I have never had a problem with the staff nor how the business is run. Yes, sometimes Ive waited a while to be seen. I understand people whom are worse off than myself. But I also know that if Im the one with an emergency or topic that requires more time, I will receive it.

I’ve been to many clinics in the last four years. They were all quick to take me with very little wait time, but they were also to quick to get me out. Doctors wouldn’t take the time to hear all my concerns.I finally found a doctor that will listen to all my concerns. Answer all my questions. Will prescribe both natural medicine as well as regular prescriptions.I read the comments below. And yes there is a waiting time, but here in the US we are all about the quick and go. If that’s what you looking for this is not the clinic for you. If you want true help this is the perfect clinic to come to.I’ve been in pain for two years straight. The doctor took the time to listen and explain to me what I need to do, I can honestly say that after three months I feel much better. Thanks to God first and also Dr Platt

Great service. Very accommodating staff. Dr. listens and has great bedside manner. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a medical home.

This office is unwelcoming, you leave without any additional information than you walked in with and the staff is very loud and rude. As for the D.O. its impossible to reach her or her staff when you call. When the office is closed - best of luck reaching the D.O. Even when she’s on call she is unreachable. All in all, a complete waste of time and energy: very unprofessional group.

Dr.Platt is so caring, and her staff is really nice.I have had a couple of appointments rescheduled, but I am understanding and realize that she is a human and not a robot.That is not unusual, as I came from another clinic/group and could never get in. This office is worth the wait!

Im a new patient with Dr. Platt, and Ive been seen twice by the Nurse Practitioner, Randi. She was EXCELLENT!!!!! Thorough, friendlyAn ASSET to Dr. Platts staff.The Referral Coordinator JACQUELYN, is TERRIBLE!!!!! Shes RUDE, CONDESCENDING, UNPROFESSIONAL, and ARGUMENTATIVE, with EXCEPTIONALLY POOR interpersonal skills.She is a HUGE LIABILITY to Dr. Platts staff!

Dont waist your time & money .They dont care about the patient , calling in referrals, obtaining medical records.They are VERY RUDE when you call to just ask if they have my medical records yet (30days later)Why these people are collecting a pay check & claiming to be a medical clinic is a joke!THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN PERIOD!!

I haven’t even gone to the office and I am over it! Jacqueline who schedules the appointments just talks over you and once she hears something she doesn’t like she cuts you off. Absolutely outrageous!

I have super bad anxiety and lots of medical problems... dr platt made me feel so comfortable and really listened and spent the time to make sure she covered everything.... im very hapy with this doctor

Not good At all. Wait time is excessive and to reschedule an appointment is excessive. The first time I waited over an hour to be seen. The second time I arrived on time, the office was full with no sitting room. I had received no call to tell me that the doctor was behind, I traveled an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and could not / did not have the time to wait for God knows how long to be seen again. This is like getting treated in by a 3rd world country. We should not be treated like this.

Jackie Patient relations is awful she does not get back with the patient when there is needed information to give to patient, she doesn’t inform the patient regarding approval of procedures through their office, she promised to return calls and never calls back, she is a liar, she makes lousy excuses for her Negligence on patient service that does not make sense which contribute to Dr. Platt office receiving bad ratings. Jackie’s ugly unprofessional personality reflex on her outside appearance, She needs an entire make over inner/outer in work ethics and professionalism. Unfortunately her looks can’t be helped.

Have been a patient of doctor Platt for 2 years, and have only been able to get in to actually see her 1 time . Its either a 3 month wait list to see her or I can see the nurse practitioner 2 months out. Not only that its like pulling teeth to get results of a cardiac lab test read back to me. I figured that should be something they are more worried about . Its easier to go to urgent care and get things handled at this point. Im sure dr. Platt is great but she definitely has too many patients and not enough help to get through everyone.

Dont let the fake cosmetics fool you. Lacking integrity and doesnt really care about her patients. Puts on a good show.

Came to this location for an internal medicine appointment. By far the worst experience ever had at a doctors office. Waited for two hours before having to leave to get back to work.The office staff were rude and did not apologize or inform us of any delay before we and other patients started asking questions. Any other doctors office we have been to has told us at check-in when the doctor is running behind and gives the option to reschedule. Here, we were met with blank stares and responses that made it seem like WE were being inconsiderate to expect to be seen at or around our appointment time, or to at least be given an estimate as to how much longer the wait would be. Jacqueline especially acted as though we were crazy for being frustrated with the severe lack of communication and respect for their patients time; she was unprofessional and argumentative, and stated it would be two months for a reschedule. When another patient informed Jacqueline that the doctor advised a follow-up in two weeks, Jacqueline behaved inconvenienced, stating well IM having to SQUEEZE YOU in.There were three other patients before us who waited over an hour to be called back, four patients at different times who stood at the counter for 15 to over 20 minutes before staff even acknowledged their existence, multiple calls put on hold for extended periods of time while staff talked and laughed in the next room over, and one woman who came to pick something up and stated that she waited for two hours at her last appointment before she also had to just leave.When we finally got into the exam room, the nurses had to come in because they left behind vials of someone elses blood. We waited until it was 10 minutes till the office closed before we just had to leave. The doctor may very well be an amazing doctor, but if you are set on waiting the one and a half to two months to see her, be sure to call off work, cancel any other plans you may have, and be prepared to spend at least two and a half hours there while being treated as insignificant.Considering the reviews for the cosmetic aspect of this doctors office are very positive, its evident where their priorities are. If you have legitimate medical issues, I do not at all recommend this doctor.

The worst experience yet. Do not waste your time with this office. The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with, it is shameful. Jackie hung up on me, she made no attempt to tell me why they let my care just drop. Since September and November I tried calling to find out why no call back or follow up on my care . DR. Platt and her nurse practitioner seem nice but I am not clear why they do not have a handle on their staff. The staff will take this office down. To many patients and they just do not care. They have a reputation for their staff and poor follow up.?

I only wish I could review this place as zero stars. Their competence and professionalism are lacking to say the least. Straight up lies, unprofessional front desk, combativeness, no ownership of their mistakes, and not an honest care for their patients at all. Could not get a referral or call back to save their lives! Had to call numerous times just to get a verdict on the ultrasound from Katrina Platt. Couldnt be bothered to call back and had to hear from the front office on what they thought the ultrasound looked like. They are not doctors despite what they might think. Very disappointing experience and to this day have not hear from Katrina Platt on the ultrasound results. Will never return, would advise you to think twice before trusting this place to properly handle even the most basic of things that youd expect from a doctors office. Vanity cash grab of a practice.

Dr. Platt and her staff are very caring. She is amazing at being able to diagnose and knows exactly how to treat. Her staff are kind and considerate. Would definitely recommend Dr. Platt.

I can always get in to see Dr. Platt and the visit is a very nice experience even though I may not feel well.

My mother was sick in the hospital for over 10 days with nobody that could diagnose her. We consulted with Dr. Platt regarding her symptoms and she was the one who finally was able to figure out what was wrong with my mom ( essentially saving her life!). Love Dr. Platt and her staff ♥️♥️

Long, long waits always. Suspect she tries to concurrently run her medical practice AND her cosmetology practice concurrently...isnt that illegal?! To say nothing of being extremely unprofessional. A real scam, to say the least!

Staff is extremely unprofessional and office is poorly run. Be prepared to wait a significant amount of time beyond your appointment time. Staff has no respect for patient privacy. Much better doctors are out there, this one is not recommended.

Dr Platt is a very good doctor but her her staff leaves a lot to be desired. Especially the person in charge of getting referrals out and or getting back to the pharmacist so you can get your medications. She has lied to me numerous times, telling me she did not receive faxes, or that she sent out information and didnt. She is rude, unkind, unprofessional and uncaring. Twice now I have not been able to get my prescriptions before running out because she wont get back to the pharmacist. Presently she is holding up a referral because they want information and told me they have called numerous times for it and she has not responded. It is sad that I love my Dr but since this person is the one I have to deal with on a regular basis I am going to be changing doctors. I did talk with Dr. Platt at my last appointment and she said she would speak to her but nothing has changed and if possible she is worse.
