I love the sweet Korean guy that works there! He is always so kind and always strikes up conversation with me. Hes got a good sense of humor too!!! He needs a raise!

I have been using Healthpark for well over a decade now. I have always received the best of service and been treated as an individual. We took our 20 year old autistic son to Health Park Pharmacy to get the Covid vaccine. He was very afraid about getting the shot, but Steve was incredibly patient about reassuring him and finally persuaded him. Afterwards, our son said that it didnt hurt at all. Thank you so much Steve!!!

Ive been using the pharmacy for years. Everyone that works here has always been very nice and helpful. They remember my name and always say hello and ask how Im doing. I started coming here before I had insurance to cover my medications, because they always have the best prices. Large chain pharmacies that I used to go to would have one of my prescriptions at $350 a month and here it was only $75 a month. They are always willing to work with you and help out any way they can. Even though I have insurance now I still come to this pharmacy because its hands down the best pharmacy that I have found in the Triangle.

My husband and I received our 2 Covid vaccinations from Health Park Pharmacy. It was amazing experience. There was so much care and consideration from everyone - from the staff to the volunteers - that we felt so secure and well taken care of.Kudos to Health Park for putting together such an efficient and well-organized staff who had the time to take care of us as individuals in spite of the fact that there were many of us needing their help.

Update: The owner reached out to me after I posted my review. Steve offered to assist me with options for my daughter. I was greatly impressed by the quick response, and the personal attention given by Steve. It seems the pharmacy got some unsolicited publicity, and they were overwhelmed with the response.3/3/2021 I called and attempted to get assistance for my young adult daughter. The technician did not seem interested in helping, and seemed rushed.

Please do not use this company. If you want a company that cares about their work, then find another company. Steve and his team took it upon themselves not give a mediation that the doctor prescribed. When I brought this to their attention, I was brushed off and I didnt receive a apology or explanation. This isnt the first incident of missing mediation but it is the last because I am switching pharmacies.

Just switched to this pharmacy! They were accurate and tok initiative in a speedy process then took care to call me to fill all the prescriptions ahead of time for home delivery! Its a heavenly service! So happy!

B. Jones had been receiving medication from Health Park Pharmacy for over a year and a half before encountering difficulty. He was told by Steve that there was an issue with the company who provides the copay card and that he was unable to get the copay card to process his medication for $0, no matter what he tried. He said he had spoken to everyone about this issue and had escalated it, to no avail. Steve also said if the issue could not be resolved, that they would have to see about getting Mr. Jones on another medication. There is no other medication like the medication Mr. Jones is taking and Mr. Jones told Steve that was not an option. The pharmacy called on more than one occasion and tried to get Mr. Jones to pay a $45 copay for medication that should be $0. Mr. Jones declined to pay $45 and instead decided to call the manufacturer to see what the issue was. Lo and behold, Health Park Pharmacy no longer has a contract with the manufacturer, which is why they could not apply the copay card. #1, Steve was NOT truthful with Mr. Jones, #2, Health Park Pharmacy tried to get him to pay a $45 copay he wasn’t obligated to pay just to keep his prescription there, and #3, Steve said they would have to see about getting him on another medication (as if he’s a prescribing doctor), when none of the issues were the fault of the patient or the manufacturer. Steve was not honest with Mr. Jones. Steve’s behavior was completely unethical. Mr. Jones switched his prescription to another pharmacy and his copay card, which was never the issue, worked just fine and his copay at the new pharmacy is $0, as it should be. Do not trust this pharmacy! Thank goodness Mr. Jones called the manufacturer and found out the truth. If something doesn’t sound right, always do your own research and we highly recommend steering clear of Steve and Health Park Pharmacy. I know they will probably respond and say they never had a patient named B. Jones. That seems to be their “go to” response on other negative reviews. I am writing this for Mr. Jones because he is visually impaired (legally blind). These words are his words. He asked for my assistance so Steve and Health Park Pharmacy know that he is aware they were not truthful with him. Shame on Steve and Health Park Pharmacy for trying to take advantage of a patient (those are my words!). Don’t. Trust. Them.Edit: As expected, there was a response, but the time for transparency was with your customer, B. Jones, when he was still a customer, not after a negative review was submitted. Your actions have consequences. You should have been transparent with your customer from the beginning. He stands by his review.

Has always had amazing customer service. One of the few few pharmacies that will work with you and everybody I have ever came in contact there with is so nice. Steve is especially nice and goes out of his way to help. I drive longer to go to them but thats how much they are worth it. You have a life long customer w Mrs. Price. It takes less than one minute for me to walk from my doctors office to the pharmacy. When I walk through the door of the pharmacy the pharmacist immediately lets me know that they’re working on my order and how long my wait will be. This is what I consider great customer service. I’m then called to the counter to pay for my order and greeted by a guy who always asks me how I’m doing and always has a great sense of humor. I have been going to HPP for over a year. Due to the rise in price of my prescription I will no longer use this pharmacy. I waited over 20 min on the phone while waiting outside for someone to bring me my script. I asked to see if my price can be adjusted, they said they can no longer match the price shown on goodrx. I asked for a manager and they told me that the owner told them that they cannot continue charging me the same price.

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing! I always call a couple days before my visit to ask if they will make sure they have enough and everytime they do. And they are always nice about it and that its the right kind that works best for me! Very friendly environment and best of all the LOWEST price on any and every medication! I definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone and I personally will never use another pharmacy then them!

Steve and his team are the best pharmacy in town. You need to see the pill dispensary machine, that is state of the art, cutting edge and the only one in the state. He makes sure your medications are taken correctly, because if they are not, the result can be disastrous.

I went to have a prescription filled there about a month ago. I usually use a different pharmacy but since my Dr was in the same complex I used this one for conveince. They only filled it partially which I didnt notice at the time. My co-pay is normally 20 bucks but for some reason it ran me 70. The pharmacist told me that maybe I had been late paying my insurance premium so I didnt question it and paid. After reviewing my records I saw that I hadnt been late once. So this brings me today when I went to get the RX transferred to a different pharmacy. They called to get the transfer and they said there was none remaining. The bottle I had clearly stated there were refills available. So it took 2 hours of my time with my new pharmacy having to call them multiple times to get it straightened out. I expect this from a large chain but not a small family ownedstyle operation. Guess o should stick with the big guys. Also my refill only cost 10.Was it the insurance companies fault I had to wait 2 hours? Were they the ones that didnt bother telling me that you guys only partially filled my order? Did they post personal information of when they received my payment to Google reviews?

What a great pharmacy! The staff is very friendly and the service is always fast! The pharmacists are always willing to spend as much time as you need talking to you about your medications and can help you pick your Medicare insurance plans! Also, they offer vaccinations and special medication packaging to help you take your medications! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new pharmacy!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever visited. If you live in Raleigh and are not using this pharmacy, you are making a huge mistake (even if you have to drive a few minutes out of your way). I definitely have pharmacies closer to my home but am more than willing to go out of my way because of the care I receive. Everyone is incredibly helpful and not judgmental like so many of the chain pharmacies. I feel like this pharmacy sees the relationship between pharmacy, patient and doctor as a partnership and not a dictatorship. I know Steve Adkins (the owner) genuinely cares about the patients using his pharmacy and is currently going out of his way to help those struggling with opioid addiction (look him up). He is a Principal Investigator for The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). How many other pharmacy owners can say the same? Healthpark also recognize life happens and you may need to pick up a medication early because of upcoming travel, etc. The staff does their best to make sure medications are ready for pickup upon arrival. They also make sure that you are getting the cheapest price available whether you are a cash paying customer (no insurance), using your insurance plan(s), have a discount card or combination of all three scenarios. I have never disliked any of the staff but want to give an extra special thank you to Jennifer, Steve and Allison for always working with me and answering every question I have without coming across annoyed or too busy to help me!! Keep up the great work and thank goodness I found you and no longer have to deal with the big box pharmacy chaos and incompetency.

This is the most outstanding pharmacy I have every visited. Every member of the staff is friendly and they always go the extra mile. The first time I was there it took them less than 10 minutes to create my profile, enter my prescription and dispense it. My aunt also recently switched to this pharmacy and they have reduced her monthly prescription costs by at least $100 dollars and they ship them directly to her greatly reducing the stress on our family. After having another bad incident with Walgreens, I would love to recommend Healthpark Pharmacy! Instead of giving me the medication that I refilled, Walgreens somehow managed to give me an OLD prescription that made me literally insane and unstable. Luckily, before taking it, I noticed the plain white pill was smaller than what it should have been. I spent 5 minutes on hold with Walgreens to try and discuss it, but gave up. With in 6 minutes, Healthpark took all the necessary info to contact Walgreens themselves to have everything transferred. Healthpark has been phenomenal with my other prescription that required challenging prior authorizations, and has things shipped to my door with in a day. Customer service is great, and can not recommend enough!

My name is Ashley cotten Ive been using health park for three years since I started seeing a Dr in the building. Im self pay and their prices are reasonable, or cheaper than larger stores, I actually live in VA but still use health park as well as my father,brother etc . Only thing I can complain about is I wish that they were open at least half days on Saturday because I have to come from out if state each month for my meds if they were open on Saturday at least till 12 it would be better, exp when its a holiday weekend and they are closed that Monday, that means 3days without meds. In their defense I could plan refills better. Overall a great place

Steve and his team are wonderful! The customer service is outstanding! I didn’t realize how much time I spent managing my daughter’s prescriptions! The ad packs are so helpful for administration of medication, travel and when someone else is assisting with my daughter during medication time (takes the thought process out of what is needed). I don’t have to worry if she got the right dose or if all her medications were administered. We are contacted each month to see if any doseages or over the counter meds have changed. What a blessing!

The owner, Steve, is very rude! I went to pick up my medicine and I informed them of my allergies and why I couldnt be prescribed that medicine. He had the nerve to tell me what medicine I needed when my doctor prescribed the correct prescription and has for years. The medicine he wanted me to fill guess what was triple. Wonder why he wanted me to fill that ($MONEY$) . IF YOU WANT TO BE A DOCTOR GET THE DEGREE!! I PAID MY DOCTOR FOR HIS ADVICE AND OPINION NOT SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BE ONE AND KNOWS NOTHING OF MY MEDICAL HISTORY

This has to be the crookedest pharmacy I have ever filled elderly parents prescription at!!!!!! The female who wears glasses and does nothing is super rude and her breathe needs medicine. I asked why my dads insurance would not pay and she grunted in digust that I asked a question!?!!? The owner was informed, a very smart mouth wanna be cool older man, and he started telling me this and that which was made up lies!!! He knew my parents were locked into his pharmacy and needed their medicine so unfortunately was forced to pay out of pocket. The OWNER IS RUDE AND IN MY OPINION IS A LEGALIZED DRUG DEALER WHO CHARGES WHAT HE WANTS!!!!

Staff is always so pleasant & friendly! This pharmacy seems to run much more smoothly than others ....Never seems to be any complications w/ getting my prescriptions, when they say itll be ready, too! I definitely recommend Healthpark pharmacy!

This place needs to update their policy and read federal guidelines!! The owner had the nerve to mention a friend’s medication with me because I have been seen with them and/or been prescribed the same medication (this is what he informed me)!! HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996). No doctor or pharmacy can discuss or release your PHI (Protected Health Information) or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) without your consent. The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) may choose to impose a $50,000 fine if they were to receive a complaint about that pharmacy. Bad behavior and don’t deny it!
