The absolute best facial I’ve ever received! Jessica was very attentive and made my skin feel amazing. She recommended products for me and I’m already noticing a difference in just a short amount of time. I’ve waited such a long time to get a facial because the last few times I’ve gone (at a different spa) the esthetician’s were so rude and none of the products they recommended helped any. You can tell Jessica knows what she’s doing and she wants to help. Will definitely be returning here. So happy I found this place!

Love getting my brows waxed here. Free foot soak, neck wrap and beverage while Im waiting. The entire experience is relaxing and the prices are more than reasonable.

It was my first time here and I was really nervous. The place is very cute and serene. Even though its on a busy street when youre inside, you dont hear all the noise. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and offered a refreshment. The atmosphere is great, I began to relax and was looking forward to my massage.My masseuse Valerie was amazing, it was the perfect amount of pressure. She even gave me some great book recommendations, so if youre an avid reader looking for something new to read ask Valerie she will give you some great ideas.I am looking forward to going back soon. It has been a long time since I did something nice for myself. I highly recommend International Day Spa.

International Day Spa’s services have declined. I went to International Day Spa to get a facial today. At first I noticed that none of the employees (except a receptionist) were wearing masks. I didn’t think too much of it because the last time I got a facial 2 months ago, the esthetician wore both a mask and face shield when getting close to my face.This time however, a different esthetician, Jessica, did not wear a mask at all. When asked about face coverings, she stated, “I do not wear masks”. Before starting my facial, and since I wouldn’t be wearing a mask, I kindly asked her to wear a mask. She refused to wear a mask at my request. I got up and declined any further services from her. I am confused since I have been informed otherwise about mask wearing by a receptionist and social media (See screenshot). When I was leaving and to verify my credit card would not be billed for the service, the manager (I think) told me that some employees wear masks but that they do not book appointments based on mask wearing preferences. She asked me multiple times when I would like to reschedule with no apology for my wasted time.I am seriously confused how a place where people get so close to each other (for an extended amount of time) would not honor a customer’s simple request for face covering. Especially in light of the rampant prevalence of the Delta variant of COVID-19 in this area. This is a place where I’ve spent thousands of dollars in the past with my family in gift cards, products, and services. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer safety. If they do not wish to abide by a simple request, it makes me wonder what other safety issues remain. My family, close friends, and I will no longer be customers at International Day Spa.

Whoever answers the phone needs better customer service I will not be returning. to the wonderful lady that did my facial thank you but the receptionist needs to learn how to talk to people I’ll take my money somewhere else..

This business is the absolute worst ever!!! The service providers do not care at all about the time of your appointment and if you ask ( after sitting for 15 minutes) when your service will start the front desk doesn’t even know what you are there for ( after checking in) then when your service provider is finally ready to take you back is Incredibly rude and unprofessional and doesn’t even introduce herself to you then abruptly ask you if you have any chemicals on your face.. then proceeds to put a blistering hot towel on her face burning you!!!!!!

I just called this business for the very first time trying to check availability but the lady who picked up the phone didn’t even let me speak and proceeded to put me on hold, very rude of her. I just had a simple question 😏

It was great experience both my wife and I. They were able to help my upper back with a deep tissue massage and my wife had a relaxing time while doing their facial. Amazing experience. 👍

My appointment was made weeks ago and I got a call two days prior saying They had to cancel it and move it to earlier in the day original appointment was at 5pm I left work early to accommodate them I was running 5-10mins late I called and they said they would only be able to do half of the service because I was gonna be 5-10mins late!!! When I agreed to be there hrs before my original appointment!!! They should’ve accommodated me!!! I’m very disappointed I turned around and told them I will find a new spa

It was more than I expected! Starting with a friendly welcome and then taken to their warm waiting area where we waited while enjoying a complimentary foot soak, warm neck towel, and a choice if water or tea. My mom had a facial with Mo while I had a massage with Dale. Both started on time and lasted the full 60 minutes. We are very happy with the service, location, and cost. So much that we booked our next appointment. Definitely recommend International Day Spa!

This buisness owner doesnt seem to think that wearing a mask isnt important. Via the Redlands page on Facebook several paragraphs attacking heath protocol set by the state. The business owner clearly doesnt care about your health, I personally recommend you avoid supporting her and her business.

Great experience. I had my customized facial with MO. It was very relaxing I almost fell asleep. Also the pumpkin mask literally smelled like pumpkin pie.

Its a very nice clean a respectable place to relax. I personally enjoy the steam sauna and full body massage. Book and appointment with Daniela. She great. You will leave totally relaxed. R D King

Yesterday was my first appearance at this beautiful location. I will without a doubt be returning again. The front desk were very nice and maureen MO was an absolute angel. If you have not already I recommend you check this gem out. Next visit the spa package is on my list.

####UPDATED #### 3/18/2021I have been to Spa many times after I wrote my previous review. They have been very kind to me. Their facials have done wonders on my skin.Visiting the spa in general makes me happy. It smells so good in there and music is very relaxing. I am curious to try their body wrap in the future. Their shop has really great products which you may not be able to find else where. Do check it out if you ever plan to visit it. Dont forget to taste their apple cider , its yummm :)Overall, Its a very clean place. They are taking all the required precautions. I highly highly recommend this Spa especially for facials and massages.-----------------------------------------------------------------I have been to this spa several times and it has always been a good experience. But TODAY wasnt. Last time, I had a facial and their esthetician ( Jessica ) did really great job with extracting my pimples and cleaning out the gunk. However, when I visited the spa after reopening my experience wasnt the same. I booked a facial as always and esthetician (a new one ) asked which kind of facial I would like to go for and I told her to do usual one (acne facial) and she did it. There was NO EXTRACTION in the process which was very very weird. I had a few breakouts when I went there and she dint even touch them and facial was for 110$ so I kind of felt like it was waste go money. Also, I DO NOT like the way they try to forcefully sell the MURAD products in the end. I already have a skincare routine and I know my skin needs and everybody does ;so making a suggestion is okay but forcing it is weird. Maybe just next time I will tell them before hand to include extraction in the acne facial.On a side note, I do not like the person who takes appointments on the phone (Stacy, if I remember it correctly). She called me before reopening as I was on their wait list and told me about their availability schedule. I asked for anytime after 5 PM and she told me that they are open for limited time at the moment and she tried to book me for a random time and when I told her that I am not available until 5 pm as I work, she said then I am sorry we do have limited operation hours. She NEVER mentioned that they are open on the weekends until I asked. Also, next morning on their instagram page I read they are open from 9 AM to 7 PM and when I inquired on Instagram they said that they were unsure about their opening hours earlier. THEN WHY TO REACH OUT TO PEOPLE WHEN YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE HOURS.I just did not like the behavior of people over there this time. I dont know what changed because I never felt the same way before.

I would live here if it were at all possible. On my list of things I love to do on any given day, a spa treatment at International Day Spa would be number one! The staff is incredible (all of them) and they really enjoy what they do, which is so nice. The home-ey environment is blissful. The prices are reasonable. I havent been there for at least 15 yrs. It was great. The place is amazing, Danielle was very good..I feel great and will be going back again!

I have been to this spa several times and it has always been a good experience. But today was not. My friend and I both had massages. The massage was good but right in the middle of my friends massage, the face rest came out and fell to the floor. Rather than fixing the problem right then and there (or closing down that particular massage table), they took me in right after my friend. Didnt mention anything about the falling face rest to me - after making a very uncomfortable experience for me for quite some time, it popped out and fell onto the floor again. The very nice lady doing our massages (we each had the same lady) exclaimed that it was embarrassing and that they really ought to have it fixed (duh). We told the sweet young ladies when we were checking out about the problem as well and told them that half of our massage had basically been ruined by this experience. They said they were very sorry and that they would have to have the falling face rest fixed (I suspect however that this problem has been going on for quite some time and nothing has been done about it). At the very least my friend and I should probably have been offered half off on our massages. Things have really gone downhill since my last experience at this spa. I wont be back.

Called and bought a couple’s salt rock massage. Arrived and was told they don’t do two massages in the same room. Then was given an American Swedish massage. Called to “complain” about this was told, “Oh, ok.”I guess I won’t ever be coming back. “Oh, ok.”

TERRIBLE PLACE.. WASTE OF TIME.Ask 3 times where wet shorts go after steambath. Finally get dry shorts. Then have to go back out into waiting room. Then with shorts & sheet on. the massage therapist says I need a blanket too. I tell her Im HOT FROM STEAMBATH. She refuses to do massage. Not freindly or helpful. Im sure Occasionly therapist get hit on. BUT NOT this 335 lbs beauty.
