Had my very first Brazilian wax with Madison and she made the whole process seem so quick and non awkward and explained everything she was doing. After she even took the time to show me the correct products to use to keep up with the after care! Happily going back to her again!

I just got done being my FIRTS Brazilian wax with Madison. She is beautiful, sweet, funny, and even though it hurt it was not nearly as bad as I thought. She mad me laugh and feel very comfortable. I am exited to get it done again. She was very knowledgeable about there products and she sent me home with an exfoliating scrub and moisturizer that is ph balanced. I loved my experience there and I could not imaging going anywhere else but there. Hope to see you soon Madison :)

I get my pits waxed about every two weeks. I like how clean & friendly the staff if there. My appointments are quick. My wait time is minimal. Great place to get waxed. Thanks European Wax Centers. I appreciate you & your staff.

I love this place, but every now and then get a rough worker. Madison was kind of aggressive and pushy. Just prefer a gentle hair removal person who doesnt make me feel like shes bossing me around. Other workers no complaints.

Professional staff with friendly and nearly painless service. My only disappointment was that they allowed a customer to sit in their tiny waiting area without a mask on despite a current mask requirement in the county due to Covid-19.

Just got done at European Wax center. I had a great time the person who helped me and did my waxing was did a great job and was very friendly and very informative about things because it was my first time going. Wonderful experience over all. All of the staff is very friendly and made my time there enjoyable. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit with them.

Not all European Waxes/ estheticians are the same! Your experience can vary widely based on who you have. However, I read some other reviews, saw that Maira was recommended, and knew I needed to make an appt with her. I am SO GLAD I did! She was meticulous, great attention to detail, and she’s so friendly that my appt went by super quickly. I am moving to Egypt tomorrow and I’m so bummed I just found about her because if I am ever in the area, I will go to no one else besides her! She really made sure I was hair free and all ready before my move. She’s def the best esthetician I have ever had!

Little pricey but they always try and get you the best deals with the school pass or the yearly passes. Summer also is the best ever! She makes it so normal and never weird or awkward. Shes down to earth and a blast to be around... I would come just to hang out with Summer!

Got my legs done to try out how I would deal with the “pain” of waxing and Maira my wax specialist was able to reassure me with a 4 step process and make me feel comfortable. She was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Been going to the Redding center for more than a year and I always have a great experience! All the girls are great, the prices are very reasonable, I read someone said they paid $20 for a lip, I have never paid that much, not even for eyebrows, so not sure whats up with that. They have very convenient and cost saving packages which work great for me. They usually run close to your appointed time so its an easy in and out. And they always remind me 2 days before an appointment so I can cancel if needed.

I have been coming her for a couple of years now and my waxers have all been wounderful! The receptionist on the other hand have all been short with me like there just herding people out as fast as they can. Also they don’t listen to anything you say. I’m frustrated they should higher my professional receptionist. Get it together!

Hannah is the best! It took me awhile to find a new favorite esthetician after the last one relocated. I am so happy I did! Hannah is professional, highly experienced, and knowledgeable in the esthetician field!

I went for two services. My underarms look terrible. I kept telling the girl the wax was hot. Well the other place who cares how it looks as long as it heals properly but my underarms omg blood spots everywhere.

My friend did a full body wax with crystal. He said she did a great job and painless. Maybe a little pricy.Friendly staff.

My experience was great Summer always takes fantastic care of my hair removal needs super fast and super efficiently. I would reccomend her to anyone with sensitive skin.

I have been waxing for 20 years, these guys charge DOUBLE what any other esthetician charges; probably because they are a franchise.I love Kelsey and Shalice at the Redding location. Very thorough and make me feel comfortable with my Brazilian waxing.

My first experience today March 27, 2014 was not a good one at this establishment.The staff was very nice. However, when I came out to pay for the $10.00 lip wax the price was doubled at the counter because I had the clinician wax a small stop under my lower lip. The total cost for lip wax was $20.00. What??For over 40 years Ive had my upper lip waxed and sometimes the small spot on my lower lip for $7.00 to $10.00 at salons. I was shocked at this $20.00 lip wax!This is Redding, NOT San Francisco and European Wax Center should not be charging SF prices. I felt ripped off, very disappointed, and will not be returning at those prices. Lori S.

Quick friendly and did a good job

I always loved this place.For years I bought the brow powder and brush.They changed the brush and I hated it. It doesnt pick up the powder good at all. The bristles are different. The baked brow powder seems to be changed too. Its grainy and falls all over my face. I miss the old packaging and formula. I had one for a bit over a month and it broke right off the top like wasnt glued on right. They wouldnt honor or exchange. Im going to Sephora to find somethig similar. They lost a good customer and Ive told many people to go to them. Now I wont.

They messed up my eyebrows, took months to fix. Then they argued with me about how they should look. Bad customer service, and their employees are rude.
