Enjoyed being able to breathe properly. Had a balloon procedure done and it helped me have a better intake of oxygen, that helped me enjoy my life to the fullest. Thank you for doing a good job.

I switched to Dr. Jeffries a few years ago because I was tired of driving to Orange County each time my ear tubes came out. Ive been extremely happy with her and will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffries and her amazing staff!

Couldnt rate it any lower. Woke up one morning in 2011 and could not hear. Thought i might be water in my ears because i went swimming the day before. Called and made a appointment went in had a hearing test done. They told me i had sudden bilateral hearing loss there was nothing that could be done. They charged me about 700 dollors for the test. I got insurance through the national health care act and went for a cat scan come to find out i have tumors in both my ears. My question now is why just a hearing test why not do more testing. There just after the money. Avoid this place. Beltone of riverside is an excellent alternative they treat you with respect answer all your questions thats where I go now

After a previously unsucessful septoplasty, I couldnt have had been in better hands than Dr. Jeffries. Having read some of these Google reviews, I was originally skeptical, but having met both P.A. Lambert and Dr. Jeffries, I must disagree with much of what has been said. Not once did I feel as though I inconvinced anyone with my questions or concerns, and never did I feel rushed. The serene office and patience shown by their staff was very comforting. I will say they are in high demand so expect to have to wait for an appointment for several weeks, but for their service, its well worth the wait.My personal experience involved 4 previous injuries and 1 unsuccessful surgery that had me incredibly concerned about not only the appearance of my nose and the structural intergrity, but the overal function of my nose. I spent YEARS as a mouth breather. After hearing what Dr. Jeffries had to say about my MRI, I realized I would need not only a septoplasty, but turbinate reduction and graphting to my outer bridge as well to truly return my nose to its original function and facial feature. She walked me through every step and we did not leave a question unasked including helping me navigate a troubling insurance situation given the repeated nature of the surgery. I am happy to say I am two days into recovery. Cant wait to have my nose back! Thank you Premier ENT!

Called office on wed the 17th of april. explained to person who answered the phone that i was a former patient and had a nosebleed for a couple of days. she informed me that the doctor was on vacation and that their was no openings till the end of may, and besides the doctor could not do anything until the nose bleed had stopped. WHy WOULD I NEED A DOCTOR IF I DIDNT HAVE A NOSE BLEED.

This was the worst place I’ve ever been too. They gave my surgery for something I didn’t have. I will seek legal action. They gave me surgery for sinusitus which I didn’t even have. It was later diagnosed as nerve pain. They do not listen to your concerns and that’s why they misdiagnosed me. Sharen Jeffries Always made me feel rushed or made me feel bad for asking questions. Horrible experience. They just want your money. They didn’t do proper tests or anything before going into surgery. So much could have been done before making surgery an option. Stay away!

Saw her for five minutes over 2 visits second time not at all. I was sent to her by my doctor and she never discussed alternative treatment to my issue. staff was ok dr was into much of a rush to treat me. A real waste of my time and my insurance company’s money

I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Jeffries and was told I could see an assistant right away but the next opening to see Dr. Jeffries was a month later. I chose to wait so that my first visit would be with Dr. Jeffires. I arrived and the Dr. (or so I was led to believe) saw me and prescribed treatment and medications. One month later I returned for my follow-up appointment and was met by​ a different woman, who claimed to be Dr. Jeffries and said the other woman was her assistant.I have to wonder if this is not malpractice of some sort. Its shoddy at best, and I am infuriated.

Called spoke with supposedly the office manager Ashley very rude said she had another patient (could have put me on hold to attend that person) instead was talking out loud in my ear to whom ever Margo was. Very unprofessional for a manager I hope that Dr. Jefferies knows who he has answering his phones.
