WOW! Such an incredible experience. I went in to get my eyebrows microbladed and Hailey did not disappoint. I had little to no eyebrow hair before and now it looks like I have full real eyebrow hairs. She was so professional and made me feel very welcome in her salon. I cant wait for my touchup!

After hemming and hawing for years over whether to get my sparse, Finnish eyebrows done, I was finally able to get an appointment in September 2020. I was treated with at most courtesy and professionalism, including being reassured that the salon and technician were following pandemic protocols and I came to the appointment with excitement.The entire process was very smooth and relaxing, and after only the first session, my brows were now complete enough so I no longer have to do pencil on them every day. I am getting at least another 10-15 minutes of sleep each night, and feel confident going out with no make up because my eyebrows are so natural and beautiful.After the follow up, touch up session, it was even more impressed and have had many people comment on my brows and ask for a referral. I have course gladly given that, without hesitation. THANK YOU SIMPLY DIVINE!

Do NOT Recommend JILLIAN! After reading high reviews from Simply Divine Lash & Ink and seeing a great promo for volume lashes at $115, I decided to book an appointment, paid a $50 deposit, and then reached out to their customer service forum to confirm my future booking & promo. CS reassured the appointment and promo by email and text. Everything was great up until this point. I arrived at my scheduled time and things went pretty smoothly. Long story short, my experience was very poor at the end of the appointment. Jillian became very upset about the promo and did not want to honor it. She became verbally aggressive about the price towards me. We resolved the price conflict by placing a call to management where she was told she needed to honor the promo which she eventually did, but not after a tirade of cursing, accusations of me trying to shortchange her, etc. Ha! And I still gave her a 20% tip after all of this! Had it not been for this particular experience and many lashes falling away (not due to shed season), I would have come back as a recurring customer. Choose another esthetician if you decide to book here!

Just got my complimentary touch up today and I’m absolutely in love with my eyebrows. Color and shape are perfect. Hailey is amazing at what she does and I’m so thrilled with her work! She was very professional, informative, and sweet. Would definitely recommend her for permanent cosmetics. 😊

In fact every single girl in there, who run their own business within the walls of Simply Divine, are all professional. They are very clear on what service youre getting, price, and after care. The customer care you get from each of the lash artists in there is 5 star. They are a very calm and relaxing group of ladies.
