This is my third visit to Redmond Zoom and they have exceeded all my expectations each time.Making appointments on their app is zoom easy! Meticulously clean and comfortable! You don’t have to wait in a room with a bunch of sick people.The doctors care level and the time spent with me has been the most impressive. The only no zoom element.And they have a full pharmacy, you have the option to leave with what you need and not have to make another stop at a pharmacy. Zoom- zoom.Highly recommend! Zoom in and out and you will be happy.

Made a day of appointment on a Sunday. Got right in. Felt fast and efficient, but also the Dr. seemed willing to take all the time I needed and answer any questions I had. I really like the price transparency of their website and good costumer service. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great experience at Zoom Urgent Care. This was our first time visiting one of their location and it won’t be our last. I appreciated the ability to make an appointment. The doctor we saw was friendly and thorough. Great care!

I had a great experience with Redmond Zoom Care! Everyone was very kind during my visit and got my in very quickly (I had symptoms at 8am, started looking for an appointment somewhere at 10am, and got in at 11am with Nicolle Ioakem). Nicolle was very down to earth, informational, and helpful for my health needs and I would definitely return to Zoom Care in the future :)

I visit Zoom care every time I need urgent medical help. Its quick and easy to schedule an appointment online. There are never lines or crowds, and the place is extremely clean. All doctors are very professional and timely. Highly recommend. :)

You can get the care you need. However, the billing with Zoom+Care is nightmare.They will tell you that they submit a claim to your insurance, but still charge you at day of visit with their estimated amount that they think insurance will not cover.After the claim went through my insurance I waited 2 months without hearing back from Zoom+Care, so I reached out and asked about the difference (I was charged at the day of my visit 3 times the amount I should have paid according to my insurance claim).After that I received a partial refund. When asked about the remaining difference between what I paid minus what has been refunded, I was told that the rest is pharmacy cost that was not submitted through insurance and therefore its non-refundable.Having to go through insurance is a burden in itself for medical costs, but Zoom+Care made this even more complex and unclear. I ended up paying for my visit two times more than what I would have paid at doctors office.

Like every other healthcare provider, they did not inform me that a refund is due. I had to get in touch with them to ask for a refund after I got the EOB from my insurance.. because my insurance paid everything and I paid them too. One star for the above reason.

Easy to get Covid testing without paying 400 out of pocket like most places do.

The service by the team was quick and efficient. I was able to get in easily with my appointment. The place was continually cleaned while I was there. So they were doing a great job with the current covid situation.

I had a work related injury and they treated me almost right away after getting some paper work started and dealing with a couple people who already had appointments in front of me. They were very nice and very helpful. They kept me calm and collected after getting a very painful 2nd degree burn.

They were incredibly fast. it was easy to navigate the app. The receptionist(who I wish I could remember her name but I think it was Samar) was friendly, funny and informative. The doctor was professional. Plus at the end of it, I didnt even need to go to a pharmacy to get medication. Definitely recommend it.

Speaking on behalf of my very sick boyfriend. We just came back from the doctor visit and we had a very pleasant experience. We had Chad as our doctor and he was very articulate with gathering his symptoms. We thought he had a really bad flu but ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia. We asked many follow-up questions and Chad answered them very thoroughly. The whole process from entering and leaving zoom was smooth and quick. The front desk person was extremely friendly and informative as well. Thank you zoom staff. Keep doing great stuff!

We have been three times and have always been super happy with the level of expertise, the great customer service, and just all over experience. They fill most subscriptions there and that makes it so much easier.

Fantastic service! Made an appointment online for an illness, walked in, and was seen by the physician within a couple minutes. Dr. Johnson was friendly, welcoming, and informative. I was in and out within 20 minutes and provided with my prescription in-office. I highly recommend this clinic to others!

Yes, it is clean and good location but its very expensive. I have a High PPO Premera and they charged me $99! Go somewhere regular clinic setting.Overpriced.

It goes without saying, that Zoom is far better than than urgent care and the ER. My FPN, Markita Guiden was so exceptional that I cant even remember a more positive doctor visit! She was so thorough and sharp. I came in with a complicated kidney infection. That level of care would have taken multiple visits and long hours at other places. Very grateful.

Very unprofessional customer service, misleading information, be careful when you schedule a visit for COVID19 test especially, they are not able to provide one for you at this location, thou they make you go and be billed for a service that did not happened. They will bill you for you visit and then send you to another facility for the test where you are going to be billed also.You should be ashamed of what you are doing and be more clear on what you do and what you dont. and No the apologizes are not helping!

Zoom+Care was exactly what I hoped for and perfectly suited for what I needed. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough in her examination and also with her explanation of what symptoms were presenting, what her concerns were and why she was recommending the medications that she did. And no long wait!When your issue is not an “emergency” and you don’t want to wait for an appointment with your primary care physician I highly recommend Zoom+Care.

I was looking for a doctor / urgent care while traveling. Convenient location, easy to schedule/reschedule and great staff. Would highly recommend.

I recently scheduled an appointment with. I was sick and tired . Called them asked whether their in my network and shared all information. They said everything good for my appointment.But when I reached there , they told you are not covered and need to pay full amount. They wasted my time and energy. I was very tired too and ended up finding another urgent care. Please don’t do this kind of unprofessional things ,patients will be already sick, it’s very difficult to find another appointment at that point. Not recommended.

I went in to get a Covid test, which are supposed to be free, but was charged $167 and didn’t have anything else done during my appointment.

Very kind professional staff. They were a real life saver since my doctor was not available to see me. They even had my prescription so I didn’t have to wait at a pharmacist later.

I was here last month for a visit, the doctor did not perform all the required procedures to diagnose my symptoms. He tried to diagnose me as drug abuse while it’s simply a cold symptom. I don’t know what’s wrong with him.
