James is very helpful and knowledgeable about black hair products and hes so nice not rude like other beauty suppliers who cater to black hair products,he doesnt follow you around but he is always helpful if you have questions,Ive been dealing with him at least 10 yes and never any problems,I would give him 10 stars,and he has the latest products,and a nice variety,go see his Store.

Ive been going to Mega Beauty Supply for over 10 years from when it was located in San Bernadino to now that its located in Redlands. Jimmy is the Best!!! Hes always so friendly and helpful...I live in Moreno Valley and still come out here to get my products from him. Good prices...Excellent service 👍👍

I hated my experiment with this supplier. I got a damaged product and when returned they claimed they never got it and as I followed up they said we got it and they never refunded me. Don’t recommend them at all! I would stay away from this shop.

No assistance given. I felt like they did not want to wait on me as a customer, which was rude. But i still purchased from the store $50 worth if merchandise out of convenience.
