Great experience with Jessica St. Jewels. She greeted me with a smile and a cheery, Hello, as she entered the examination room. Her examination of the areas of concern on my skin was thorough and complete and the freezing of suspicious spots was as gentle as possible.Im very impressed with her level of competency and recommend her to anyone in need of a skin examination or treatment of suspicious areas.

Front desk staff are very helpful. It’s easy to get an appointment scheduled and the medical staff appear to be knowledgeable. Dr Mudge is very professional and he was thorough in his evaluation of my issues. The PAs are also very professional. I appreciate their treatment of me as a patient.

Very rude front office a bunch of little girls that need to all be fired. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be properly addressed.

If I could do a negative star rating, I would. This place doesn’t care about seniors. They say it’s their policy or regulation, but then are unable to provide any documentation.Don’t waste your time. You will be waiting over a month for an appointment and then not even be seen.

I had a biopsy done on my nose after being told 2 years ago it was nothing. Then all the sudden she wanted to take biopsy. They seemed very competent and professional at first, even though I was concerned at her procrastination. It ended up benign which I had to call them after weeks of not hearing from them... Then go for recheck and get put in room in paper gown for hour and half. And forgetting about me, I got up and left n when opened door the nurse says. By thank you lol

This is the best dermatology office in Redlands and one of the very best I’ve ever visited. As an avid outdoors person I take my skin health seriously and so does Pacific dermatology. The entire staff is welcoming, punctual snd professional. And...JESSICA ST. JULES has been above and beyond in all aspects. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring and she knows her craft!

I arrived a little bit early and the staff instead of greeting me and saying oh youre early and will be with you soon were busy with what they call their huddle... their morning huddle.... and eventually because I wanted to know if I could leave and come back since they were huddling......told me I had to wait until their huddle was over. It was absolutely no attitude of customer service. Then at 8:15 when my appointment was supposed to occur about six people came into the tiny waiting room where there was absolutely no social distancing and no room to social distance, and then my appointment was about 15 minutes late even though I was the first appointment of the day. A very poorly organized office as far as my experience went with a staff that was more interested in huddling then taking care of customers

Doctor and staff very informative and helpful.

Friendly professional staff. Doctors explain results througly. I have seen great results from their prescribed treatment.

I had a MOHs procedure and they team took me in on time performed the procedure, got the results and had me out of there in under an hour. Friendly and professional attitudes by doctor and staff created a pleasant experience.

They are not a good dermatologist they are more for getting some kind of cosmetic work done not for chronic care they tell you one thing then never follow thru they leave you waiting for your meds that you need punctually I only use them because my med group has no more dermatologist and sent me here

Pacific Dermatology Institute is the nicest medical office I have been to in a long time. The receptionist was so kind and professional. The nurse brought me back and she was very nice and professional too. Dr Munyon was so knowledgeable and with the best bedside manner. I will definitely be going back to this office.

I went in to check what I thought was a blister. It ended up being Cancer. The doctor removed it and was very soothing. I will definitely go back if I have anymore skin conditions.

An hour and 25 minutes before I was seen by a doctor is way too excessive. Waiting room is so small I really was nervous about Covid 19. Also I was surprised at the lack of a more extensive health protocol. Doctor and PA were simply wearing surgical masks. I was under the impression dermatologists were wearing more extensive PPE. I don’t think I ll return until COVid 19 is subdued.

Extremely unprofessional staff with an excessive wait time every single visit, they also have a poster saying “give us a good review and receive a free gift which i believe is against the rules. Waited over 35 min just to be sent right out because the receptionist did not put in the right notes.

Consistent and caring patient

I love this place. Terrancina is the best. The staff is always friendly, the doctors are kind and really know their stuff. Do yourself a favor and and book an appointment. Skin cancer is real, but if caught early you can save yourself. I wouldnt trust any other dermatologist but my Dr. here.

It is my habit to arrive early for appointment. More often than not, I am taken into the examining room early. The woman ushering me into the waiting room is always pleasant and cheerful. The secretary in the front office is also pleasant and helpful.The service provider seems to be competent but she can be moderately demeaning in her comments. When she was freezing a spot on my face with liquid nitrogen, I winced because it was painful. She said something to the effect, - oh, it is not that bad.Additionally, it would be better if appointments could be made in a more timely manner, I.e., not having to wait so long.

They are efficient and care about their patients

Jessica St. Jules is a light when she walks into the room. She truly cares about the whole patient and not just the one thing going on that visit!

The waiting room is too small and crowded. Your post surgery instructions should Include a phone #. Even though you have multiple locations, you could easily rubber stamp the # on the hand out. I needed to call the office for bleeding, got out my instructions where it says call office, ? No number. This survey is for the Redlands office.

I highly recommend Pacific Dermatology Institute, they are fast, professional, friendly, polite and thorough. They are very helpful and considerate with care and scheduling.

I have had to go in and have some moles removed, and Im a scardy catcher when it comes to needles. Crystalee, was my doctor and made everything a pleasant experience. Thank you Crystalee!Then i saw Felice for all my wrinkles and problem skin. What a treat to see my before and after photos. My skin has smoothed out, is more radient, and she taught me how to really take care of my skin. Thank you Felice!! This place is a godsend.

I have been to this office twice now and both times, Ive had to contact the office to find out results when they said they would contact me. The first time I called an assistant told me the result but said I had to come in and speak with doctor, which took over a week to schedule. Then when I went in to see the doctor, I was told results werent in. Not true. Second time I was sent for lab work at Kaiser and I still havent heard and its been over 2 wks and I havent heard anything yet. Very disappointed.

The wait time was not long, loved how on time they were on calling you back. Good experience, called back for my medication that was not yet at pharmacy and was ready at pharmacy 30min. later. Thank you!

Theyre very polite. Office is spotless.

Have to follow up with multiple calls every single time they say they will send a prescription to the pharmacy before they actually do. Sometimes have to go several days without medication because of how slow this office is.
