I am not really sure what I was suppose to gain from dealing with them for nearly a decade. I got nothing out of them aside from deception. I obtained several jobs myself, and they provided no support or aide. I wasted fuel and time to learn what a waste of tax money looks like.

Have to go through a lot of red tape to get funding but they helped me out since 2006. I am fairly happy with them but could be better in doing things faster and more efficiently. 3 stars.

I would NEVER recommend this service to anybody. Very poor.

Because they help you when nobody else will.
