Booked an online Supercuts appointment for 5:20pm. Got to the shop and was faced with a notice on the door that they arbitrarily closed at 5:00. Went across the parking lot to Xpert Cuts and Kendle made room for me on her schedule. Was getting an awesome haircut 10 minutes later. THANKS KENDLE!! I’ll be a regular there going forward

I was sold a test member ship for unlimited haircuts but they are always booked up every time I call or go in to get haircut. i have been rejected over the phone and in person. Why sell the membership if you cannot provide the services. I purchased it months ago but got hair cut twice with a lot of efforts. I don’t think I’ll get my refund but I can definitely QUIT going to super cuts and find a locally owned shop for haircut. Mistake is only once but repeatedly mistake of going to super cuts be stupidly! Thank you super cuts you are good sales people but can’t provide the services! Done

The few ladies that work here are very talented but very understaffed and neglected. 3 weeks in a row Ive called and they are booked all day or have a 5 hour wait and the girls dont even have a chance too.answer the phone because they have not hired an assistant for the front desk even though the phone rings off the hook 24/7 and most of the time they have a line of people but only 2 girls running the entire business. HIRE MORE STAFF AND GIVE those girLS A RAISE!

I like how the people who work there actually treat you like a person. I had an experience where the lady who cuts my hair did not have the product I use. After she got off work she drove to the place where she gets supplies and got it for me. On her own time!! This speaks levels to me. I will continue to get my hair cut there.

Great service and great cuts. They even keep notes of what was used on last haircut to help other stylists for repeat customers. Very worth it. Plus dont take future apts only day of so no issues with getting haircut in couple days if not same day just call first thing to schedule reservations

Checked in online. They need to have feedback that once you push the button check in the website says got it you are checked inIt actually worked in spite of my doubts. I arrived on time and I was in the chair within 5 min. Haircut took 20 min out in less than 30 min. Cuts looks good.This is the good stuff.

Sat waiting for 45 minutes. And had other people come in after us get seen frist. My son went from number 4 on their list to 8. All of a sudden. So we ended up leaving .

I walked into n and there were two people in the place. One in a chair, and one waiting. After a pause, the lady not giving haircuts came over and asked if I was already on the list. I said no and she sighed and said “well, there are let’s see.....three, four, five, six...SIX people in front of you. I looked around the empty salon and told my girlfriend we were leaving. The one employee who was actually working came out and tried to recover my business but it was too late. The competent employee understood that a simple men’s trim could be fit in as none of the scheduled people were even there yet. Im not coming back. Not just to this Supercuts, but to any Supercuts again, ever.

I had gone to another Supercuts location which gave me a different haircut from what I wanted. We needed to get back on the road and tried to find out if they would fix the haircut for us at no cost at this location, so we called. They said absolutely but let us know that they had an hour wait so we booked an appointment and waited for an hour. We walked in and were informed that they would still charge us. I left. I simply wish they were up front and honest with us when we called. I am sick and tired with businesses trying to squeeze more out of you than what you bargained for. I should not have been misinformed and made to wait when I could have been on my way knowing what I know now.

Omar is great! He has been cutting my 6 yr old boys hair (jumpy johnny) and now my 18 month old! I Always leave happy! **UPDATE! If I ever do go back, I will not let anybody else cut my childrens hair except for Omar!

Completely rushed my hair. I told the lady I want her to box the sides so my hairline goes straight across and she didnt do that. She was very unprofessional and I would recommend that you go to reddings fresh look barber shop they are a lot better and take their time. I usually go there but they were closed today so I decided Ill just go to Supercuts. But next time I will definitely just wait.

I liked my haircut a lot but the long wait was unexpected and unpleasant due to a grumpy customer

My hair was cut at different lengths! I did not want layers or anything special, just my dead ends cut off and now one side of my head has longer hair than the other. I am very upset and do not trust them to fix it so I have to go spend money elsewhere to have it fixed.

One of the stylists; Kellin I think, was very nice and good with scissors. Another lady was not and all she did was talk about her kids and herself while giving me a bad haircut.

I giving a 5 star rating for the supercuts located at 1150 Dana dr. (Target shopping center), Michelle there does an AMAZING job every time I get my hair styled there!!!! I wont go anywhere else... PERFECT EVERYTIME!!!! I DEFINITELY recommend her!!!
