Make sure you bring cash but am ATM is conveniently located beside the store. You can also buy cannabis based items beside the store like lip butter, bath salts, and other skin remedies which accepts credit card.

I walked by this place on my free day. The WOMAN OUTSIDE WAS VERY KIND . SHE SAW MY SHIRT IT WAS CAT RELATED. SHE LIKED IT .. WE STARTED TALKING.. I FOUND OUT THAT SHE HAD RECENTLY LOST HER CAT.. EVEN THOUGH IM NOT INTO WEED OR WHATEVER ITS CALLED today. I enjoyed OUR TALK. I HOPE TO CONVERSE WITH HER AGAIN..SOON!

Woman working as the bouncer is extremely confrontational and unfriendly for no reason. I have never ever encountered such a rude employee - ESPECIALLY not at a pot shop.September 23rd, around 2:45pm.Quite frankly, she ruined my day with her unnecessary attitude and I dont think Ill ever shop here nor recommend anyone do so as well.

I have come to this shop multiple times now and have not had a bad experience once!I would like to point out for people who share my predicament, that vertical IDs are accepted at this shop! It just needs to be looked over by more than one employee (which is no big deal) and with covid preventing me from being able to get a new license this has been veeeery important in looking for a shop! I moved away from the Redmond area but still return to go to Always Greener!When ordering online, pickup is so quick and easy, and although my order has been wrong a couple of times the staff goes over your products before you pay to ensure you leave with what you paid for!Everyone from security to budtenders are so nice, I have tried to find a closer shop but none of them touch this one! Customer for life :)

In this place, work is very rough. I found someones hair in the food, and when I asked for my money back, they told me to clear the parking lot. I was in a big shock. never be here! take care of yourself!

Was doing a video shoot down the road at confidence analytics and needed a quick snag. Decent shop with a fair selection. Staff is nice and knows their product. Tell them what you want and are looking for and get a pretty good pick from a bud tender they’ll probably get it right for you.

This dispensary is really nice! They accept vertical IDs! If youre like me and cant really handle the smell of weed, this place is awesome super clean.I just went in, and the girl who helped me (Im so bad with names but she had really pretty long green hair!) helped me pick out something new to try SO quickly and accurately!Ive been to other places where people will try to upsell me on stuff or offer me things Im obviously too inexperienced for, but I literally just told her that I only do edibles/mints bc I cant stand the taste and she pointed me to a capsule! Worst customer service experience I have had at a dispensary. Chain run big business.Find a local dispensary with some knowledgeable staff. This place is a bunch of kids that don’t know what they are doing. Waste of time.

Excellent selection of higher end products. Staff here is amazing. Friendly helpful and always welcoming. The owners a friendly and laid back. Every single one of them does an amazing job. Customer service is something they excel at and really take the time with you. They will never make you feel rushed, are well knowledged about their products and offer great advice. I pass by three other dispensaries every week on my way to this one. Ive tried all the others but Always Greener is hands down the best dispensary in Redmond.

Checks ID youre not of age you need to leave, Me:yeah right(continues to walk in) she then told me no I will not as I insisted she looks again, then asks me who is my middle aged friend outside smoking a cigarette. At this point I felt no need to explain myself cause my age was appropriate and I used to feel i was a valued customer until now. Couldnt of felt more belittled. 1 star. the prices of their eighths are decent going for as low as 25$ with premium quality cannabis.

My usual shop is moving so I needed a new shop. After careful consideration, I decided on AG, and wasnt disappointed.The building was easy to find, with plenty of parking. I had no trouble leaving the lot after my purchase.The interior was clean and bright, and they had a few brands I recognized and some I didnt.My budtender, Illy, was lovely. She was knowledgeable, and was able to make suggestions to help me with my purchase.Overall, a wonderful experience, and recommended.

Both employees made me feel like I shouldn’t have come in, and that they didn’t want to help me.I ended up not buying anything and going to Origins instead where I was treated much more respectfully. It’s really unfortunate that their employee couldn’t put on a customer service face for even 1 minute to show me some options for purchase instead of seeming like he didn’t want me even in the store. I felt so unwelcome. I’ve even recommended them to multiple friends before...more than a little disappointed since I thought this was a decent shop.

Security will become aggressive with you if you decide to provide feedback or anything then will call the police on you as a form to harass you.PS to staff who should be representing the greenside pride accurately: its the 21st century, being customer service oriented will have a positive affect especially since theres a much more friendler shop less than half a mile away. Im pretty sure the owners of Greenside would want that — would want all staff to be able to communicate with us patiently/gently/humanely without any biases

Not sure as to what shop the first review from the Kailey lady was written about, but it was definitely not Always Greener! The professionalism of this shop is something that will draw you back time and time again! The owners have gone above and beyond to make this store one of the best in Redmond and the Seattle area, and they have surpassed all expectations! Whether this is your first time in a shop, or if you have been to many you will not walk out feeling disappointed! Always Greener just found themselves a customer for life!

Only had 2 tellers on a Friday at lunch hour. Waited 15 minutes to be told sorry man Im really low on concentrates. Poor selection wasted my time over priced left empty handed. If you want to get decent bud head to a shop down south thats worth it. Dont waste your effort here.

Im SO excited that a recreational shop opened in Redmond, and even more thrilled that its a block from my apartment. They have a great selection - lots of variety, flower, candies, drink. And great prices, cheaper than Green Theory by far. Really knowledgeable budtenders who helped me out a ton. Ill be back for sure.

I walked in unknowingly with an expired ID with my dad. I had gone to a weed shop in Seattle and no trouble. I assume they knew the replacement must have been in the mail. Here they demeaned me as if I were a criminal for having an expired ID. They told me to get out in front of my dad which is as demeaning as anything Ive experienced in a well run pot shop. I will never return to this shop and am already telling everyone I know to never go here. Its a horrible place and making the drive into Seattle for weed is well worth the trip there and back, youre gaurenteed to be treated with the utmost respect rather than none at all. The sign should say Not Always Nice, Not Always Responsible and Not Always Kind.
