There are different ladies here. I always go to Sunida. She is great! She is very nice and does what is asked for my eyebrows. She always hands me a mirror after she is finished. If I find even one hair, I just tell her and she gets it.

I went to go get my eyebrows threaded, sat down, and the lady was done in under two minutes. I was pleasantly surprised until I got home and looked more closely at her work. There were so many obvious hairs still there! It was as if she didnt even clean up under the brow and didnt touch between them at all. I will not be returning.

I asked specifically to not take away from the thickness or shape of my eyebrows and to just clean them up. When the lady was done my eyebrows were different lengths,she didn’t take the time to trim or pluck the smaller hairs, and my eyebrows are extremely more thin than they were before and now have no shape. I have come in a total of 4 times and every time the lady is on the phone and she stopped mid thread to answer. The lady took all of 2 minutes for the whole process. I am extremely disappointed.

I have been going here for years. I have always had a good experience. I like that they have a loyalty program, so once in a while I will receive coupons via text. My favorite stylist is Neesa. Not sure if its open due to COVID-19 so my eyebrows are in shambles. Cant wait to return!

Always do a great job. Definitely need to specify if you want them thin or thick though for your eyebrows. They have done mine soooo thin where I looked like I drew them on with a sharpie. It was a sad day. But if I specify that I want them thick and to just clean them up, they do a great job.

My daughter, 15 had her eyebrows threaded for the first time. I specifically told the lady to only clean them up. She did a terrible job. She made them so short, they barely extend down around the eye. My daughter is crying now. We will never go there again! I do not recommend this place for your eyebrows. She certainly did not listen to what I specifically asked for.

My friends and I came in to get henna tattoos and for me to get my eyebrows threaded. Eyebrow threading hurt and I bled a little (my eye twitches when in pain, so it was partially my fault). My friends got some sweet tattoos though! Took a while, but better to have it take time then to rush and make a mess.

My first experience doing eyebrows in Rubys bangle is really nice and did what i want by a new lady. She has soft hand and i didnt get hurt too much as i do before in somewhere i would give 5 star and will be there next time too and also reccomend to the ladies who used to come there.Thankyou Rubys Bangle

My sister, friend and i all went here to get our eyebrows threaded. i specifically asked for a clean up, and to not change the shape, but she threaded a whole chunk of my right eyebrow off, making my eyebrows two different shapes. my sister and our friend, however, have picture day tomorrow, and my sisters eyebrows are different heights, and our friends brows are thinner than theyre supposed to be. were all crying at this point lol

I have been going here for quite a while and over time it has gotten significantly worse. The service is extremely horrible. I asked specifically for a clean up and the lady took almost all of my hair off, leaving my eyebrows extremely thin when they werent that thin to begin with. I definitely will not be coming back.

Only place in Redlands Ill go to get my eyebrows done. I just wish they would fix their door.

Bad reviews for Customer Service - i called to inquire about an experience my son had and just wanted to hear the other side of the story. the owner was very defensive and unable to talk me through the situation - first she said she didnt have an unsatisfied customer or wasnt aware.. she just kept saying I didnt know there was a problem and he can come back - it was apparent she was aware there was a problem because she eventually shared the story and said I dont want any problems. It was not a good encounter. She kept saying she was trying to help him...I guess we wont be going there anymore..also I asked about her policy on serving minors..not a direct response very defensive..serving minors can be challenging especially if you dont know they are minors !!!

This is my last time going here. Have been a customer for years, and the lady practically took half my eyebroff off. And when i mentioned it to her, she denied it as if she was blind. Super arrogant. She also spits on your lips when doing your eye brows.
