He was the best Pain Dr I had ever seen. Unfortunately his office manager is very rude and unprofessional.

Ive been a patient of Rho since 2008 & he is the best damn Doctor Ive ever had.. He cares about his patients & takes time with them.. some times you have to wait but Rho is well worth the wait..

I used to see dr roe but over a rude secretary that I argued with got me thrown out of his office and can not go back even though she was the one who was unfair and rude. The wait time has got better from 5 hours waiting to 3-2 now that he finally hired on help. Yes this place over books for money, it’s all about the money. Dr roe is a rude foul month uncaring human. The ones who love him are just to addicted to the drugs he gives them. And if you go to this place you know I’m speaking truth

This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WITH MY MOTHER BEING IN SEVERE PAIN AND DOCTOR JAMES I. RHO M.D ONLY DOING PROCEDURES TWO TIMES A MONTH WHEN 50 to 60 PATIENTS NEED THIS DONE ✅ ALSO TAMMY THE LADY DEALS WITH APPOINTMENTS IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.... PS THE WAIT TIME FOR A VISIT IS AT LEAST 2 hours just to get seen at its best

Yes sometimes the wait time is long , but its worth it because he is a great Dr and tries to find the best pain relief for his patrons now tell me where do you go that you dont have to wait very long? Iv been going there 24+ years and have even started going elsewhere and went back to him would not try anywhere else again !

Yes, the wait is very long BUT he takes the time to listen, actually paying attention to what you are saying & that, in my book, is worth any wait. I have NEVER seen his office staff rude, though I have seen patients be rude to them. . I understand that you are in pain BUT that is not their fault & you should not be rude to them because of it. Just try to be patient & you WILL be seen.

The care I receive is phenomenal! The wait time is sometimes far too long though. They obviously overbook and I have sat in the waiting room for up to 2 hours at times. If it werent for the long wait time, this would have been a five star review.

Ive always had a great experience with Dr. Rho however over the last two years Ive seen his offices functionality go from well ran to an absolute circus! The front office has consistently overbooked every day with either too many patients or too many appointments. Therefore, instead of being seen within an hour of your scheduled appointment, your are sitting in his offices lobby for several hours! I have patiently dealt with this ludicracy for an entire two years. But because I was somewhat late to my last appointment and had a misunderstanding with his front desk I was surprisingly and immediately terminated as a patient. I never once cursed or was foul mouthed but merely had complained that after being 20 minutes early every appointment for the last three years, just to end up waiting many several hours in his lobby every single visit that, at the least, his office could allow me this one time of being late. Unfortunately, his front office clerk, instead, was rude and unprofessional. Although, I was insistent on being seen it was not only that I had waited SEVERAL hours every single appointment but I also, every single appointment had arrived early, and, still, ended up waiting SEVERAL hours. I am not sure if Dr. Rho is aware of his front offices practice of scheduling way too many patients in one day, but I do know he is much too good of a doctor to have to have his office ran so clearly unprofessional.

Dr. James Rho was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards me. His bedside manner is deplorable.

He is the best of the best you couldnt find a better pain management Doctor in California.You cant find one like him in Arizona.
