I went there yesterday, I have a cold and my ears are plugged up which happens to me every year, I told Dr. Thomas what I needed to fix my ears and he basically ignored me told me no and prescribed allergy medication, for my ears? My nose is stuffy but I wasn’t there for that purpose, he would not listen and was dismissive and in a hurry, I was in and out I’m 5 minutes hardly enough time to actually diagnose anyone. He did the same thing to my granddaughter the week before. This urgent care is the worst I have ever been to. When will the God complex Doctors realize that maybe the patient just might know there own bodies

For the sake of people’s health and well-being, please get this office in order. I came in for an eye problem (after being told by my Optometrist’s office to go to an urgent care since they were booked up and came here to be seen). I haven’t been here in years and it seems the staff have been changed up. The front office staff were pleasant with me along with the medical assistant who took my vitals. When it came to the Doctor or P.A. (whatever he is), I was met with a very degrading gentleman who had the tech, take my visual acuity (VA’s) then had me sit in an office only to tell me he could in-fact NOT do anything to check my eyes and to simply go to Walmart... I don’t know about you (the reader), but I would expect any medical professional to dig a little deeper with their patient including using bedside manner. I will however, be digging deeper into who is running this office because this kind of care is UNACCEPTABLE and only slaps patients like you and I in the face. Have a good day and only go to this location at your own discretion.

I have been to this urgent care facility a number of times over the past 10 yrs or so. Each time when I was seen I was listened to and my concerns were addressed, explanations and choices were clearly discussed. I came out of there feeling better than when I went in and understood what next recommended step was

This place is great, we were in and out within 20 mins, it was clean, and the staff was great! I came here for my daughter and the women we saw was awesome. She listened to me and asked my daughter questions and included her in the care plan. I highly recommend.

I really had a great experience at this facility.. Everyone is great I really like how there wasnt a long wait. I had a change of insurance from Kaiser to now Iehp and the front office staff was so helpful with helping me to better understand how my insurance work. The provider that I seen was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends

Unfortunately the reviews are true. Whats the point of having a medical facility, an urgent care no less, if you dont give a sh^t about patients? Oh wait, money. While I am venting, the real issue is the staffing that the companies are doing for the medical centers out here. To clarify, the PA was great actually but the staff outside of the PA is very typical of what you find in the inland empire: Unpleasant receptionist with an authority complex and nurses that treat you like they are a correction officer and you are a convict!Thus, my real question to these women is why are you in the medical field if you don’t like people? Or do you just not like your job? Not like men? Regardless, your job is working in a facility where there are people that have medical concern. Perhaps you need to revisit the code of conduct or ethics concerning the role of treating patients and instead of being unpleasant and demanding you could do the public a favor and treat people with respect and care or get a new fing job! Going to the doctor should NOT make you more stressed before you even talk to the Doc!

Love this urgent care. I was nervous to come here looking at the yelp reviews, but I have no idea what they were talking about the staff was great, also the wait wasnt bad at all maybe 10 minutes before they called my sons name. I will be returning here again.

I took my father-in-law there yesterday and was very happy with the service he received. We didnt have to wait very long for service and the staff were very professional. I was a little Concerned about taking him there with the reviews that I had read. I would feel very comfortable taking any of my family members including myself to Redlands medical .

I had a very positive experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there for a basic complaint, so had no experience with blood draws or more extensive workups. They were quick and listened well.

I hate this urgent care!! With having Redlands-Yucaipa group there isn’t much of a choice for an urgent care. I’ve seen Dr. Walters and a Jamaican woman (dr?) and a PA all have been arrogant with no bed side manner. They literally rush in and out within a few seconds. They have an arrogance and their body language is all but friendly. They have looked at me like I am a moron because I am asking question s related to why I am being seen. My brother is a diabetic and stepped on a nail and they sent him home without an antibiotic even though he asked for one to avoid infection. He ended up in the hospital a few days later and almost lost his leg!! I will go anywhere BUT to this urgent care ever again. By the way, the front office staff have always been nice and pleasant.

Longest wait and never get any help. Every time I am there they say come back in a few days if you don’t feel better and then we may give you some medicine.

The female doctor sent us away to the ER because my 1 year old must have a chronic condition after only 1 week of taking medicine that she prescribed and didnt work. She was also extremely rude and didnt seem to care about her patients whatsoever.We were then told they didnt want us to come back until going to a specialist, because urgent cares are for urgent matters...Ive never felt unwelcome at an urgent care until now. Unbelievable.Previously, they had also sent us away to the ER because my son had a seizure and I was told they dont see patients that have had seizures. Last time I checked, seizures were pretty urgent matters.

Really a bad urgent care. They make u wait about 45 mins before the dr see you. Just got the dr to say to go see your regular dr. Waste of a copay and waste of time. Plus their Dr Tina or PA is rude and not helpful at all. She makes it seem like it inconvenience of her time to do her job. Would not recommend at all.

Went today and Levon Thomas who is only a PA treated us as if we were wasting his time. He would not listen to we said to him, prescribed a medication that we have never used. Then to find out our insurance does not cover and would not change it when the pharmacy called.

Just go to the ER across the street and wait. The reception staff act like they are you doing you a favor. Very unprofessional behavior by the P.A. I saw today at 1030am his answers were completely useless and nonsense. A high schooler reading from Web MD and the medical inserts from medications could do a better job.For the sake of your health go elsewhere. Something has happened here because it used to be a half way decent place.Management if they care need to fix things...

Went in there for excruciating tendonitis in my shoulder . He asked me how he could help me , I told him what I thought it was and the meds that helped me before . He angrily told me how dare I tell him how to do his job , hes the dr. not me . He demanded x Rays I told him I dont need them , which took his anger to another level . He then told me dont ever come back for my shoulder again or they will charge me . I literally was reduced to tears , he could care less . Dont go here !!!

The staff here is very inconsistent and rude. I wouldnt recommend anyone use this facility as the receptionist up front Elaina is very unhelpful and raises her voice to you. She talks to you like you dont knke what your talking about. Beaver next door takes IEHP and are way more professional then this place.

They have only PAs here... not doctors. And Every PA Ive had has been rude, unprofessional, and belittling. Would be OK if you had a cold/ sinus infection but anything more and they arent helpful. Last time I went in the PA wouldnt even physically look at my problem. Go next door to Beaver UC or ER. These people have yet to properly diagnosis me correctly.

If i could leave a minus star i would. Came to get treated today and the girl at the counter was dismissive and did not even check to see if my information was in The system. Instead she told me how they could not see me without a specific form that had already been sent over to them prior to my arrival. Customer service at front counter needs improvement!

After not being able to get out of bed most of the day due to illness I get ready and go down to urgent care only to find out they closed the doors early and refused to even answer their phones. I fought terrible traffic only to have to turn around and go home sick. Are you in the business to help people or not???

The receptionist was difficult to communicate with. I had two insurances and explained what was my primary insurance but the receptionist kept telling me I was wrong. I have dealt with this problem before and have dealt with lab stuff and know what my primary insurance is. I spent 10 minutes arguing with the woman to be seen. Once I was seen I saw the PA and she was rude to me. She was fine at first but when she thought I had a certain diagnosis her entire demeanor changed for the worse. I also had to call for my results. I can say that unless it is an emergency...I wont be going there again.

Unprofessional. The doctor or p.a. walked in didnt say anything sat on the chair and looked like he didnt want to be at work. He looked frustrated. Very poorly unprofessional

The whole staff are very rude and unprofessional including the doctor not nessicary to say the least. I only come here when I need a doctors note to return to work when I cant see my own doctor...

I came in for my knee and i was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the front desk the wait was not long at all the whole staff was extremely nice and welcoming Levon the physician helped me so much with my knee i walked out with so much less pain, if I ever had to go to an Urgent care again they will differently be my go to urgent care amazing customer service.

Completely bad, went on sunday and they were supposed to open at 9am and no one showed up till 9:30 ish and that was the doctor and even then we were still waiting for the office to be opened. And to top it off I had been waiting the whole time and the doctor tells me as we are still outside that he wont treat for heat exhaustion because it didnt look like I had it!! What, not even an actual visit or anything. Went to ER right after and was treated for heat exhaustion bordering on heat stroke. Dont go here they will nottake you seriously.

I am very sick. I am entirely new to medi cal insurance. I called specifically to see if they accepted this... because I knew I had to walk very sick pushing a baby stoller uphill that weighs 150lbs.On a Friday night, I arrived in time. With 2 busses & walking, I got here in 4 hrs.When I arrived, I was informed that myregular medi cal was not accepted. Only the IE ** type...I said.. what??? I called specifically for that.They said No apologies. & when I explained that I called & had tremendous hardship & no other places are now available or open...They said I raised my voice!Right. No I didnt.I explained to them.. while I did I was only being ignored. 2 times!This place is horrible.Unprofessional. Uncaring. & they lie.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. !!!

Terrible service, the PAs are rude, and make you feel uncomfortable and stupid, if you are sick they will do nothing for you! Malpractice on my toddler who has come in with fevers higher than 102 and a runny nose, and the Pas always say its nothing but the baby teething. Turns out he had a virus from a bad cold. Never bringing my toddler here ever again!
