I met Dr. Armstrong one night when I was sent to WakeMed with ovarian cysts. We scheduled a surgery a few days later only to find out that WakeMed didn’t accept my insurance. Dr. Armstrong went above and beyond to make my surgery happen and referred me to another surgeon. He was so kind through this difficult process and truly fought for me. I’m so grateful to him, because without his help I could have lost an ovary. If my insurance was in network, I would want him to be my doctor!
