I have had many different doctors and my fair share of surgeries.I owe alot to Dr, Crosswhen I was 25 dr cross rebuilt and re attached my left hand after a horrible car accidentHe went out of his way to make sure I got the care and treatment that I needed.Thanks DocI know its your job, but you definitely definitely changed my life

Dr Cross and staff we very professional and attentive. From the ladies at the window to the intake nurse to Dr cross. Dr cross explained everything about my injury and my diagnosis to the needed repairs. Very pleasant and funny bedside manner. I gave 5 stars as you can see because this is a treasure in Redding! The kind of quality medical care mostly seen in the big cities.

Front office is absolutely rude and both have no care for patience had surgery yesterday and was only given enough meds for pain before surgery now post surgery I’m told he won’t renew my prescription because he don’t like prescribing pain meds well here’s a thought don’t put screws and a plate into a ankle if you won’t treat the pain after!!

Dr. Cross has been very nice and thorough during the last year while treating a shoulder injury. His front office staff is rude & unpleasant to deal with (especially on the phone), but he & the back office are great.

If I could after weight and 68 minutes dr. Cross comes in and I express that you know 68 minutes is a long time to wait after waiting three months for this appointment and he tells me to go find another doctor hes so professional any treats people so good and he cares about his patients in pain so much that this is how they treat them hes a little bit well a lot of bit immature and unprofessional told me to find another doctor after waiting for this appointment three months so heres your 0 star rating this guy needs to find a new profession and theres no way that when your appointment is at 9:30 in the morning should you be running 68 minutes behind already

I had a referral sent over to this office. Richard Cross denied my referral and refused to give any reasons why it was denied. I have been waiting a month to get this all processed and for him to just deny me after all this wait is cruel. I have MRIs and medical records and a pretty common condition, and dont understand why I was denied. The only reason I can think he could have denied me was because I have Partnership and thinks he can treat me as a lesser person, but I cant assume. I just needed him to write a referral for an arthrogram of my sholder. I dont believe I have any out of the ordinary conditions, just rotor cuff tear on my shoulder. I just dont understand how a doctor can run a business like this.
