Therapists are good, but usually late. The staff here amazes me how they still have jobs after being so rude and disrespectful to parents who are only trying to get their children scheduled for therapy when in fact, it’s the facility who doesn’t have any real structure on scheduling procedures. Wouldn’t recommend coming here whatsoever

I started coming here for my son in July. This place has been 100 percent professional. From the help the staff give over the phone, to the help they give inside the office. I was nervous scared all the emotions when I first started coming here with my son because I had no idea what to expect but from the warm welcome from the very beginning until now I know my son is in good hands. My son has made so much progress in the short time he has been here.

My son has been at this office for over a year now. They have constant scheduling problems. The schedule is not available until the middle of the month for the following month. Everytime they tell me a schedule will be ready, it never is. They blame there therapist for the scheduling cause theyre not suppose to schedule only the receptionist. Then when the schedule finally comes out there is absolutely nothing available! The receptionist name is AMBER, and everytime she is on the phones she is so rude, not once in a while, not only when shes having a bad day but literally everytime, I wish i was exaggerating. I brought attention to her supervisor Stephanie multiple times about Ambers attitude and how she speaks to people. She mustve not been talked to about it cause she still dont care and is disrespectful. Last week I left a yelp review saying Amber is rude everytime I call to schedule my sons therapies.. After a year I finally left a review. And because of that review my son was released as a patient from there office hours later lol. I could have mentioned how the therapist was 5 mins late to our zoom session everyy week, I could have mentioned how horrible there scheduling is and how nobody in there office is on the same page. I could have even mentioned how I let the supervisor know how rude amber was and nothing has changed. But no, I only said Amber is rude everytime and for that my son ha to find a new office. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE, SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY!

Children rehabilitation center has been so helpful to my son. He loves the gym and all the cool toys they have. The therapists are very friendly and patient.

My daughter has been coming to the center for two years. She loves the therapists and has fun at each session. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make timely appointments when you call ahead and they also help with insurance being approved for future appointments. Great clinic!

My son started going to speech therapy here in February. Like to see my son so excited when he comes here ready to learn. Staff are very good in the front desk. Im very happy my son its getting help to speech get him ready for School. Thank you yall 🤗

We called to set up appointments for my son and daughter. We were place on hold for 30 minutes.. we hanged up and called again and we were place on hold for another 20 minutes and when they answered us they told us they couldnt schedule our kids because we werent giving them the correct dr. name so they couldnt provide service for us. I had the referal with me with the Dr. name, info and approval from our insurance and they still wouldnt schedule our kids.. they denied our kids service.

My Daughter has been coming here for almost 2 years and I love her Teacher Ms. Ghina I love the way she take her time with my daughter and her teaching activities. My daughter went from saying any words to now saying over 70 -80 words

I called to make an appointment for my son. The receptionist did a fantastic job getting my needs taken care of. I also appreciate the patience and respectful manner she spoke to me.

My 4 year old just started speech therapy here about a month ago with Mr. Micheal and she is making great improvements in such little time. She was evaluated by Ms. Julie, she was answered all my questions and very informative. Although it is through Zoom, she enjoys the interaction and games that are related to the sessions. Mr. Micheal makes it very fun and keeps her entertained. I spoke to the front desk a couple of times and had to adjust some appointments and they were very helpful and accommodating, especially Adan. Thank you for the wonderful service everyone.

With any service, I believe it is extremely critical, to ask the therapists about their credentials. Ask what masters degree do they have in what field of study? You have the right to ask questions. Also, make sure that you feel comfortable with the therapist, as well as your child does too. That matters a lot, and you have every right to inform them of what is ok, and what is not ok. I think with more communication, patience, respect, and understanding, everything can be cohesive. Always look out for the best interest of your child first and foremost. Plus, no matter what anyone says, you know your child the best. Be the voice for your child. Your child needs you the most in those sessions, dont ignore your child, support and comfort them instead. Reassure your child, that you wont leave them, and we are all here to help and have fun. The best I have to say, is that, I was very fortunate that they took my son in, within a months wait. Other places I had looked into, the waitlist was 6 months to 1 year. They only offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy for kids.

We started going here in Jan 2020. We are working on his speech delay. My son is 3. He immediately felt comfortable working with the therapists. We have been able to work primarily with Miss Becky. She works so well him. She is very patient while my son continues to learn. Additionally she is open to changing methods to find what works best for him. He always excitedly went back to her office.After safer-at-home orders were implemented, the office didn’t communicate clearly what was going on. To be honest, I received no information until Miss Becky called to establish online therapy sessions. I should note the office staff seems to be always working. If I had to guess, the systems they have to use probably prohibit their efficiency.After we established on video sessions, Miss Becky again was willing to work with us to use programs and a schedule to best fit my son’s needs. Since then his language has continued to expand. I’m grateful that even though the office is closed, we have been able to keep working.

The speach therapist seems very well trained in assisting with speach. Office staff seem very patient with the children. In person services are currently being allowed.

This place is amazing! Very nice and helpful and appointments are available. We come weekly and have a great experience every time. The therapist’s and staff are amazing and really care about the kid’s.

I like this place. I haven’t had any issues with them. They have been good with scheduling my appointments and the therapist are very kind with us. The ladies in the front desk are also very nice. I have a no complaints about the staff at all. The only thing that needs to improve is that the waiting room should be more clean and the restrooms. Other than everything is good!!

My son has been having speech therapy sessions with Juliana Gaines and she has worked wonders for him. I also recreate the sessions at home and my son has definitely improved. His vocabulary has really taken off and Im so happy that he has started talking. Her method really works for him, so glad we started the sessions. Took a few weeks for him to understand but once he did he just kept on learning and talking. Five stars

Outstanding service by front desk. Therapist that care for your childs well being.

Our first speech session just ended. I had difficulty understanding what she was telling my son to repeat. My son is vision impaired and delayed so the written words on the screen were ridiculous. He can’t see them clearly and even if he could he doesn’t even know the alphabet . We have enough frustration with letters and reading , speech should be fun, not frustrating. I will continue it because I guess it’s better than nothing but my son has been in speech since he was 2 and this was by far the biggest waste of time in four years.

Its always a pleasure to bring my son to his speech therapy. The front office and back office staff are always helpful and friendly.

I have been taking my kids here for two years, I love working with Lillian and Michael. They can get really busy and sometimes it feels hard to schedule and appt because they get booked fast, but they try their best to work with you.

This place is very unprofessional. Jackie and Stephanie need a lesson in professionalism especially when it comes to speaking with the parents regarding their children.

Go somewhere else! The front desk ladies are so disrespectful and unhelpful. It took my daughter 2 months just for her to be seen for evaluation. Only reason why I’m giving it a one star is for her teacher who my daughter loves. I decided to transfer my daughter somewhere else and it took them 2 weeks to get all the paper work not 2 months. This place isn’t organized nor is it clean.

While we LOVE some of the speech therapists there (Laura, Jeanine & Michael). Their scheduling system is a little archaic & their appointment offerings are slim (possibly due to the fact that they have grown so much over the past year). For small children (not in school) it is possibly much more convenient to schedule appointments - but for school age kids - the limited availability of after school appointments is unfortunate. They open their appointments a few weeks before each month begins and if you do not call THAT SINGLE DAY - the consistency of your appointments will lack (between times and therapists) if you are even lucky enough to get appointments!

The therapists are great but the office staffs will not schedule well. They don’t do approvals for Insurance so you have to keep up with that yourself or they won’t schedule your visits. They also won’t forward the paperwork to social security. If you don’t alreasy use them I wouldn’t sign up. Oh and just so you know it is OPEN but no they don’t have much in phones so you are better off going there in person. Yes you get ONE day to call or show up to get on the next visits. It would just depend on how much you are available don’t depend on the same days and times

My sons second visit was sent thru email with the wrong address.. I thought they had changed the location closer to home... But i was wrong. I ended up late 17 min and they cancelled my appointment even tho it was their mistake.. The other location had on colton said they should take me in, I figured she had called in advance to let them know about their mistake. So i made the drive for nothing... I have not had trouble with scheduling. They normally set up to 3 visits at a time.

Place is a joke. Staff is rude. If you’re not equipped to handle my kid for the 45 min session then you should not be working there. His sessions should not be ended early because you can’t handle him. It’s ridiculous. Don’t bother with this place. I’d suggest you guys go somewhere else.

This place is a joke, I called them asking an update on the report they needed to send to insurance. They told me it was was sent to insurance and that I need to wait for a approval. I called my insurance and they said they already approved it and sent back over a week ago. It’s like going in circles. Also it says there open today and for 2 days I’ve called with no answer. If they are closed the need to update the hours. If I had another option I would go some were else. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my son to get treatment.

Ridiculous, please do not bother if you are considering them for speech therapy. They string you along telling you to call next month, and you call THAT ONE day at 8am and they say theyre full. Need a call back? They dont do outbound calls. They should NOT be accepting new patients. Youve been warned.

I really like how therapists work with children and I have been here for more than 1 year and I am more and more surprised at how my child is progressing. Mrs lilian has been one of the therapists with whom my child has lived the most, she is very professional I I love his work and I am impressed by his experience and wisdom that he has towards children so he could continue. I have had a very good experience with the whole group of people who work in this place
