I got hired for two jobs with Apple one staffing.Francesca is the best recruiter ever she went above and beyond for me. She helped with what to wear and helped me tweak my resume. Talk about confidence booster. She is your go to for job placement.

I interviewed with Tina Baltes for AppleOne and I must say she was excellent! I have been applying for work from home since last year but once I seen this staffing agency and I applied it did not take long for her to hit me up for an interview! I am hoping to start working soon as all my background info comes back.

I applied for a position and was quickly in touch with Jill Apperson. She found the perfect job for me and I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork online very quickly. Jill was very good at communicating and I got the job offer in less than 1 week! The company she matched me with is amazing and she was able to give me lots of good information.

I am seeing all these negative reviews for this agency, but I have to say that I worked with a Kyle Winters at this agency and he was ENORMOUSLY helpful, professional, courteous, and responsive. I had some personal issues come up that sidetracked me from my job search but he called me with a number of opportunities.

Horrible communication! I received a voice mail for a position that I applied for. The V.M. was slurred and the name was unrecognizable, it didnt include a last name, nor did they repeat their name. Thus I contacted them and talked with the receptionist. He said he would cheek with the team, and contact me. After days of hearing nothing I called again, apparently he didnt do anything the first time. Second time, same thing, not contacted. With this level of poor business skill and professionalism I will never use or recommend this company. Do not hire this company to find staff!

Ive got to say that I had a very different experience compared to most of the people writing here. I had a *very* attentive recruiter. Who was more interested in following up with me than I was with her, and was also more than happy to give me any advice that I needed to help get my resume noticed. The only reason Im giving 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the time they took in actually getting me a job. I applied with them in August and it took them about 3 months for them to find me a job. Regardless, the Culture at that Job was very good and I felt that the amount of attention Appleone pays to company culture is praiseworthy.

Hi, I went to their office personally and they assured me that they will be sending job opening s to me related to my profile . They also assured me that my recruiting manager will touch base with me every 2 weeks to discuss the updates. Its been 2 months and i have received no call or any job updates from them. I do not recommend any job seekers to use their services.

1st thing the staff have always been pleasant, however were not successful in placing me in an IT field here after I relocated. I have always been able to work with my extensive experience in IT. Well after checking several times over a one week period with no response I find out my recruiter left the company. So the new girl who I will say was very nice on the phone jumps in and said my resume is the issue and advises that I make all the hese changes. So she decides to take upon herself to do some changes and submit me for a job. Almost 2 weeks later no word, well lucky for me that resume that needed work has landed me employment at a non recruiter based high level position with a company. So don’t rely on these folks to place you any time soon as it’s a lengthy process with some fluff. However I will say most all of these recruiting outfits operate alike, so make sure you hit the NC career center and Google hard as they will probably work out the best! Good luck as well and no this is my opinion based on my experience.

I attempted to use their services a while ago (saw something that reminded me that I wanted to write a review) and they seemed very interested in me for several jobs, including one for their own office! Then.... they completely ghosted me. I called and emailed to get in touch and any time I got to talk to someone it was the front desk and they told me they would pass on my message. TERRIBLE don’t work with them and especially don’t work with JILL APPERSON. All I wanted was to know why I was getting no follow up to hopefully use that to better myself in future job applications/interviews but they couldn’t be bothered to answer. Also before they ghosted me they wanted a copy of my social security card. Very sketchy.

I would prefer to give them -5 stars. I was supposed to be working with Angie, however I only received one job interview from her. The interview was a joke because the position was not at all what I was told it was. She advised me that the company sends out emails with job postings, never happened. She did not answer some emails I sent her either. The one time she answered me when I asked why I had not heard anything from her for over a month, I was told she was sending out my resume but not hearing back. My response to her was Why would she submit my resume for jobs without checking to see if I was even interested in that position in the first place. She never responded. Either she doesnt know how to do her job or she doesnt care. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVER.

Received a call from Jill, one of the staffing recruiters who noticed my resume on Career Builder about a relevant position. Long story short, she set up a phone screen with me a few days ago and Im still waiting for her to contact me. Not at all professional and very disappointed, the other reviews speaks volumes in others having similar experiences.

If I can give it zero stars I would. Worst staffing agency ever. I applied, scanned in my birth certificate, signed and completed so many forms and was only recommended to one job, and the recruiter pretended to care about my desperate situation, for a job, but ultimately did nothing for me. She even followed up with me 3 weeks later to see if I had found a job. And contacted me again a few more weeks later. I have an outstanding resume, but ultimately I felt like I was working with an apathetic psychopath. Worst staffing agency in the history of ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Unless they switch employees or start caring. Who knows? You can waste your time if you want to. Lol! This place is literally a joke.

This was possibly one of the worst places I interviewed with and a complete waste of my time, after receiving a call from the manager I agreed to come in which was far to commute, I was told when I got there she was on a training call and some girl named Hanna would speak to me, it was possibly one of the worst interviews ever, I wanted to walk out within one minute of speaking with her, afterwards I emailed the manager my dissatisfaction and I received a nonsense email back. My advice is to stay away from this agency.

I am flabbergasted by the audacity of most authors of the poor reviews here. Are you seriously blaming these recruiters because employers are not interested in you? Obviously you are not as desirable as you think you are or you wouldn’t be having to rely on staffing agencies to find employment. Don’t get me wrong; staffing agencies are a great tool to utilize in job searching, but to think that the recruiters should stay in constant contact with you or to accuse them of not knowing how to do their jobs because no one wants to interview you is just ludicrous. I have absolutely NO affiliation with Appleone and discovered these reviews while helping a friend research local staffing agencies. To the lady who actually got mad that the recruiter was sending her resume out to potential jobs without asking her each time, are you kidding me?!? The entire purpose of a staffing agency is to market their candidates and no one owes you anything; especially not the excessive individualized attention you apparently demand from a staffing agency recruiter. To expect that degree of consultative job search, you’d need to be executive level and work with an executive recruiter, not a temp agency! For the people who are angry at recruiters for not returning calls or emails, do you have any idea how many people they are talking to every day?! Unless a job order comes in for which you are a strong prospective candidate, there is no need for the recruiters to be frequently communicating with you. These are recruiters, not social workers! If you’re not getting placed it’s because your resume and candidacy do not stand out and no one wants to bother interviewing you. To the lady ranting about the recruiter who went above & beyond the call of duty by contacting her every few weeks to see if she had found a job yet, what are you complaining about?! The recruiter was doing her job better than most by regularly assessing the availability of her candidates to determine who was still actively searching and who wasn’t. I’ve been both an agency and corporate recruiter, an executive recruiter and the owner of a staffing firm for over 20 years. Take it from me; if you are not getting placed it’s because you are average (or worse!) and there are 500 other jobseekers just as average as you are. You need to put EFFORT into your search by having a professional assess your resume to see if it’s as great as you think it is (because 9 times out of 10 it’s NOT!) You need to do something that makes you stand out and offer something unique, like taking classes, getting certifications, and POLITELY emailing your recruiter on a weekly basis to inform him or her that you are still available WITHOUT EXPECTING A RESPONSE unless the recruiter determines that you might be a potential match for a job and reaches out to you first. Recruiters love candidates who keep them informed of their availability without unrealistic expectations of extensive communication and attention. The recruiter owes you nothing and is not there to coddle you. You also shoot yourselves in the foot by working with more than one staffing agency at a time. As the hiring decision-maker for many companies big and small, the last candidate I wanted to consider was the person whose resume was submitted to me from 2 or 3 different agencies. That immediately told me the applicant was not personally vested in my particular opportunity and just out there throwing their resume around to see where it sticks. Having more than one agency submit your resume also makes you appear desperate; like you can’t get a job with just one staffing agency representing you. That reeks of desperation & no legitimate employer wants to hire a desperate candidate. The bottom line is that if you are not being placed by a temp agency as much, soon or often as you think you should be, 99% of the time the recruiter is not the problem. To be hired quickly through a staffing agency, you need to set yourself apart from all the other candidates and stop blaming the recruiters for your mediocrity. You need to be exceptional.

Like most temp (contract) agencies in this area, this place is horrible! Mass emails are sent to everyone in their database, for one position. How do you effectively place educated, job seekers with this philosophy? I believe this is just another agency that wants you to drive out and do a face-to-face interview, just to put you on their books to get bonuses. However, they do absolutely nothing for the potential applicant. Again, unprofessionalism is at an all time high these days. The only expectations you should have is for yourself, not others!

This company I noticed are a little disorganized and dont give you all the information you need pertaining to hire paperwork. Everything seemed a bit rushed. Im guessing its because of the work load. It was not my favorite job agency, but they do help you find a job despite the organization.

Horrible follow-up! Jan Apperson is the recruiter I was paired with. She sent me on approximately 2 or 3 interviews over a 4 to 6-month period. There was no follow-up from any, which is the only way I knew I didnt get any of those jobs. When I call her, she is NEVER available by phone or e-mail (nor is anyone else), but will send job postings via e-mail. Signing up with this agency has been a waste of my time.

Spoke with a recruiter named LaCresha on the phone who was eating very loudly and smacking her lips into the phone for the entire conversation. Called regarding a position in which she was listed as the recruiter, and she barely had any knowledge of the position. She even said, “ I really don’t even know too much about this position.” She was possibly the most unprofessional recruiter I have ever spoken to. Got an instant terrible first impression.

They have had my contact details for the longest time now and all I get from them are mass e-mails with job offerings that dont even fit the description I gave them! Going there was a complete waste of time and I would never ever recommend this company to someone! I have no clue why they are still in business! And if Google let me post it without giving a star, I would do it!
