I’d give it a zero if I could. This place did not file my insurance correctly and gave zero insurance information to the cpap supply company. They are scammers. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely atrocious customer service, you will get the run around. Also, their facility is nasty, dingy, dirty and extremely outdated and uncomfortable.

Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Cue’s bedside manner and knowledge are superb! He takes his time exploring all avenues of your situation and takes patient care to the next level. Front office and staff are always friendly and courteous. I am very grateful care that he has given. Highly recommended!

Last night I had my sleep study and it was a great experience. Even though I was away from home and had wires connected to me, I slept very well. Stephanie was my sleep technician and she was very professional. Her bedside manner was excellent. She was kind, gentle and patient. I had a lot of questions and she walked me through every step. My room was clean, cozy and private. I went to bed feeling very safe and comfortable. The whole process was great. The scheduling staff had me scheduled, my insurance verified and study conducted within a week. I am so appreciative to have SleepWorks to guide me through this process and to help me get to the bottom of my sleep issues. Thanks SleepWorks!

They were kind and answered all of my questions and were easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and welcomed by them. The doctor was kind and provided information that was surprising and helpful and I now know more about the airways, my airways and the human body in general. I did have to wait for a bit but it was nothing to take away from them.

Super happy with my experience there. My technician was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. When I got the phone call to be scheduled for the next step, the lady was also very helpful and even arranged for me to have the same technician since I was so happy. And I swear I had one of the best nights sleep EVER.

They put about 20 electrodes on your head and face, a couple on yourchest and a couple on your back. These are stuck on with some gooplike elmers glue. And it does not work very well. Then there are 2 fabric and Velcro bands around your torso. Then a few electrodes taped to your legs.Worst are the 2 (yes 2) clip/tube things that go up your nose. All these are connected to wires which lead to a box about the size ofa carton of milk that is in the bed next to you.Last but not least is a thing that goes on your left index finger, yes, this has a wire too. What this all does is make it so the only part of your body that isfree of sensors, goop and wires is your right hand. Move anything elseand you risk making a sensor fall off. Yes they fell off for me, manytimes. And of course when you move you feel the wires attached.Try and sleep like this.As far as I could tell I did not sleep at all. I went from 10 pm to 4am like this, trying not to move, trying but failing to sleep. Theysaid I could go after I was in bed for 6 hours like this. I managed toget 2 hours sleep after this when I went home.I absolutely fail to see what this exercise does for anyone. It isimpossible to sleep like this, no valid scientific data can beobtained, no sleep, no data. I think that this is just a scam by thissleep works place to get you to pay for any equipment they say youneed based on this useless and invalid data.

Checked in five minutes early for my 0930 appointment, didn’t get seen until 1115. The doctor himself was straightforward and friendly, but the practice itself needs better time management.

I did the sleep study and went back for the cpap study and both technicians were wonderful. They explained what they were looking for and how each piece of equipment/ lead worked. I could not have been happier with my experience!

The staff friendly and helpful. My issue is with the doctor. I had a 3pm appointment. Waited in the waiting area until 3:30 then was called to a room to get my childs result on his study. The doctor however didnt come into the room until 415. No apologizes for having my son and I wait for over a hour. Then he told me the result which only took 5mins. The appointment could have been over the phone b to save me gas and a headache. I would go else where for service for a doctor whom actually care about their patients.

Their customer service is, IMHO, terrible. It takes forever for them to return a phone call, and you have to dog them time and again to get what you need. I really wish I had an alternative place for servicing my CPAP, but unfortunately I feel like I am stuck b/c of insurance issues. After I posted this, I had to call Sleepworks for supplies for my CPAP, and I have to say I was treated terrifically. Customer service was courteous and prompt: Angela and Yolanda were super. They did what they said. Maybe they have new management -- or the past times, I just got the wrong person. So I am upgrading my rating.

I was referred to Sleepworks by my PCP. I was nervous going into the study but as soon as I got there the tech named Decorde greeted me at the door and escorted to my room. He sat down with me for at least 15 minutes and explained the entire process, giving me detailed information about the sleep disorders that they are testing for. He left the room for a bit to greet the other patients and came back to hook me all up. He again took his time explaining what the different mechanisms do and put my mind at ease. His calm and gentle demeanor immediately made my anxiety about the process go away. I was worried I wouldnt be able to sleep hooked up to all the machines but I fell asleep soon after Decorde left me in my room and slept through most of the night. I will admit, it was a little difficult at first to get used to the nasal cannula and the pulse ox on my finger, but somehow the electrodes all over my face, head and neck didnt bother me at all! The room kind of feels like a hotel room with a big bed, nightstands, lamps and a TV. I put off doing a sleep study for a few years, but if you are debating on whether or not to pursue...JUST DO IT!! It will be worth it in the end :)

Absolute sham... could not file insurance correctly... or bill to the correct address. Sent bill to collections after 45 days... 20 of which insurance was still pending. The on-site people had no way for us to pay for the sleep study but gladly took our payment for the cpap... This just adds to the confusion and mess that should be renamed to SleepJerks. Customer No Service in fail effect. Avoid this place and get a room at the Duke Sleep Lab.
