The facility itself is very nice..........but the massage was probably the worst Ive ever had. I couldnt wait for it to end. The male masseuse was very inexperienced. He breathed heavily and there were several times where his sweat dropped on me. I did not feel relaxed at all. Totally not worth $70. Would not go back.

Ive never had a professional facial before so I cant really compare. I was under the impression they were supposed to ask questions about your skin type but they didnt, so idk...which is weird because what if Id had an allergy...idk, it was a nice place though, calm atmosphere.

Good facility, Saunas, showers, it was clean. Booked a facial online, said $75.00 for 75 minutes, in reality was only 55 minutes. It was fine. Good for 55 minutes.

Great place to go one of the only places for in door sauna get spa treatment stay at our fine motel have a great meal go swimming take s walk on the world trail go gamble have fun with family and friends this is the place to be!!!!

Go early for massage...then use sauna & steam room. Great addition to my massage.! Last visit the smoke from casino was creeping in...nasty!!

I USED to LOVE coming here to get my massages. Some sessions were not very good, but most of them were great so I didnt allow that to turn me off from going there. In fact, I would refer tons of people there all the time.Today I called to schedule a 90 minute couples massage to celebrate an upcoming anniversary wth my fiancé. The woman I spoke to first (Jeanette) conducted herself unprofessionally and was very rude- then put me on hold for over 7 minutes.When I called back I spoke to Susan, who was incredibly polite. She proceeded to inform me that the 30% off credit I was given when the company was still operating under Urban Retreat was unredeemable because they are no longer affiliated with them.So even though I have only gone to the Win River location, they would not accommodate me to continue to be a returning client. I was told they have opted out of honoring any credits for previous clients. So I will be opting out of giving and sending business here!! Very disappointed!!!

This is the 2nd time I have been to this spa. Once when it was Urban retreat and then yesterday as Win River retreat. Very disappointed both times. Last time they scheduled my nails before my massage so when I got the massage it messed up my nails. Yesterday I was asked how I liked massages and I told them both in writing and in person that I liked firm, majority at best was medium. I had a gal that did my mani/pedi that was an eyelash specialist and thrown into this due to shortness of staff. She did an ok job but wasn’t the best, a lot of missing spots and I had to keep reminding her of steps she was missing on my gel polish. I have had WAY better mani/pedi’s for ALLOT cheaper!! I don’t think I will return there for their services. I was hoping they had improved from switching of businesses but NO.All the gal’s were very nice but just not worth what I paid.

Was okay. Got a facial that was $80 and didn’t feel like they did what is supposed to be done in a facial . Especially for that much money.
