The front desk service is horrible. You have to be on hold for atleast 45 minutes to talk to them, and when you finally do get hold of them they are rude. Talking to them, asking questions and making appointments is a nightmare. After our first appointment, the doctor told us to get the next appointment in 2 weeks because he wanted to act fast, and he said he will squeeze us in his schedule. The front desk said there was no appointment available so I asked them to check with the doctor. They said they would call me back, but they never did. I called again after 2 days and had the same conversation all over again. Frustrating experience!!

Worse place ever. They never pick up calls and after they do they choose not to talk. I called for a month to get an appointment but no one responded on the voicemail. When I was in call through and through in the wait queue they picked my call and never answered. I can hear the man on the other side chewing and yawning but he never answered with a “hello” or ack of the call.

Dr. Weiss has been super helpful to my allergy issues in the past few years. Yesterday, he was patient to explain to my teenager boy about his allergy issues and convinced him to do some skin tests to determine which food he may be ok to eat now. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

NW Asthma has been really helpful in my fight against allergies. Standard allergy treatments were not working for me and they were willing to make me try lesser known treatments that work better. I am so grateful to have found Dr Lasley!

I have been there only once. Doctor and nurse are super friendly and well-knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars is only based on this experience. However, when I called this office later to check on something else. The operator was extremely rude and terrible. She talks in a way makes you feel uncomfortable, almost yelling to me. She had no patience and hanged out me before I asked all questions.

My husband had a referral because he is suffering from severe allergies. He went there for a blood test on January 14th and has been fighting since then to get his results. They told him results were ready and was asked to made an appointment. So he was there on Friday March 6 just to learn his results were not ready!!!! Really?!!!! Is this a bad joke?! It’s been almost two months and they don’t even care!!!!!My husband has been suffering from allergies all this time!!! This is just unacceptable. If I can give them minus stars I will.

We’ve been going here for seventeen years. The doctors know what they are doing. You may have to search for one you personally connect with. I definitely tried several. I have had great experiences with the vast majority of the medical assistants and front desk staff. The few I have not, oh well, no big deal. It’s still a great allergy clinic.

Been a patient here for about 5 years. Dr. Weiss is great and the nurses are fantastic. There was a nurse a while back that was pretty unfriendly. I haven’t seen her around lately though. The reception desk staff has changed quite a bit over the last few years and was unreliable at times but I think they have it worked out now. I trust Dr. Weiss with my life and RN Cliff, that does the injections and monitors immunotherapy serums is also extremely trustworthy & very friendly.I have recommended this clinic time and time again, and I will continue to.

Doctors and nurses are nice, but the operator is terrible.I would give 5 star if my experience was based on seeing doctors, but I DO NOT want ANY star for the operator. She never listened what I was talking or asking and hanged up the phone while I was talking.

Ive had a referral for urgent treatment for over a week and for over a week Ive only been able to leave voicemail messages in request of an appointment. No one is answering the phones and no one is calling patients back. Ive asked my PCM to refer to a different provider at this point. If they have a difficult time running the most basic components of an office, I dont want to imagine the poor logistics of even enduring patient care there.

Weve been going there since 2009. Dr. Park is AMAZING. She is caring, always listens and try everything until were happy and ok. She is very empathetic, and she remembers personal details about every clients, which makes us feel like family. My oldest is in excellent hands, and we will always keep her. I highly recommend her!

First: Dr. Park at the Redmond location is awesome. We switched from Issaquah to Redmond, even though its an hour drive, and it was a good choice because Dr. Park is FAR better with young children than the prior provider we saw in Issaquah was. Now, for the customer service/front office staff: this place is ABYSMAL. I cant say anything about the individuals, but their phone system/answering service is an absolute nightmare. It takes WEEKS to receive a call back; they lose information, confuse information, and make it impossible to call back directly without starting the weeks-long wait process over. I am a healthcare provider, and I have never seen a practice managed this poorly. They clearly dont care because they have a monopoly on the allergy specialty in this area.

If your office supposedly doesnt even have enough masks for themselves then how DARE you force your PATIENTS who are at an ASTHMA clinic to source their own. Shameful, greedy, baseless service.

I havent been able to use them yet but their office does not have good customer service and/ or is completely unorganized. My PCP referred us and when I called I was told they didnt have the referral. I had my PCP resend it. A few days later I was told again, they didnt have the referral but they had our charts. My PCP sent the referral again. The very next day I was told by the same person that they had the referral but not the charts. It wss infuriating! Then I was told they couldnt accept me unless I had the referring PCP on my insurance card and my insurance wouldnt cover the testing otherwise. The insurance company said this was incorrect because my PCP is in network. Two weeks of calling and still no appointment. Also they have a 3-4 month waiting list. What makes matters worse the nonchalant attitude of the receptionist Ii spoke to. You could tell she could really care less, what the problem was. There was never any problem solving or attempts to help. They kept losing our records and not one apology. It got to the point when I called shed say, oh I remember you. It was problem after problem. When I mentioned that Id had to call no less than 7 times and still no appointment, the response was essentially that all allergy clinics are like this. Not true! I finally asked for a referral different clinic in a different area. Ill have to make a drive but already the difference is night and day. I was spoken to respectfully on the phone and it took a 10 minute call to set an appointment, which was scheduled for a few weeks out not months.

I have been coming to NWAA Redmond for more years than I can remember for shots and care under Dr. Weiss. NWAA has an amazing group of doctors and staff. They are the best in the northwest in their profession. I have confidently place my life, literally, in their hands for over 20 years.

Our primary care giver Dr, Ellen K Lampe referred us to Northwest allergy center and Dr WEISS, MICHAEL E. was our doctor who unnecessary put my kid under steroids for her chronic cough even without evaluating what is the root cause of the cough. More importantly that doctor didnt even tell us he is prescribing steroids!Needless to day that medicine did not work and my 4 years old was unnecessary given steroid inhaler. I personally believe any kid can not be an object for research and development of other doctors.Mr Michael said my kid has asthma which is not the case and she has an inflamed adenoids which was generating extra mucus and causing the cough. The bottom line is we cant trust these doctors blindly and need to do our research in details before administering any medicine as we are finally responsible for our kids health and the doctors have No Accountability here.

Inconsistent hours, long wait times for shots, and blatently rude staff members who love to gossip about patients (sometimes while the patients are in the room). One of the physicians missed a diagnosis that left me sick for years until another doc figured it out. Dont go here.Shout-out to nurse Cliff though! Gotta like Cliff.

Weve been taking our son to Dr Lasley at NW Asthma & Allergy for nearly 10 years. The staff is always polite, when when we call for a last minute prescription for epinephrin. Dr Lasley has been great at explaining our sons allergies and the steps weve needed to take along the way. As he gets older, Dr Lasley talks with him to make sure that he knows how to handle an allergic reaction if hes by himself or out with friends.

Absolutely awful location - you call and receive an automated messaging system stating they are too busy to take calls and to leave a message for a call back within 2 business days. I have called FOUR times in an effort to urgently get my infant in who I believe has allergies. NO call back, every single time. Terrible customer service and lack of customer service skills. Complete waste of time location. Ive also heard of many parents in our community that have had more than a sub-par experience at this location. Go elsewhere.

I was unable to make an appointment. After being referred by my physician, I called multiple times but only received their voicemail. After several weeks of phone tag due to only being called back during my working hours and never within the same day as the initial call, I left an additional message which was never returned. While I am unable to rate the doctors themselves, the ability to engage the office to make an appointment is poor.

I’m getting allergy shots at this location. The last three times I’ve had negative experiences. This shot, I waited over 20 minutes in a nearly empty room before getting the shot. The previous time I was unable to get the shot, since they closed the shot room a few minutes early. The time before that I was unable to get the shot since I was one minute late. In summary, be warned - don’t come at the end of the shot hours and plan to spend close to an hour here for the shots - 30 minute wait + up to 30 minutes to actually get the shot.
