Ive been with Josefs for about going on 3 years and never have I ever had a problem. The best pharmacy Ive ever had! The people that work theyre always so nice and my medicine is always on time and can you believe they deliver them right to your door. What an amazing team they have!! I sure do love my Pharmacy..

New customer to this pharmacy. First experience was great!! Specific med could not be purchased where I live which is 1&1/2 away. Not only did they get a reduced price, they delivered it next 2 days by UPS with no extra charge. They also call you when its time for your refill. I havent dealt with a pharmacy this caring!!

We drive past drugstore chain branches to get to a locally owned pharmacy, staffed by people who know us and care. Instead of letting inquiries die in a computer, pharmacists will pursue doctor offices and insurance companies to provide needed medication quickly, assuring we are always protected.

My husband and I went there for our COVID shots. Their process of checking in online and reminders made it very efficient. Everyone there was exceptionally nice. They seemed to really care about their customers and greeted a few by name. I doubt youd get service like many places.

My daughter and I received both of our Covid-19 shots at Josefs Pharmacy in Raleigh. The customer service was fantastic and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much!

I switched over to Josefs after my husband needed a prescription filled. I was getting my meds a Walmart, but I just consistently had issues with them. Everyone I have met here has been so nice and friendly. Its not a bother for them to answer my questions. No long line. They are really fast at filling your prescription and they have a whole bunch of neat extras (like delivery)... but the number one reason I switched was because the first attendant I met actually made friendly conversation with me. I wasnt just picking up some medication to her. I dont see myself going elsewhere now. Thank you Josefs!

I moved from a chain pharmacy to Josefs and what a difference! The chain store website always had glitches, so things were never ready when theyre promised (many times not even filled at all). I had been working with Walgreens for months trying to get all of my prescriptions on a monthly schedule, but they never did get it right. Josefs did it right from the start and when I get a new med they give me enough to last until all of the other prescriptions are ready to fill. The customer service is awesome - they know my name and are always polite and friendly. They cheerfully deliver to my home in Clayton - and the drivers are as nice as the store staff!

I switched to Josephs in 2016. Best pharmacy decision I ever made. First your treated with respect and concern and your not just a number standing in line like Walmart.Super friendly and helpful staff and they take time to answer and of your medication concerns . Im a Engineer and travel across alot of the US and if I have to get a script filled out of state its a pain sometimes. Their prices are way more affordable than the big chain stores and they offer delivery to your home if needed. Now with the covid thing going on, I miss walking in to see everyone, but still get the friendly service at the drive through. Thank you for all your time and help. Sincerely. John

A few years back I switched to Josefs after a recommendation from a friend and learning that a couple of my favorite pharmacists from Target had moved there. I definitely dont regret the decision! Almost all the employees there know me by name (not that they should, but its a nice touch). And when theres an issue with a prescription, I usually dont even have to ask for them to go the extra mile and help me work things out.

Picked up a prescription for a 90 day supply of medication. I got home and realized there was only a 30 day supply in the bottle. Had to go back for the other 60 pills. Oh boy!

Josefs makes the process of getting your prescriptions so much easier than going to my local pharmacy. The people I have spoke with seem to care.

I have worked over here for about 3 weeks as an intern. Though my rotation is coming to an end, i have finally seen what a true team looks like in the staff. I have worked at other pharmacies before, and they are in it just for the money. Not this one, I can say for sure. The whole culture is just to care about the customer, and the staff is very professional from top to bottom. Never once did I hear how much money can we make off a person, I only heard how they can make the patients life better. A great and unique business model. This is what a business is suppose to look like, and everyone working there is very nice to the customers, and the customers are very pleasant as well. Thank you for the opportunity, I have truly learned how much of an impact a pharmacist can have on the community. This will make me work harder next year, and I will try to have the same impact on my community after I graduate. I now have a purpose to my life because of this rotation, and that is to be the best pharmacist i can be to improve peoples lives like Josefs pharmacy does, and everyone works as a team at Josefs pharmacy. It is like a miracle-I would say the utopia of pharmacy

Great pharmacy Walgreens switched from Rite Aid on Cross Link and became to messy and no longer efficient. I came here to Josefs and receive my mediation on time.

My prescription was placed on Monday and by Friday had still not received. I called and was told that it was going out at that time. 6-7 days is not acceptable!

Not everyone is happy with service its not Walmart they just trying to make a living dont like it deal with it

Usually a busy place, but theyve called me a few times to follow up.
