Cascade Chiropractic is amazing! I was suffering from recurring whiplash from a car accident years earlier, and the doctors here really value true healing over the quick fix. The adjustments are great, but they also give you several exercises to do at home so that you can live a healthy lifestyle free of chronic pain! The front desk workers are friendly, and I received a massage here as well that they made sure was covered by my insurance. I havent had any whiplash since! Thank you so much!

Very thorough and explained what he was going to do for adjustments. The process was not rushed and the adjustments were effective. Staff was friendly too.

100% left me hanging in pain because of a misunderstanding between someone in their financial department and my insurance. Spoke to the insurance multiple times in the last months and they say over and over that cascade Chiropratic is simply charging incorrectly and with a simple phone call the matter could be resolved.The person answering the phone named Brittany refuses to do so.My care provider has tried multiple times and so have I. (The owner will come on later and make excuses for their carelessness and inability to charge the insurance properly.)Started into multiple therapies on the contingency my body wouldn’t have to experience excess pain in the process but cascade chiropractic has thus far thrown me into a position where I have to now drive to bend which is dangerous because of my condition or sit at home in pain and let the condition worsen.My therapist was fantastic, but the customer service seems heartless at this point.Response to owner. My PCP approved it and the receptionist said the payments didn’t go through. After thorough communications a list was actually made by my caregiver for how cascade chiropractic was not sending the bill in correctly. When she called and left a message to resolve the issue multiple times we were never responded to.

Never been to a chiropractor before but had a great experience here. Been back for 3 appointments. First appointment was long as Dr. Sorensen took a lot of time to learn about my needs and explain the various routes we could go, he also took a lot of time to educate me and demonstrate some home care options. Subsequent appointments have been much faster as we continue our work with just some quick updates, which I appreciate as a busy person. Making appointments has been easy and flexible. Overall theyre doing a good job. Also, theres an Idas cupcake cafe in the same parking lot....so thats a perk.

Choosing Dr. Sorenson at random, I found him to be an excellent and highly competent chiropractor. I have had low back issues for over 10 years, probably due to getting older as well as a career in the fire department. I have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, several other chiropractors, pain medication, steroid injections, and a L3-4 fusion and another surgery a year later. I had about given up and had contacted a pain clinic in Bend to start that process. I decided to give chiropractic one more chance and read the reviews about Cascade Chiropractic and thought I would give them a try. It has been an amazing experience and my back pain is minimal now. Mike started me on core strengthening exercises that I hadn’t tried before and his adjustments have been spot on. I am so grateful for what Mike has done for me. He has given me a new lease on life.

Had a really bad neck problem and they saw me on short notice. The first time the made a huge difference. Everyone there was very nice and helped me very quickly.

First time ever giving a place a review. First off I hurt myself Sunday, tried calling all around Monday morning for a walk in. They were the only place in Redmond that would see me. The chiropacter quickly found the problem and set me up with a treatment. As I was getting ready to pay for visit they advised me that veterans receive a large discount. I only ended up pay 50% of the bill. I cant say how thankful I am. Great place great staff, highly recommend.

I was seen by Dr. Sorensen today for a neck issues, back tension, and hip pressure. I was very satisfied with my adjustments, massage, and overall customer service I received. Dr. Sorensen has a caring and calming presence and I appreciate that because I was able to relax. Also, I called in to schedule an appointment with a massive headache from my neck issue and was scheduled 1 hour later for my appointment. I walked out feeling SO MUCH better! I felt no pressure for a long term treatment plan like I have in the past with another chiropractor in Redmond, we discussed my needs and what I’m able to commit to and came up with a treatment plan. I will continue my care with this provider.

Dr Sorensen has great chiropractic knowledge and has helped my back improve and my sinuses clear. Dr Mercer has great knowledge of natural medicine. After going to many doctors before finding her, she was the only one that has helped me with my digestive problems. I highly recommend them both for your health needs.

They are the best. Mike repairs my back every 6-9 weeks and keeps me upright. I appreciate his ability to listen and give great guidance. If you need alignment he is the guy to see. Also, if you have issues with sinus blockage, Mike and Katie can realign your sinuses for proper drainage. My wife used to get sinus infections 2-3 times every year. Since Mike and Katie worked on her sinuses she has been infection free.
