They give great service, friendly staff.

Ben has a very nasty outlook on pain meds.. filing a complaint with the better business bureau for charging prescriptions when insurance completely covers it . These people will make you jump through every little loop. Incompetent as can be.

This pharmacy receives 5 STARS from me for going above, and beyond my expectations in assisting with my medications. I appreciate the Med Sync program, and the convenience of the mailing program as well. I find the entire staff knowledgable, professional and FRIENDLY. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Owens has good locations but their hours arent very good compared to all of the other local pharmacies. I have used Owens in the past and have experienced poor communications with them contacting my doctor. I no longer use them and have no problems with my prescriptions now.

By far the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. I switched from the CVS, on placer, due to long wait times. For the first 6 months I had no issues.At some point I stopped getting text notifications that my prescription was ready. It was a small annoyance/inconvenience that I spoke to the manager about. They attempted to fix that issue numerous times with negative results. They said they would call me from that point on to notify me about prescriptions being ready. They never did that...The next issue was when I requested refills on my prescriptions. They were told I had no refills on my prescriptions, but declined to tell me that until I inquired about where my prescriptions were. During this same time, they forgot to order my prescription twice.Another time they low filled my prescription because they ran out of my medication. They didnt notify me during purchase, but I happen to notice that it looked low. After inquiring they informed me what was happening and I would have to come back later to get more.The last issue to occur, today, I went to pick up my prescription, which was ordered the day prior. I was told that they didnt fill my prescription because I didnt have any insurance on file... Ive been a customer for 3 years using the same insurance with no changes! No one thinks to call me to let me know before I waste my time?Im not sure if its employee incompetence or computer related issues, but Ive had enough. Going back to CVS. They have long wait times, but tend not mess up. I will probably end up saving time and gas in the long run.

Heavens forbid if you are on pain medication. Can not get your prescription til the 31st day. Will not fill even a day early with your doctors authorization. I dont need my pharmacist having an authority complex. Shopko Pharmacy has been absolutely wonderful. Scott and his staff are extremely friendly and provide great customer service.

Worst place ever. The old pharmacist was great but the the guy in their now is rude and a liar. Used this place for 14 years until the pharmacist that took over didn’t want to actually do his job correctly then lied to his boss and managers saying I cursed at employees. Really pathetic. All I wanted was the exact formulation I had spent a fortune on for 14 years. He was lazy and lied about the base not existing. When I told him it was still made and proved it he told me to go to another pharmacy. Then when Ivalled his bosses he made some story up accusing me of cursing at employees which of course never ever happened. So do yourself a favor and use a different compounding pharmacy. This one refuses to use a cream base you ask for.

Owens is by far the best pharmacy in town! Normally excellent service! The only complaint I have is with their delivery service. Today was the 2nd time Ive called to schedule a delivery and it was not written down by the employee who answered the phone. So no delivery today! 😡

Ive tried almost every pharmacy and Owens by far is the best.

I have used Owens for over 15 years. One day they decided they wouldnt fill my RX Because of my doctor being Harold Budhram. Now Im getting a new pharmacy. I call them ask whats going on they basically say none of my busniess. Im leaving OwensPlaying politics with peoples medications is pretty cold hearted. I suggest using a different pharmacy.Im very disappointed.

They are friendly on Placer St. They have been very busy in taking over another pharmacy, but they still smile, sometimes computer glitches, but that happens to every business.
