Prior to going in, I did some research to prepare myself, but the lady on staff did a wonderful job of explaining the process, getting me set up, and ultimately getting the results needed to correct my issue. My insurance was run through weeks prior to the appointment being made to make sure everything was covered, and they were very helpful with that process. Ive been in more comfortable sleeping situations, but the point is to monitor you and get a diagnosis, not to have a five-star hotel experience. I appreciate everything that Wake Sleep has done for me, I will finally be able to get some actual sleep thanks to their diagnosis.

I love going into wake sleep the staff are so knowagable and so nice they take the time to explain to you what you need. Wake sleep really show understanding toward there patients needs. I love that they take the time to make sure you keep your equipment up to date and working well. Thanks for all you do and keep doing what your doing.

Helpful & informative sleep specialists. Took time and answered all questions about insurance, billing, sleep study, adjustments to flow rate, machine and cell phone app to monitor sleep history.

Had a sleep study done here, went just fine. Have also ordered supplies through them which has also gone at least as well as with any other home health provider Ive used.

These people never notified or reported the results to my Doctor and billed Medicare for over 6k . Seriously? one night at Trump tower or Maralago would not be that much. Uncomfortable bed and they never told me I was supposed to sleep on my back so sleeping on my belly resulted in an inconclusive result. Dont waste your money they do not what they are doing except billing

I had a sleep test done and thought the process went well. I have had no problems with their responsiveness.

Wake Sleep told me the study was covered 100% by my insurance, so I scheduled it, then after I got a bill for $133. They use a third party biller that is impossible to get a hold of. Also I had ZERO incidences of obstructive sleep apnea during the study but then still diagnosed me with OSA. How is that even possible?

Same situation like everyone else, they have me come in get new mask and etc which they told me that it was going get cover with my insurance but eventually I get a bill in the mail.
