Serene, restorative and inviting. Something special about this place is so calming and healing to my soul! The atmosphere snuffs out anxieties, I find myself melting into the chairs in the salt cave- so comfortable! Amazingly, after several sessions of cryotherapy my long term and debilitating joint pain is nearly gone (when I thought this might be a life long problem)! The team is wonderful Cindy, Stephanie and others, everyone there has been a pleasure to interact with. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Our massage therapist, Trent, is the best of anyone I have used in the past, and the friends I brought in agreed 100%. The entire staff at Cryo Spa help you feel like family which makes the entire experience incredible and very relaxing! All of us live in Las Vegas, but will definitely return whenever we can to see Trent and his Cryo Spa family again. Thank you all so much for the much needed therapy and well see you soon!

What a wonderful place!! You walk in and immediately feel the energy is relaxing, warm, and inviting! We went to Redlands Crystal to sit in the Himalayan Salt Cave. What an amazing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! Definitely wear the socks they provide. The salt hurts to walk on. The dressing rooms are neat and clean. The salt cave is quiet and calming. Well put together! We sat in a room after, I forget what it was called, but it had an amazing foot salt lamp!! Wonderful!! Also had foot massagers. We were there on Saturday October 3, I wish I could remember the youg ladies name that was there. She brought us a cup of water and a chocolate while we relaxed. There were lots of DoTerra items to sample and purchase. Lots of helpful items to purchase as well. We never felt pressured. The young lady was so gracious.

Love this place very much! Stephanie is a sweetheart and totally helpful when it came to my first time in here. She walked me through it and talked me through it and so I ended up buying three sessions because of that. Totally worth the experience and I feel great after Using the Cryotherapy And Himalayan salt sauna.

Meeting Cindy transformed our entire day. Went to the complex for a Chiropractor appointment and noticed the sign for the salt cave so we decided to check it out. Not only was Cindy extremely knowledgeable, in all areas of health and wellness but, she was wonderfully kind to our son. I was blown away by all of the many health benefits of the cave, the beauty of it but most importantly the immediate asthma relief I felt once I was in the cave. Unexpected and amazing experience. We can’t wait to go back.

This place is 1000 times more professional than ProRecovery LLC at the Self Made Training Facility in Redlands. I was able to call and get basic questions answered in a polite and professional manner. The people were genuine and kind. Their services are also affordable and honestly, you get what you pay for. No one wants to deal with a nasty attitude from fake faces. Go to Redlands Cryo!!! You wont regret it.

Thank you to my sister for taking me as a Christmas present. It was amazing!!! I loved everything. It was so clean, the ambiance is wonderful with relaxing essential oils and dim lighting. Their dogs are so calm that it adds to the calming environment. I loved the hot stones and oils during my 90 minute massage. It was so good felt like 30 minutes I didn’t want it to stop! It’s a bit pricey but worth it. They also have the salt room that’s so good for removing toxins and the sound of the little waterfall and comfy chairs just makes you want to stay in there forever! Definitely coming back. Thank you to my masseuse and Lucy for all the informations given to me.

Loved it! Thank you to my beautiful daughter to sharing this place with me. I finally found a sauna that was hot enough in the Finnish steam sauna ... great to follow with a cool plunge. Going back next time in CA, then will take more time to eat and drink on the roof deck.

Got a facial and a full body session in the same day. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. The staff was just as calming and pleasant to interact with. Everything went smoothly and I felt great afterwards.

A wonderful gem of a place where the staff are all very friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and passionate without being pushy. I’m an athlete and dancer so I have a lot of chronic pain, soreness and inflammation; the staff is very attentive to your needs and requests and I have felt the difference! Have been trying to find a good massage place for awhile and so happy to discover this place. They also carry a wide range of the essential oils they use and have lots of great products. The atmosphere and results speak for themselves!

If you have back pain then freeze it out. Owner is the nicest lady on earth. Very informative about her business. Ask questions and she will share with you the answer in order for you to enjoy your first or many cryos.

The people are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I visit monthly for a massage with Trentyn - the BEST! I utilized a Groupon for a Cryo facial pkg. It was easier to use, with no weirdness, the experience was enlightening. It actually helped my headaches more than anything. If youre curious about cryo check them out. Theyll answer all your questions. And if youre not into the cryo thing, go see Trentyn and get one of his Body In Balance massages.

Update: Trenton is a wonderful masseuse, he seems to have a sense for sore muscles. I could, and sometimes do, fall asleep. He has done wonders for my back. I highly recommend Trenton. If I ever win the lottery, Im going to put him on salary 😁.I found this new-age, hippy, boutique shop to be very friendly. I learned of cryotherapy on Groupon, someone had mentioned the idea to me for my arthritis. Im not going to lie to you, its cold, but doable, and you can stop at any time. I found some relief for my arthritis and it lasted a couple of days, I wish I would have bought more than 1 session.When I got home I did some research and was surprised to find that cryotherapy also works on depression. The research stated that 15 sessions consecutively offered the most beneficial treatment. However, I only did 1 treatment and noticed a big improvement in my mental health. In my case, I noticed the treatment worked better for depression than arthritis, and I highly recommend it.In addition to the cryotherapy, I enjoyed a most favorable massage by Trenton. He listened to me and seemed to have an intuition for finding my trouble areas.Ive worked in the spa industry for 36 years and Trenton gave me the best massage Ive had in 25 of those years, so I also highly recommend Trenton.
