Well now, respect towards patients needs tremendous attention. Primarily promptness; adherence to commitments! Arrived at 1:45pm for a 2pm appointment! Its now 3:40pm and Im STILL waiting. Sure, things can arise, but several ppl (w/appointments) are all still sitting; waiting. Readers, I recommend you look for another eye care provider.

Dr. Abassi sent the prescription without specifying the quantity of the medication to the pharmacy. The pharmacy left several notes asking for the quantity and I called requesting this information to send the details to the pharmacy. This is the second time this doctor sent uncompleted order forms to the pharmacy and my mom remains without medication because of his incompetencys in writing prescription for pharmacy ...

For both appointments waited well over an hour. Not sure why. Seems rather unorganized.

I had an appointment for 10:15 am. they took everyone in the waiting room before me and I specifically heard some of them say their appointments were later than mine. They finally took me back at 11:40 with a different doctor than I had made appt. with. She then rushed me through exam and took me out to pick some glasses and the girl there printed my prescription numbers and said I would have to come back to pick glasses out cause they were now closed for lunch. Needless to say i wont be going back there!!!!

Professional all the way. Pleasant staff and Drs. The Dr. explained everything in plain English and I enjoyed my visit.

I was able to find a specialist who was able to find out what I had. I have a very rare case and she was the only one who was able to let me know in detail what is happening with my eye. I have read the other reviews and was hesitant of coming here but after 2 visits Im glad I came here.

The Doctors of California Eye Specialist are not only professional but they are too helpful to their customers . Dt Luke has done Cataract surgery of my wife last year . Recently my wife has eye itching problem in her eye and we want to schedule appointment for her with Dr Luke but there is no appointment available with her till January next her. I contacted her and told her the situation , She is so kind that she agreed to see her immediately very next day and also prescribe some drops in the meantime to get her relief from the problem

I usually dont leave bad feed back buttttttt.....after my husband was referred from the San Bernardo location to the Redlands location...*rolling eyes* because the Dr. that treated him at San Bernardo, said she didnt have the correct tools to take the stitch our of his eye, She was still not able to help him!!!!Now he has to be refereed to LomaLinda, and might take another week, all because the cornea specialist for no longer travels to the Redlands office!!!! Mean while my husbands eye is still irritating and in pain. By far the worst experience with this company.The only thing I can give the Redlands office credit in is that the office is lovely and great parking space. I had no issues with the front staff but the company should really invest on more knowledgeable Dr. and specialist.

This office is a disorganized mess. They have a super long phone menu you have to sit through every time you call, and I was overcharged $200 when they were supposed to bill my insurance. It took an hour to get ahold of the right person and the issue was still not resolved. They also are always running behind. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

Dr. Anthony Gregory has seen my grandma for 1 year and is, an excellent doctor. I totally trust him giving me eye injections and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient at California Eye Speiclists for about a year. They are treating me for glaucoma. Dr. Anthony Gregory is very professional and caring. I have recieved what I consider to be first rate care. I particularly appreciate Gary, the technician that performs my eye pressure tests. He is very conscientious and sympathetic.

I had my eye mapping done last week. For surgery Feb. 1st at inland surgery center. God is in control allow him to comfort you.

I had excellent care for both my cataract surgeries with Dr. Anthony Gregory. There were no problems, both surgeries went well, no pain, and excellent eye sight

Updated 2/18So far so good, dr. Gregory, Anthony did my right eye cataract surgery. I can see! He was spot on. The office staff is young lacking in life experience. We need to give them time to fit- into the role. I feel like blind artimaes, I was blind now I see. All I know I was blind now I see.May God richly bless Dr. Gregory and his staff.Fab 2nd had my first follow up after surgery went well. Dr. Gregory said all looks good. Hapoy experience. Staff is following through with needed requests.Updated 05/01/18Saw Dr. Diggery yesterday. Floaters have not increased and will eventually will go to the bottom of the eyeball, or to the side. No tears in retna. No added persure. Thanks to my God. God bless all that read this review.My next appt. With Dr. Gregory in July. 👍

The lady at the front desk Jennifer in my opinion was very unprofessional she did not have a sense of compassion knowing that my wife has very serious eyes issues she did not care about any of her conditions. My only hope is that when is time to to see her eye doctor ( dr.gregory) she takes the day off or a long vacation. One more thing JENNIFER YOU ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESIONAL.

I have requested for a refill for my eye drops for over a week and the staff at Monrovia has not responded to the request of my pharmacy. They have done this 3 times and to no avail. I am getting tired of it. The staff believe they are God and they can do whatever they wishes to make the patient miserable.

What’s the point of having an appointment if they don’t see you until an hour after!!! Very unprofessional and a waste of time especially when all your receptionist are only in the front gossiping and laughing!! Never again!

They charge 25.00 dollars for the DR. to sign Disability papers that I had to go get from my primary DR. and to boot drag their feet getting the paperwork done still waiting for a call, Sorry Mortgage company I wont be on time in August.

Im very disappointed with the lack of service California Eye has given. I had eye surgery in July 2021, twice my post op appointments have been rescheduled. Yesterday, Oct, 28th I was suppose to have the Post op appointment. Little did I know that when I got there the doctor was backed up 1 1/2 hrs on his appointments. I refused to wait an additional 1 1/2 hrs delay. I waited 3 months plus for a Post op appointment, besides not knowing that everything worked out ok. My next appointment is Nov 12th well see if that appointment is kept.
