The drive to West Dermatology was pleasant. The clinic is located in a peaceful location. Redlands is one of my favorite towns to visit in the I.E. When I opened the door to the clinic I was greeted and offered a mask. Bring your mask. Its still a mandate in this type of facilities. Sharon is my P.A.C. shes great. A true profesional and gives you a sense of nurturing. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with skin problems.

Everybody this place helps so much, sufficiently with problems with the skin, it has the best dermatologist staff that’s so nice and caring. I’d recommend there service to any body. Thank you so much you guys.

Love west dermatology in Redlands. Been going for years and the staff is kind they greet you every time you walk in and they actually take the time to get to know you by name. Which makes you feel comfortable. My doctor is Sharon and nothing but nice. Just all good experience for me. The location and place is really nice and well kept.

I go to west Dermatology for specific problems with my skin. I have been using their services for years and have always been satisfied with the services I require. All staff are helpful and kind.

OMGosh! Have you met Dr. Sheill? Hes awesome! First of all, his voice sounds like Dr. Oz, so thats comforting and you can feel his big smile through his mask! He took the time to explain everything and Im satisfied with his diagnosis. He was referred to me by Sharon Mohale, his colleague, whom is also amazing. Even the receptionist and Jade, his asst was very sweet and professional. The office is big, nice and clean, which I truly appreciated.

I needed a skin cancer removed. I had to change the date with my former dermatologist due to a conflict(needed to change appointment due to a death in family). I gave been going to same derm for 39 years yet that office could have cared less about working with me and my schedule issue. Luckily, I called West dermatology.I called on a Thursday and had an appointment as a new patient in four days to get the Mohs procedure done by Dr Shiel. I went to the Redlands location and couldn’t be happier.I had an 815 appointment and was done by 9 am. Everyone there from the people who speak to you on the phone, to the receptionist, to back office staff were very professional. I felt like I went to a world class spa. I have already referred some of my practice patients to them. I know they won’t be disappointed .Thank you your practice is a cut above the rest!

These people are very nice and. I was able to do the paperwork on line, which made it easier since I’m blind. They were courteous towards my Guide Dog as well.

I have been coming to WD of Redlands for around 2 years. Primary doctor is Dr. Shiell and he is understanding and demonstrates compassion. Office staff are nice and his nurses are nice too. During COVID I had to meet with other doctors and both were well informed and easy to speak with too. I have been to a number of dermatologist, but have stuck with WD because of Dr. Shiell kindness and knowledge.

Is a nice clinic, the personnel is nice and polite. The other thing they have is early appointments, I like it because there is no too much traffic and you get in and out faster. You have the ability to check in online or by phone so you also save time in this manner. Over all I recommend it.

I HAVE & HAD SOME REALLY DEEP WOUND ON MY COMPLETE FACE, ALL PARTS OF MY FACE HAD THE ULCERS ON THEM INCLUDING THE EARS WHICH CHANGED THE SHAPE OF MY EARS WHICH AT THAT POINT AT THEVNEXT APPOINTMENT WITH MY PA DERMATOLOGISTS I SHOWED HIM MY EARS AND THE NEW SORES I HAD? STILL HE GAVE MENTHE SAME MEDS. I HAD ALL ALREADY BEEN USING AND HAD HE GIVEN ME? IT WAS NOT WORKING ON MY WOUNDS? Dermatologist PA Roger Bellamy is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and personable. He had so much patience in listening to our concerns regarding the many skin cancers my husband has had. He explained in great detail how to deal with these situations and what we should look for. The staff at the office was very polite and efficient. We highly recommend PA Bellamy and West Dermatolgy.

I pre registered using the on line application so upon arrival the check in process was pretty quick. Had PA Roger take a look at a spot on my nose since it resembles a possible skin cancer concern. Roger took a sample for a biopsy, patched me up and I was out of there quickly. Friendly staff, efficient operation. Now all I have to do is wait a few days for the test results.

I was treated well by all concerned. I recommend Dr Sheill to my friends.

I really like the way theyre handling the sanitation in the office. I didnt give 5 stars only because a patient didnt have his mask covering his nose. Its on or nothing when it comes to the mask. I did however feel good about the staff and how the handled my appt.

Have been going to West Dermatology for several years and specifically Dr Shields. I live about 45 miles away but wouldnt go anywhere else. The whole organization is professional and very well run! They dont overbook and alert you to your appointment several times prior so no way you will forget and miss an appointment. Dr Shiell is friendly and pleasant but doesnt mess around with a lot of chit chat but rather takes care of business and shakes hand and moves on! I appreciate that and so should every patient because means they dont sit around waiting. He projects his knowledge by his quick evaluations which have never been wrong! He is skillful in his work. Not much more I can say about the organization or the Dr! Their professionalism speak for themselves?

I wasnt aware of its exact location starting out at Pacific but found it close by Subway. Had an early appointment. Staff was fantastic warm , polite, professional. Got called in real quickly. Being new I brought proof of my Rxs and health insurance , personal ID. If I may add the appointment reminders get on the heavy side.

Took our teenager to West Dermatology to treat acne after being treated by other local dermatologists here in town ( werent really seeing any progress with our other dermatologists). The experience was very positive and the staff were very professional.

Addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Bellamy is very personable and listens to you - a skill many doctors seem to have forgotten! My only complaint was the wait - but again only about a half hour.

I initially came to West dermatology with an infected cyst that had not let me sleep for multiple days. After waiting a week, I was greeted by Sharon who was the PA on call. She indicated that she could not do anything for me except prescribe an antibiotic. I indicated I would probably have to go to an ER given the severity of the pain and the fact I couldn’t sleep to which she responded that we had to wait for the antibiotic to take hold.She indicated that if it was not better to call back which I did after two days after which time it was much worse. Dr. Shiell then Saw me at a moments notice and provided treatment which relieved the swelling and subsequently the pain as well as change the antibiotic.Upon return to have packing removed, PA Sharon seemed more concerned in making sure that the doctor had confirmed her diagnosis than in treating my wound.The staff at West dermatology was first rate and the facilities are great as well. Dr. Shiell was better than good, he was very attentive, and followed through with good practice and professionalism. I believe Western Dermatology would benefit by replacing PA Sharon with someone who is a bit more professional and capable.However, I would give West Dermatology 5 stars with the omission. Of the treatment by the PA.

The rating is for the experience in the waiting room. I was early but waited until at least 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was even acknowledged by the staff up front. In short, I was forgotten about, skipped for reasons unbeknownst to me or you were really backed up but failed to communicate with the customer. Not a great experience while I waited.

I cant say enough about the staff at West dermatology! They are very professional, and masterful at what they do. My confidence level in their work is very high!

I called to make an appointment and they took me in right away first thing in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. Very friendly staff and great doctor who listened to me and gave me very effective treatment. I highly recommend this clinic for all your dermatological needs.

While Roger was very quick, I felt I was given very little instruction about the care of my face and the two moles that were frozen. BTW they are still on my face as I’m not sure they are doing what they are suppose to do. Also he was in quite a hurry to exit and it was a struggle to ask him questions. The prescriptions I was given were quite costly. Approximately $180 each. I haven’t filled them yet and may cancel my next appt.

I highly recommend this dermatologist office. The doctors and their assistants are nice and friendly and the answer all of the questions you have.

Staff was nice. Dr asked me several times if there was anything of concern. He listened. He was fast at the procedures of removing troublesome spots. Only thing was appts were running a little late, which I would like to know up front.

Everything was great with the exception of one nurse. She was giving an injection and the needle popped... happens. She cleaned the blood splashes off the wall and the floor and then, with the same gloves, cleaned the wound on the patients face. I stopped her and asked her to please change her gloves but she continued and said that shell change her gloves after shes done with the wound. So much for a sterility and infection control. Very unprofessional!

Kept waiting for nearly an hour past our appointment time...staff was rushed. Doctor was pleasant and knowledgable but the experience could use improvement.

I was seen right away and was treated with courtesy. All my questions were answered. I was also given a prescription for something I’ve been struggling with for awhile. I didn’t need to do anything everything was taken care of through the office.

Very professional start to finish. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed, kept me informed on every step of procedure.
