Jeff was absolutely amazing! I have gone to THREE other doctors that turned me away with 0 answers. When I left the office yesterday I had a sigh of relief that we were moving in the right direction and someone was FINALLY listening to me.. Thank you Jeff!

Had some ear blockage that turned out to be a bit more serious. Jeff was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me out. Office staff were kind, and the flow of things was great - I was given a room and seen by Jeff promptly. Would absolutely recommend anyone with ENT needs come to Redmond Proliance.

Consulted Dr. Eric Eisen for ear blockage + pain, he cleaned both my ears in no time and gave suggestions for management. Very courteous and experienced, would definitely consult him again in the future

Went here to get a swallow eval because of a new onset sensation and associated pain when swallowing. Dr. Eisan did not even feel me swallow (which would have clearly exhibited the problem since I could feel it myself, and communicated this clearly), he inserted a laryngoscope, looked for a few seconds, then told me he didn’t see anything wrong. Couple weeks later I get the $300 bill for the “swallow eval and treat”. Thanks for nothing, except an expensive bill.I am sure some people have a good encounter here. It was a professional environment, clean, and friendly. However it did not meet any of my needs unfortunately, and I felt as if my chief complaints were not actually addressed at all beyond “Well I don’t see anything wrong”. As a patient I want to know: Well what ELSE can we do to figure it out?

Jeff Robin is a great physician! He takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed. When you see a physician that makes you feel they truly care and want to help is exactly what you will get.

My ear got plugged. Went to see Dr. Eisen . After the first visit and ears cleaning, pain was still there. Came a second time. Was referred to hearing clinic, even though my hearing was fine. At the end I was told everything looks fine and there is nothing can be done from the doctors side. So, after the second visit the pain still persisted. I decided to see another doctor at Bellevue ENT clinic. The first thing the doctor did is CT scan on me. And after the scan, he pointed me where the problem is and how to treat it. Now I feel much better.Making long story short. Do yourself a favor - if you have any problem with ENT go to somewhere else.

Do not. Do not even consider. The main doctor retired so I guess it will be fill-ins now? They completely botched my diagnosis. Suffering from loud tinnitus, just keeps getting louder. He gave me a packet to read and TMJ was one of the things listed as a possible cause. He said wed talk about TMJ after my hearing test. When hearing test came back fine he wrote idiopathic on a piece of paper and left. I tried to follow and ask questions but he blew me off. When I remembered shortly after our appt and called to ask about TMJ, the medical assistant said TMJ was not indicated. I asked why, what made him think that, nothing. I spent several more weeks in misery for no reason. Finally ignored the ENT and went to a TMJ dentist. Had TMJ the whole time. Now their story changes to we knew you had TMJ but its not related to tinnitus which is completely untrue on two counts. They said it was not indicated and its absolutely related. Also, they never told me the doctor was a couple weeks from retirement when I booked. They also took a week to send a Rx and then sent the wrong prescription All around an incredibly bad experience. The disorganized, erroneous and consistently rude medical assistant has now joined the Bellevue team so be prepared for incompetence there as well. Still pretty miserable but at least now I know what path to pursue beyond suck it up buttercup This medical team did more damage than aid. Dont waste your time.

Dr Gumprecht knows his ears.. Ive been seeing him for 7+ years now and Ive always been so impressed by his knowledge, expertise and gentle demeanor. Its very welcoming. His office staff is friendly and are willing to bend over backwards to assure you have a comfortable experience there during your visit. -Patient for life

My kid was suggested for Adenotonsillectomy by one of ENT, so we met Dr. Gumprecht for potential surgery and he evaluated and advised that surgery was not necessary in this case and recommend medication which helped recover my kid quickly. We had follow-up with him and he took time to patiently explain everything and how we have to deal with similar situation if this happens again. His staff was also very friendly and helped us in all possible ways.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gumprecht for almost 4 years now. I go to him only when my Throat infection has lasted for a month. I love that Bobby at front desk can accommodate you on short notice and their whole office is such a friendly place. I have always had a good experience here.
