brand!EDIT: Nevermind!!! They still have Tarte! :)

Amy is awesome I was returning some perfume for the wife and they were originally going to return the money to the card which can take up to 7 business days but we were really not in the best financial spot to have to wait that long and she went ahead and was able to give us cash back which is really awesome and we appreciate it so much. I went in to look for certain makeup and a representative helped me with what I needed, very professional and helpful, I wish more stores were like this.

The employees are always really nice and helpful at this store, more than the other Ultas. As a man who takes great care in his appearance, its really nice to feel welcome in a store like this.

Went in with a list. Received good assistance. Wandered around thoroughly looking at all sales. Purchased the products on my list, spent enough to receive a gift and was able to use my $3.00 credit. A good day at Ulta! Really appreciate the quality products they carry and the variety.

Has everything a woman needs just kinda pricey for there husbands hahahahah. Overall great.

Well, I spent more on shampoo and conditioner than I ever expected but I actually saved $30 on the pair! Plus, it’s a really good brand (I went for Tea Tree Special). Brianna was super helpful and very nice! She practically bent over backwards to help me! Thanks, Brianna!

Ive never been here but Google maps keeps insisting that I have. Ive tried all the ways available to get gmaps to quit bugging me about it and have had zero success.So Im writing this review as a means to that end. Im giving them 5 stars so my review wont affect them negatively.So go check out Ulta Beauty, Im sure theyre very nice and good at what they do or sell or whatever.

I have to be honest my sister runs a sephora and yeah I like it but Ulta is my jam. Nobody bugging you about the latest trend, but they are right there if you have a question. My daughter when she started using face products and stuff had so much fun going around getting help from everyone who works there. However I have tried the salon twice and hated it both times. I will not do it again even if free.

Theres always a very long line and only one person working the register and basically that one person has to help other customers in the store because theres not enough people to go around to help all the customers and ring up people at the same time. I like Sephora better

Everybody was so nice here, seriously the best customer service but when I got to check out I had the BEST person helping me. His name is Levi and he’s so funny and he is the reason I am writing this review. Seriously made my night, please give this person a raise!! The girl that helped me picked out lashes is also very sweet and amazing and stunning but I did not get her name :( overall such a good experience, I love these peeps! ❤️

Emily is my favorite stylist at the Salon, I really recommend her. I also love how helpful the other employees are when I have questions or need product suggestions. They listen to needs and arent pushy about sales.

Store was clean and l was able to find what l wanted easily.

Today I went to Express Cuts & Tans. They butchered my bangs.So I ended up going to Ulta and I did not have an appointment but they women were extremely understanding and fit me in and fixed my hair and I am very happy that they took such amazing care of me. Offered water and everything. 💗

Emily at The Salon at ULTA is terrific. When shes finished with my hair it always looks and feels perfect. Her sunny personality is a pick-me-up every time I go in. You should go see her if you are looking for a stylist/colorist who LISTENS to what you want to do and can offer GOOD choices to get there. Thank you, Emily!

I shop here for my daughters gifts for christmas because this is the place I like the most.

I was always kind of scared to ask any questions because you always hear the horror stories about the employees being mean and act higher than you but this was not the case whatsoever. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Its easy for me to spend a lot of money here. But worth it! Great for stocking stuffers and just trying new things.

Above all places they definitely have the best customer service very helpful.

Beware if you get your hair done in the salon... they try to up sell you and charge you for products without your knowledge (deep conditioner/toner). For full highlights I was quoted $105 but with all the add ons that I wasn’t aware of til checkout was over $150. I will not be going back to the salon and would not recommend it.

Ok, they didnt have what we were looking for, as it seems different stores carry larger selections of products which doesnt se right. That said per the staff the south Reno stores have more inventory and selections than the northwest Reno store

This store has awesome customer service and a good selection of product. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it didnt carry two brands I was looking for that are available at the location.in The Summitt mall.

Kaila was so nice and she went out of the way to make my visit pleasurable. The young lady who checked me out was sweet and I will definitely make more visits to this store.

I went here with my wife not knowing what to expect. This is an incredible about amount of womens cosmetics. As well as lots of aftershave and some Selectmen product

I went in for a trim and the hair cut was very well done but the problem is I did not get a trim they took off two inches. I would not recommend if you are trying to grow out your hair.

Went in to purchase a Clinque product but was informed the Sparks store only carries the Clinique make-up. I then wanted to sample another product that was recommended to me because I have sensitive skin and they said they dont give out samples anymore. I will now be taking my business to Sephora!
