Great urgent care. Reception could be a little friendlier.

Routine visit. Everything under one roof. Convenient and close to home.and if you need a pizza its just around the corner of complex. You can also get a flu shot through a drive thru.

Three seperate visits, where the interrogator at the door questioned me, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, the same set of questions. On the third visit, when she began to ask the third time the same set of questions, I objected. I asked what part of no didnt she understand. She refused to take my temperature, turning to a family, taking their temp BUT NOT ASKING THEM THE LITANY OF QUESTIONS, NOT ONCE. I called for a manager and he refused me access to medical care. I was denied medical care on a whim. No symptoms, not exposed to COVID 19, and I took my temperature before going to the office. Oh, did I mention that they have chained and padlocked all the exits but one?? Thats a violation of fire codes.

The staff in the front is super nice but the staff in room B were completely rude. My grandma went in just to check and see if she needed to check in there as well or not but everyone ignored her. With so many people at that desk youd think at least one could take the time to help. 🙄

Doctor Carter is horrible. My 81 yr old grandmother had pain in her leg and all Doctor Carter said is Well it looks fine. Turns out it was a BLOOD CLOT. Thanks Dr. Carter for caring about your patients🙄

Ive been driving kids to this pediatrician over 13 years. Even when I lived in Santa Ana, I still made the commute. Ive never waited more then 15 mins in the waiting room. The staff, nurses, Doctors, everyone here is awesome. I always fill out a survey card telling them how awesome they are. Once you start going here for doctor visits, you wont regret it. Youre gonna wish you found this place sooner.

Dr Wesley Hoenshell is an amazing Dr. He takes the time to listen, is always on time. If i could give 10 stars his office deserves it.

I had one bad thing happen Dr Chin gave me a breast exam without gloves and I have not gotten over it its disgusting. My husband was in the room and a nurse but they are not allowed to touch you without gloves I feel like I was groped and violated. I have never been touched by another man I will never forget how much its impacted my life. God knows where his dirty hands were before he touched me. Thats not policy I felt helpless and Dishonored to my husband of 39 years.dr Chin should be suied for that I am still thinking about it. But other than that they are great people

This one star is for todays 06/06/16 only nurse on duty ( as per her info) in Dr. Hieu Phans clinic assigned for scheduling. You asked me what my husbands symptoms were, So i told you the symptoms. You replied with a condescending tone of voice WELL, i only need one. I replied but those are the symptoms he is currently been experiencing. You replied again impatiently and with an attitude, In order for me to schedule him, i only need one symptom. I asked to be transferred and talk to another person, you said you are the only nurse assigned for scheduling. You said you are nurse, why not just pick one from all the symptoms that I mentioned or better yet you could have asked the when it started, how it started, what triggered the symptoms, where is it located, pain quality, characteristics and frequency, then you could have a better picture of what is going on and not just repeatedly and impatiently reply with i only need one symptom. Remember, todays nurse on duty for DR. Hieu Phans clinic scheduling appt, youre clients call you for appt because they are sick, not feeling well, anxious or maybe even nervous. So talk to them with empathy and not with condescending attitude. Its not only what you say but also HOW you say that counts. Instead of making them feel dumb, why not make them feel more safe and secured that they are taken cared of with respect.

I am a Beaver Patient since 1989 Dr. ONeal closed his practice and doing wound care and surgical asst.at RCH . so had to find a new Dr.and i chose Dr. He because he is OD cert. after many years of suffering Dr. He has my health better than it was in several years and i do not have to wait 2 hrs to see him he is very efficient. and i a in and out in a half hour at most even wit labs or x rays before i would leave Beaver in Redlands at 7:30 p.m. when my appt was 4:45 p.m.makes e wonder what is the provider doing for 2 1/2 hrs. to see me in exam room for less than 5 minutes he should have hired a P.A. to help him he was extremley over loadedand with hospital rounds 16 to 18 hours a day . even on sat. and sun. Dr. ONeal would come to RCH i seen him when my daughter was admitted comes early a.m. and 9.00 P.m. every day plus the practice on fern street to deal with .. easy 16 hours to 18 hour days any way beaver advantage and there Physicians is the best..
