Dr Aryal was amazing. Very gentle when doing her procedures and taught me along the way. Shes a realist and was patient dealing with certain symptoms of my mental illness like my constant forgetfulness. She knows her stuff and you can tell she really cares. I found my forever doctor! The facility was extremely clean, all of the staff is professional, and things went smooth. Everyone there has a great attitude and was extremely helpful! Would 10/10 recommend.

Great friendly service. I am a new patient and this was my first visit. The staff made me feel comfortable and were very attentive.

The front desk was very easy to speak with and they directed me well on what to do. The nurse I met with along with the doctor were very accommodating and kind even though it was my first visit. They were also very accommodating if I had to reschedule unexpectedly a couple days before. Their online messaging center as well as their contact you can text for setting up appointments made this logistics part of the process very simple and all were kind and helpful.

Dr Newman is very knowledgeable, thorough and cares about her patients. She has a very professional bedside manner and yet spends time getting to know you and make the visit a comfortable process.. highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Aryal was my doctorMade an appointment at this GYN, because they had great reviews. So here’s my experience, I waited two weeks to get an appointment which is not terrible but not good either. I get to the appointment and they had be complete a ton of paperwork, not terrible but most doctors office have everything online so that you can complete before you come. Get to the back and I explained to the nurse that took my vitals what I was experiencing appears to be yeast infection. Doctor comes and does her normal check up and ask me questions that was irrelevant in regards to other health issues. Then she ask me what I did for living, I explained I owned Hair care line, and once I said they were homemade she had the nerve to make a sly remark as if disgusting to make products by hand. Next is they didn’t call me with any results, so I had to call several times to get response. They set up my online account and I finally get logged in but of course some of the results were missing. So I call again and explain I’m still irritated down there and I’m pretty sure it’s a yeast infection given I been in this body for 33yrs. So finally the nurse calls me back 3 days later and states they didn’t see any yeast. I told them I treated over the counter but does not mean I don’t have yeast still lingering. I asked For now can treat as yeast and if I have a problem again I’ll come back in. Another week goes by I didn’t hear anything. Call again and I have to wait for another call back which can take up to 48hrs. Don’t go here. You’ll feel like just a number, they don’t pay attention to there Patients and honestly think they hAve too many and unfortunately makes for bad service. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like they got all of these good reviews and people should know what they’re getting themselves into. Dr. Aryal was my doctor. Makes me wonder if me being black had anything to do with it. Especially since I seen a prior review where someone, expressed that they experienced discrimination.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was given an appointment time. When I arrived for my appointment they said they had no information of mine even though I gave all of my information to the associate on the phone. Instead of making me feel comfortable and offering to reschedule and get my information, the woman at the desk literally just looked at me like I was stupid or had done something wrong. It was such an uncomfortable experience and I will absolutely not be returning. As someone who finds medical environments extremely stressful, I would not recommend this place if you want to feel welcomed.

I loved my first visit. I can already see that this a clinic I go to long term. Everyone I encountered was friendly, warm, and welcoming. I really appreciate that I could go to a place concerning my health and not have second thoughts.

I cant say enough about my experience with Dr. Newman. She is very patient and takes the time to have a conversation with you about your concerns. I was introduced to her when I had to have emergency surgery from an ovarian cyst. Soon after, I was pregnant so did not go to her. I have now come back to her and am thrilled with my choice. She is wonderful. The staff is also very friendly and kind.

I like my doc, R Newman, a lot. She has taken good care of me over the years. She follows up and is responsive when I need to speak with her. I am glad I landed with her after my doc of many years retired.

Dr. Aryal is an excellent gynecologist. She is patient and takes the time to listen. She alleviated the dread and fear out of the yearly women’s exam. I have complete confidence and respect for Dr. Aryal and I will continue to go to her for my yearly exams and any gyn concerns. The office staff and nurse were welcoming, and the office is clean and pleasant.

To give 1 star is being generous. This was my first appointment with this office. I arrived 20 minutes early to make sure I didnt need to do any additional paperwork (I had completed it online), which I did have a couple sheets. As I was completing my paperwork a technician/nurse came out to speak to the front desk, not quietly, she speaks out a patients name and asks if they received her information from another provider. I should have left at that point, HIPPA is clearly not a strong suit. The same person came out again complaining about having to work late and that a provider hadnt even arrived. A few minutes later, I am still waiting for my 8:45 new patient appointment and it is now 8:51am....I ask the front desk, who is very polite and cordial, how much longer for my appointment, I did have to work and I, also in healthcare, cannot be late. She called to the back and informed me that it would be another 30 minutes. Really! I made an appointment for 8:45 am and it was at this point, 8:59 am so I am looking at 9:30 am, at best.I am not sure how this office has managed to not receive HIPPA violations or managed to continue to have patients with that kind of disregard for a persons time. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate for the provider to not show up on time for the appointment. I do not know which provider I was scheduled with, but I can assure you I will not be going back to this practice and I will make sure I inform my friends and family.........And no, no one made excuse for the provider. Although it was mentioned she is running late.....

I had a great experience with Dr. Rosemarie Newman. She is the first Gynecologist I have ever had in my 72 years. She was very gentle, soft spoken, explains things very clearly, made me feel very calm and is taking care of my issues. HORRIBLE! Worst experience Ive ever had. I left in tears. I dont know how they get away with discrimination.

Heather the office manager is weak and needs training. She doesn’t have basic management skills and her staff is completely incompetent. I scheduled an gyn appointment two days ago. I was told I would be with a PA. I thought it was weird because there were only MD’s on the gyn clinic website, but I scheduled for gyn. Yesterday I received a calling saying I needed to come early or cancel. The nurse who called was unprofessional and I told her to cancel. I was called by the provider and received an apology and was told I would be seen. I get there today and I’m scheduled with a non gyn provider and of course no one can see me in gyn. I should have followed my instincts and not wasted my time. This place is disorganized, has weak leadership, and employs lazy people.

I am a 8 year cancer survivor and I was referred to Dr. Law and Wake Womens health by my oncologist .I called the day before my appointment to confirm everything they asked about my insurance and photo id. I Told them I was self paying , the receptionist said ok. When I arrived the next morning for the appointment she again asked for the photo ID and the insurance , I told her again I was self pay didnt have insurance , she said you realize you will have to pay upfront, I said OK, she said it could vary from $175 and up depending on what was done, again, I said ok. She said I need to go speak to the dr, she came back and said the dr would not see me , when I asked why she said because my charges would be in upwards of $300 I said okay Im okay with that , she reiterated the upwards of $300 and I said okay I can pay that and she said well the doctor doesnt want to see you because you dont have insurance.I did not realize that we lived in a society where you are judged by whether you have insurance or not and that it dictated you worthiness of being seen or not. This place has no idea if I could afford $1 or $100,000 it was not their place to decide that. NOTHING on the website says they do not accept patients without insurance , nothing. I was a referral from an Oncologist , they dont have a problem seeing me. What happen to doctors taking an oath to treat the ill to the best of ones ability or has it changed to the most important thing is money first then the health of the patients.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever. I hope that your business fails because of the selfishness of the ones who run it!!!!!Im forced to give 1 star for it to post....but I give you 0 starsFrances Strickland

I have always had good experiences with the doctors and nurses here. I used to have some trouble calling through to reception, but this has improved. I haven’t had any problems over the past couple of years. I have seen Dr. Law for around 3 years. She’s wonderful. I have recommended her to others that agree. This was my first visit. The process as a new patient was easy and organized. I really liked the staff and how my doctor explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The receivers in the front office were welcoming, polite, and most accommodating.My only complaint is a cold waiting room. I do understand it helps keep down bacteria. Wake Women’s health is a great place to be seen for all those intimate issues. The atmosphere is comfortable making it easy to discuss things with your Doctor. They are good at explaining the options, offering suggestion and understanding your concerns.

This was my first visit, and it would have been a 5-star rating except for my wait time. I’m optimistic that extended waits do not happen often. Dr. Law met with me before my physical exam, taking time to become familiar with me and my health history. She answered my questions and brought me up to speed on changes in the frequency of Pap smears and insurance coverage. Overall, a positive experience. Based on ads and so many good reviews, I wanted to transfer to this provider as my last provider closed his practice. I called several times and was never able to get through, so I submitted a contact form twice on their website. It now makes me skeptical that the reviews are genuine - only the positive reviews receive feedback..Seems that they are too busy for new patients, I can only imagine how frustrating it is for current patients.

Optimal customer service beginning at the front desk during checkin throughout the visit with the provider. My doctor was running behind in schedule, but took every opportunity to personally apologize for the delay. When I met with her during my visit, she was patient and thorough by taking time to review my chart history as well as following up to date. I didn’t feel rushed. I have been seeing Dr Newman for probably 15 years. Today’s visit was an emergency visit and she and her staff worked me in immediately ! I expected no less from them.
