If you have a choice, PLEASE consider a different company. The office staff here is completely unprofessional and inept. They made errors in my insurance authorizations or told me they had filed paperwork when they had not, costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket. The long phone hold times, unpleasant attitudes and unreturned phone calls also made a horrible time in my life even worse. I stayed to complete my treatment because I did not want to delay, but am now switching all my care to another doctor because of this office staff.

I recently had to leave town therefore needing to move my labs up three weeks. The staff went out of their way to make it happen. I called many times, every time they were pleasant, and understanding. I really appreciated everything the staff did. Excellent customer service.

I had my first chemo today and the nurses are knowledgeable and caring and efficient... my only complaint is there was No WiFi ...in this day and age I am not sure why they didn’t have it ...

After spending 20 years in medical facilities and oncology departments I am dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism in this office. The staff has constantly been a let down and an added level of stress to our visits. Considering that they are an oncology office the lack of empathy and friendliness is heartbreaking. I do not reccomend anyone to this facility.

WAIT TIME is such TOO LONG. I got here half hour early, been waiting over an hour, Still waiting for Dr. 25mins now.Need MORE DOCTORS HERE. One Lady was crying, waiting so long.Dr is Great But too much WAITING.
