Attempting to stay to the point , This young lady Chayla who greeted me accepted my cynical sense of humor my hydros bangs and accepted the challenge ! I was simply amazed ! She was very confident yet humble! She stayed within protocol of what was her education/Jcpenneys however Taylor to fit to my unorthodox beyond text book challenge!I asked her when she was going to actually dye my hair. She replied I am! At age 54 I finally knew what it meant to have some one dye each group of hair according to texture , color etc.. She massaged my broken down hair that had been breaking for years! Simply the Best! I have to go back again I am long over due only because of the quality of work she preformed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love and adore Peach, and Mimi! I have been coming to this salon for over 12 years, and their time/expertise is slim to none. I can go in with magazine printouts on color, and cuts, and I have never had a problem. The atmosphere is fun, and the stylists are like family.

For the 2nd time out of 3 visits they wanted to make me wait to be seen even though I had made an appointment. The first time I ever went the stylist had a gnarly gash in her finger and didnt have it covered while touching me.Never again.

Most of my family go to this salon and we always leave pleased. Korey is one talented stylist I cant help but mention. All the woman in my family see korey and have nothing but the best to say about her. Between you and me... there hair has never looked better. ;)

I have been going to JC Penney Salon for at least 2 years now. The customer service has always been great. Ive had a few stylists & theyve all been wonderful. Let me tell you though......2 years ago I got connected with Korey because I like to challenge my stylist. I love color, not like normal hair colors either! You wouldnt think JC Penney Salon would be doing the things that Korey can do & other stylists as well! They will knock your socks off! Korey is the most talented hair stylist & amazing person, The Salon is lucky to have her. Cant wait til my next appointment!!

I have never been treated more disrespected in my life . I walked in and schedule an appointment at 2 pm they scheduled me for 5pm. I returned At 430 pm they said they needed more time so I came back at 515 they then told me they would not be able to take me. So I did not get service. I dont know why they took my number but didnt call to tell me. So I think this is a horrible way to do business.

I made an appointment to have my hair done and it was confirmed when the stylist called me. When I went there on my appointment day, the stylist were did not show up or couldn’t be reach on her cell. I waited for an hour then gave up. A friend of my told me about this issue as it happened to here. I was late for the rehearsal dinner.

They have the worst security! be careful with your belongings

At first they dont seem to know what their doing, Ive called twice to be on the phone for over 15 minutes just trying to make an appointment. It seems they dont want to make appointments or they just dont care to. The one haircut Ive gotten my kids turned out well though the stylist was getting frustrated by my being there. I did not feel welcome or that they had any interest with my business. The stylist who cut my sons hair continually jerks my sons head to face forward because he kept looking around. Its fine i guess if you dont mind horrible service and overpriced haircuts.

Went in to get my hair cut by Korey and she exceeded my expectations, Im always very choosey with people who cut my hair and I was happy with the end results I would go back again if I lived in Reno!

Worst hair salon experience ever. Waited 2 hour only for the hair stylist (her name was Peaches) to start bad mouthing my hair to another customer while I was in the chair. She told me she couldnt do my hair and that Id have to reschedule. I booked a two hour slot! I was completely embarasssed and left crying. When I reported her to the manager I got a lot of excuses and no accountability. I will never go back!

Such a joke took my mom and sister both times both separate times and they botched there hair on the color my mom was a simple trim and blond all around mind you her hairs already blond her roots were dark and when she was done omg her roots were orange and hair was grey this salon is seriously a joke these girls are fresh out of school thats forsure. Oh and we still had to pay full price never again. Dont go here if you care about your hair!!!
