First I called and asked if I can make an appointment. The person who answers the phone said that they were in middle of doing someones hair and will call me back. They never did. I called back asking the same thing a day or so later and they remembered who I was idr what they said but I didnt get an appt time at that point. Later I get a text letting me know that they saw my number and want to know if I still needed services I said yes can I get Wednesday or Sunday they said theyre closed Sunday thats fine we eventually settled on Friday afternoon. For some reason the person texting me did not confirm that I can come in at 5:00 and when I texted her Ill see you in an hour she already booked that slot for someone else. The communication is terrible. They didnt seem to care at all

Alicia is extremely talented at what she does. She took the time to completely transform my hair and make me feel amazing. She has an easy to use online booking system that allows you to see her availability for the services you are interested in!
