Laura does not respect ur appointments she has you waiting an hour or longer even after u have schedule ur appointment with advance she has no professionalism she is always talking about how much other customers give her of tips like all she cares is about the tips. Do not recommend at all !

I visited Reno from Cali and decided I needed a mini makeover. I got a haircut and had my eyebrows threaded. I walked in and was able to be seen. Brenda gave me the most perfect haircut and I walked out feeling so much better.

First time I went I was treated by a child..I went and spoke with someone else. The one who painted my hair pulled me up until I could not (it hurt). After months I returned and I waited and they never took care of me (terrible service) I do not return ... without mentioning their Mexican music at full volume .. as if we all liked it.

Some of the best jobs that I have done I recommend 100%. Super aesthetic.
