After being told, over the phone, not to schedule my sons sports physical on line, just simply walk in. My son and I sat for an hour and half while other people who “registered online for their physicals” came in after and were seen before us. Upon my inquiry as to why an employee then proceeded to give me attitude for not registering online after being told explicitly not to?! To say this experience was frustrating is an understatement. And, for the love of all things sacred, make sure you register online or else your day will be blatantly wasted.

Very helpful and understanding staff, great doctor. Sign in by phone ahead of time to make your wait time shorter. I highly recommend them if you need urgent care.

If you are willing wait half a day in the lobby, this is your place. They take more patients than they can handle.After waiting for 1hr 40 mins I asked them whats the wait time to be called, They said Im next... Even after 3 more people I was not called :/This is my third time here, I wouldnt make this mistake again. I recommend Pulse urgent care in every aspect than this place.

This clinic has been there for us when no primary doctor would accept my family. They are friendly and the doctors we have seen have been excellent. It’s convenient, quick and reliable. Thankful for them!

I use this facility instead of my GP. I don’t have to wait 2 weeks, the staff is great and the Docs are knowledgeable and reasonable.

Not very pleasant experience there. Didn’t check my insurance before charging me with full amount. Forgot to print out one of the most important papers. Do not recommend.

I am a nurse and so am pretty critical of healthcare. I have been to health care west many times. The girls (staff) are very good, hard working people. I usually see Dr Evans. Hes outstanding and will give you all the time you need if you want to discuss something. They have a sometimes annoying problem common to all walk-in clinics in that some times the wait can be long. But it never seems to be as long as their other clinic on Hilltop is . All in all a great place

Just called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. She treated me as if I was stupid for asking simple questions and then she hung up on me after saying she couldn’t answer my questions unless I came in. I was going to go there but now I won’t. Extremely rude.

Good office staff and quick response time in lobby.

I give it a 3 stars because the PA and nurse who saw us were very helpful and kind. I have used this clinic many times with no problems as well. The blonde girl at the front desk however was quite rude. I realize she was very busy and thats why I excused the first time she rudely barked me to step aside while discharging another patient, however the second time was a bit much. Also arguing loudly with me about my insurance coverage was literally very rude. I know my insurance and I wasnt about to pay more than I should have. Yes you were very busy, but you are the front desk first impression of your office, compose yourself and dont argue with the customer.

Same fine doctors as Hilltop Drive, but male physicians assistant is negative.

I called on behalf of my boyfriend and asked if he could get an x ray to which they said yes so we went in. We got there and were about to start the paperwork process when she asked if it happened at work. Of course my boyfriend told her it was his fault though to which they stated he still needed to go through his workers comp, so I went outside and did a little research and found something that said workers comp wont cover if he did it to himself. I went in to clarify before leaving and a lady in the reception area (not sure of her title) walked up to my boyfriend and I to tell us in a not so professional tone and attitude (while she tapped her pointer finger on the counter very hard multiple times) that he couldnt be seen due legal reasons which I fully understood and wasnt trying to be rude or push our way in, but I felt as though she could care less that she was telling us to go to the hospital and he doesnt have insurance so it would cost an arm and leg which is ridiculous. Especially because if he had broken his hand and had to go through workers comp, by the time it got taken care of it would have had to have been rebroken. And we are both hard workers who dont just collect welfare and get to be seen for free. So we would have paid out of pocket, and I dont even care that they couldnt see us. The problem I had leaving there was that we were treated horribly for no reason.

Amazing Experience!!!!! I just have to say how thankful I am to have found this place. Ive tried multiple walk-in/urgent care clinics(Including Prestige) and none of them compare to this. Ive been twice in past two weeks for an MCL tear and have seen two different providers. Both were amazing in both their bedside manner and expertise. I never felt rushed or like the provider didnt want to be there which is a big deal. I work in the medical field and have helped hundreds of the practices across the country and can say without hesitation that this practice knows how to take care of patients. Im from a large city in Florida and didnt think I could find a group in Redding that stacks up against my hometown clinics. I can honestly say that I have not only found something comparable, but have actually found something better than anything I had in Florida. This is a place you can trust
