Very clean relaxing environment, staff was very friendly and welcoming. I seen Lilly and she was friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable being it was my first visit. She was also very knowledgeable about what she was doing and helped address my certain concerns. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you for a very relaxing day.

Lily was absolutely amazing. I have never in my life been that relaxed and it was just a facial. My skin felt great no break out. She even gave me skin advice and told me what to order. I will 100% go back. Plus she was so polite.

Went in for a knot on my shoulder from sleeping on it wrong, Charlie the therapist was doing a nice job until she got to my left shoulder and arm, she bent it like pretzel and pushed and pulled on it that I had to ask her to stop.Woke up during the night with peirceing pain from the top of my shoulder all the way down my arm and my pointer finger and thumb are tingling. For the past 2 weeks after this massage I have been to urgent care a Dr and now today a chiropractor total bill for all visits and medications $270 my shoulder and arm are so inflammed and muscles have been overextended. I have been in pain and no sleep.Monday I have another chiropractor appt and IF the inflammation has gone down the chiropractor will begin therapy ($50) a visit. I faithfully have gone to massage therapist and NEVER have I been injured. I just moved to Redding and I trusted the reviews. Needless to say I will not be going back to this therapist or place again. My only hope is the therapist Charlie has not done permanent damage.11/11/20 3 weeks emergency room visit ,obviously this business does not read their reviews or does not care. Massage therapist Charlie has damage nerves and I will require physical therapy. WOW total bill $500 This is not over.update now May permanent nerve damage thanks

I have family in Redding, and every time I visit I always make sure to book an appointment with Backrubz. Each massage therapist I have had have been fantastic, and their prices are very reasonable. They have a calming and relaxing atmosphere and skilled staff. I highly recommend them!

As a first timer here I was more than pleased! A very friendly staff, prompt service and an AMAZING massage! I called and was able to get for a hour long massage that day! I saw they had specials on certain days of the week, I believe they are posted online but call in and see what days they are!

I received a one hour Swedish Massage from Ashley. She was fabulous. I mean it. I had to give a great review for her as she really knows what she is doing. My back pain was gone for days and she relieved a lot of tension from head to toe. Really worth it I bought three more certificates and will be going again soon.
