There were hardly anything on the shelves as far as home goods. What was there was sparse and unorganized. Then there were these giant bins in the back that at one point may have been organized by some categories but it was all mixed up now. Piles too high to really dig through.

Clothes are color organized instead of sizes organized. This means if I were interested in a pair of shorts, I would have to shop every pair of shorts in the store and check sizes. I don’t shop specific colors.

Im sorry if I could give no stars I would Im very disappointed in your line of command your store manger is very disrespectful too their employee you do not yell at them in front of customers or commands them like if they were animals you just don’t Poor lady was crying and she was a older lady my parents showed me to always show respect to your elders no matter what the issue is. They are sure getting ridiculous with pricing..saw a clock for 25.00..its new at walmart for 15..high prices should be not called a thrift store..dollar store lamp..3.99 ..its not smart

I frequent this store. The lady cashier that also works putting new stock out is the best! Shes not overly chatty, but friendly and doesnt make you wait forever in line before coming to check you out. I really appreciate folks like this in the service industry because they make our lives a lot more comfortable and less stressful!! I hope she gets a raise because shes a gem!

I had applied for work and the manager had promised me the call Until now he never called

There were 7 people waiting in line and no one there to check us out. I finally asked loudly in the store if there was anyone in there working the register and a lady that was standing very close behind the line said lazily she was and then took her sweet time getting to the register. She was standing by a clothes rack right there the whole time by a clothing rack ignoring the customers that had been standing there for 10 minutes or so. Very lazy employee who needs to be fired. Never even apologized or acknowledged we had been waiting that long. If there were a zero stars I would give it a BIG FAT ZERO!

Honestly the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to. Prices are jacked up way too high. Went twice and the lady at the register today was the worst. They were asking $40 dollars for a jersey, come on it’s donated. Seriously the most greedy goodwill in NC.

Very good location, items arent overpriced and they usually have some good stuff. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The organization of the clothes was pretty decent but furniture pieces were not always easy to get to. Only accepts cash and check which can pose a problem. Seemed short-staffed as they had one cashier who was also assisting guest to check prices, make sure items worked, etc. She was very nice thought the manager came out to answer a couple questions and was rather rude, abrupt, and condescending. Ive been to much better Goodwills but Ive also been to much worse.

Outrageously over priced. $8 for a used dollar general brand toy truck? $6 for a basket?

The male employee (manager, I think) & female cashier were both super friendly. We really appreciated it. Certainly a refreshing change from the Wake Forest Goodwill manager who is pushy & rude to customers & employees alike.

Very good selection. They always seem to have a lot of beautiful plates, mugs, and bowls. The staff are very friendly.

Shopping at GCF is always a great treasure hunt. The DVDs and books are incredible bargains. All the GCF stores provide great shopping experiences.

Not too much this time but i did find some wine glasses I love. You can always find something in a thrift store.

I found a first edition of a collection of Dr Seuss books here, including the case for the four-volume collection... I love Seuss, so I bought it to keep, but I can sell a single book for more than I spent... as with all collectible sets, having all volumes & the box, if originally issued, increases the value significantly.

This good will only takes cash. Is very small. And overall is very unorganized . I felt like I was searching through trash bags. other facilities have much nicer facilities and are much more put together. And that is what I expect from this company.

Not much to say, its an average GCF store. I was going on vacation in a warmer climate and looking for a few pair of inexpensive shorts. Found three pairs for less that $5 total. Cant beat that!

The customer service was absolutely horrendous! When I was finished shopping, I stood at the front with another lady who had been waiting to check out even longer than me. There were no employees to be found. The other lady peeked in the back and asked for assistance, to which an older employee replied look out front! There were no employees available to help us. Finally, someone came out of the back to check us out and was very rude to the lady in front of me. I know this is a thrift store, but that doesnt mean that the people who work there are allowed to treat the customers as less than and so rudely! I will not be going back!

Always been fine till it started being a racist place when the cashiers allow customers to leave items in baskets and hold them. Thus had never happened before, also the workers are lazy and do not keep the store tidy after 5pm....They show favoritism to there friends of the same race....Need to be impartial & treat everyone the same.....

The drop off area smelled off and was dirty looking. But, the staff was very helpful and assisted in bringing my items in.

Note to self, CASH ONLY. This is really hard being a debit card person.Ive found a few things here and there but not worth going out of your way. There was a guy going through womens jeans so clearly people already try to hit it up for Ebay re-sell purposes. Theres always weird people in there too. Some nasty guy was undressing me with his eyes while I shopped. I got so uncomfortable that I grabbed the couple pairs of pants I found and got out ASAP. I drove from Ft. Bragg for a day of thrifting but I could have skipped this one, thats for sure!

Staff was really nice and friendly store was organized well.

The Employees are great always there to greet you and help you unload your car when making donations no matter how larger or small. Friendly Faces Always!
